I have only one previous experience with a tow truck and it was a nightmare. Patrick made the whole broken down truck mess a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Johnathon brought me gas earlier when I called AAA after running out. He was very professional and super patient which was appreciated. He had me start my car to make sure I was good to go before leaving which was cool because last time I ran out of gas another tow company brought me a gallon and left after putting it in and my car wouldn’t start. I had to have someone else bring me just a little bit more gas to get it started and back on the road.
Broke down near I-5, Patrick from JJ's towing (Grant's towing) was a great help in towing my car to a nearby shop where the work could be done. Great attitude, helpfulness, and experience overall.
