Driver met us, pulled our car fairly quickly right up on the trailer, and away we went to our destination. He was very friendly and knew his job very well. When we got to our destination, down it went right in place. He was great!!! Gene’s was very reasonable on towing rates too - saved us over $100 from other quotes we received for moving our classic car. I highly recommend their services.
First interaction with them was fine. But everything went downhill from there b Failure to provide invoice as requested. very aggressive threatening to impound over simple request for written invoice, prior to providing v. Claims and lied he reached repeatedly. No missed calls. Highly do not recommend.
Although I was not present during pickup or drop off, the office communication was great and they kept us updated . Very impressed with this company's professionalism. Would recommend this service to anyone.
