When I walked in the store on 166th in Sumner, WA last Sunday morning. I was undecided as to what exterior cleaning product I needed for my New Yukon XL. I sure I look confused as I scanned over all the items. The young lady working that morning, came from behind the counter to inquire about what I needed, then helped me pick out the product for my vehicle. That’s old school customer service man! I was so impressed with her attitude and professionalism. Thank you, whoever you were. I felt appreciated as a customer! ❤️
O Reilly's counter staff has jokes! It's only funny cause dude knew exactly where and what needed was in the shop. Couldn't tell me how often I needed to rotate the air in my tires though!! Ha who's funny now......
Yesterday I went in to the Sumner O'Reilly's to get my battery tested. Sure enough I needed a new one. Talon was helping me and gave me the tools to swap out the batteries. Well, I ran into a few troubles with the bolts and fittings on the new one. Talon came out to give me a hand (repeatedly). He went above and beyond his duty to help me out. It is people like Talon that help drive repeat customers back to places. I will certainly be back to O'Reilly's for future auto parts needs!
This negative review is not for Sumner it is for A street in Auburn I have been a customer for well lets just say a long time or since shucks went under been to a lot of different locations I would have to say this location on A street is the worst their customer service Sucks on multiple occasions I was talked down to Do Not loose your claim ticket if you leave a battery here you will Not see it again ! I left two batteries here I don't think they gave me two claim tickets regardless my good deep cycle battery was forfeited its gonna cost 200 to replace I have been informed there is nothing we can do
Highly recommend! I was so stressed out when I went into O'Reilly's today. I walked out feeling not only relieved but feeling uplifted. Ry helped us. He has the most impeccable customer service skills and he's an amazing person, as well. Again, I highly recommend.
Needed a new A/C Blower Motor for my 2012 Ram 1500 V8 5.7 Hemi they had one in stock, which was awesome!! Old one has been ticking for sometime, replaced it this morning, perfect fit like the OEM and all I’m hearing is the blowing of the air no more annoying tick. Best part is it has a life time warranty through O’Reillys which you can’t beat, so I wouldn’t have to purchase another one if this unit goes bad.
Excellent customer service! I was helped right away. Needed wipers.

I was given the wrong oil filter for my truck. I found out after oil was drained. Had to drive to another store to exchange out filter. The app was more helpful than the associate. It actually told me the filter was not for my truck. Check your items prior to the job.
Called twice looking for a product. Rang for a while got an answer and after I told him what I needed it just went silent for a few minutes before i hung up. Called again no one answered. Unprofessional to say the least. Take your money elsewhere.
Never crowded, always willing to help you out . Knowledgeable about the place.. I took my brothers car there and needed to get oil for it.. they knew what kind i needed and knew right where to find it on the store and just over all they are always help full always in good moods!!!
The service here is mediocre at best. The employees are not rude but they are definitely not exactly friendly and helpful. At least not the couple of times I have needed to stop in. Their parts are generally priced well, better than most of the other auto part stores in our area.
On Feb 11, 22 , the employees here were great and super helpful to my friends. That's the day that traffic was horrible in Sumner because of accidents on the main roads. Thank you all for an awesome service!
Great service knowledgeable staff no lines for checking out clean store everyone wearing masks 20 of hand sanitizer and people practicing healthy social distancing which I like to see a lot of places are not taking it as serious as they should still
This place is the worst. I've been to many places to have our key bob battery changed and when I asked for help at this location he said there was basically nothing he could do. Told him I would go elsewhere, he said bye, went to Autozone and they replaced without skipping a beat!
These guys are great, I needed a special tool, couldn't recall the name, they found it for me, lo and behold it was not quite right for my engine, they accepted my return with receipt no questions asked. Clean,helpful, honest.
Little further than some but I like its location its an auto part store Ticked off one star though for the website will say a store has something in stock when I get there it isn't or I have to go to another store or wait to get it. Little more technology and I think it would be better.
Stopped by to have my vehicle diagnosed for free since my check engine light has been on. They were quick to diagnose, told me what parts could fix it. Either an o2 sensor, or purge valve..suggested that an auto shop could further diagnose. This same issue happened a year ago, and a different location told me it was sensor 2 possibly. But I never installed this part because the problem fixed itself.My vehicle has two oxygen sensors. Called the one I visited tonight, and they looked up the part number for this sensor 2 that I never used. They let me know the other store gave me the wrong part and that If I bring it back they can give me the right one and for cheaper. They let me know everything I needed.
Everybody I've dealt with here has always been nice and helpful. Pretty much right off the freeway. The entrance/exit to the WinCo / shopping area sucks but if you're just going to O'Reilly's and leaving O'Reilly's you're not really affected by it.
Absolutely recommend this store! We flew in from Missouri to see my son at his Army base. Someone had broken into his car and busted 2 windows. We were able to get the glass from a local place and this store was nice enough to let us borrow tools and their lot to be able to replace the broken window! Very friendly staff and so helpful! Thank you from a proud Army Mom/Dad!
These guys are AMAZING!! In the pouring down rain they helped us change our damaged windshield wipers so we were safe to travel home. Matt and Tim THANK YOU for going over and above to help us!! Give them boys a RAISE!!
They are very knowledgeable and mechanically inclined to better serve your vehicles needs. Will even test your dummy lights to get accurate readings of your vehicles issues.
Very friendly sales staff, incredibly knowledgeable. I always feel like I have a deeper understanding of what I'm doing when I leave this place. Marc suggests the correct items to make my project go right the first time, he is fantastic.
