Saw previous feedback on here that you can’t preview vehicles with basic membership and the owner’s reply to that comment was that in fact you can. So I called to verify before going there. They told me over the phone that yes you can, however, upon arrival was told by the young lady at the counter that their rules recently changed and basic members can no longer preview vehicles (which makes no sense, but I’m not the type to argue). Great job on having your team on the same page and on wasting people’s time.
These people aren’t working properly and the company don’t care , had a car which wasn’t flagged as insurance destroyed by Copart , after going back and forth to DMV had a DMV lady call them because they always say Oh we sent the flag but DOL is behind 4-6 weeks . After DMV lady asked the how they sent the flag ? Was it Electronically or by mail ? They had no answer and flagged my car right away . Because they knew I would file a legal complaint against their services. If you guys have the same issue and they aren’t helping , make sure file a complaint because Cop art is responsible for documentation and reports since they charge us for every thing .
These people stole from me. Do not "sell" your vehicle to them. They picked up my vehicle and gave me a very nice looking check that bounced. Now, I keep getting the run around. Scammers!!!!!!!!
