Dick's U Pull It JunkYard in Spanaway (WA)

Friendly service easy to find the car and part I needed. I called and the person who answered the phone actually went and made sure they had my part before I came and it was 80° out. Can't really ask for more from a u-pull-it yard. I mean what's to expect. Fair prices. Id recommend it

Terrible company that sells engines that don’t work and brings no solution and instead claims it’s not their fault. Awful customer service by the OWNER.

Very disappointed on the staff because I have gotten few parts and mostly all of them have not worked. Why sell something not functioning properly and the staff no good they should hire someone that actually knows

Awful customer service and will scam you out of your money. Go elsewhere… if i could rate this place with no stars at all I would.

"U pull it"... not! Went there to see about a part on a vehicle. Brought tools to remove 3 bolts for an alternator bracket I needed. They told me they have to come with me to look at the part. Got to the car and pointed at what I wanted. They told me they will have to do it and will call me when they have it pulled. Tf??? 2.5 weeks later and still haven't heard from them. Got the part I needed from B&R instead.

I just recently got a transmission here for my pickup. It was in great shape. Sue was great to work with and the staff were really nice. I'll be back.

If you have a job, don't bother looking at their inventory because they close before you get off work. businesses close before 7pm& then wonder why they don't have any customers.

Great prices. Friendly people. One of the last true pick and pull yards that I've found in WA. They even offer a legit warranty.

Great experience, Sue is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's a junkyard but I did feel like a kid again. Found everything I was looking for and very reasonable on prices and extras that I had to pick up. Would definitely recommend as well as look forward to returning should the need present itself.

Fantastic variety of cars, Parts for anything you could think of! Lady at the desk was very helpful over the phone. And the pricing was unbeatable. Plus they have used cars for sale, purchased one from them it was an absolute steal! I recommend for anyone looking for parts or used vehicles

The lady was very blunt and informative, straight to the point and made sure I didn't waste any of my time or theirs. They did not have any parts to match my truck. So I did not leave past their lobby. I was there for maybe 5 minutes if that.

Good yard to scavenge for classic parts. I called beforehand and was not disappointed when I got there, they had the cars they said they did and they weren't all stripped out. They don't double stack the cars so they're easy to get to and not all trashed with broken windshields like most yards. Good pricing. Nice people.

I've been down a few times to pull parts for different projects. The prices are reasonable and the folks in the yard have always gone out of their way to make it easy for me to get parts out of the vehicles and out of the yard. It's worth stopping by to look around the yard. There are usually a few hidden gems.

You have to watch out for the register guy (Tom). He will either high-ball you from the beginning or tell you anything it takes to get more money from you. I found the lady at this place to be very reasonable and helpful. Even during tough times. I called in to ask for a part and she would look up the right price. Where as the other dude would find the highest price and tell you: "that's that". They also charge for every little piece separately (even if it's part of a whole). I went in for a bumper (& other things) The bumper was $50, but the plastic trim on it came out to an extra $30. Who buys bumper trims w/o a bumper? Just be mindful of who you speak with and be thorough with what you want and expect.

Great prices and good selection. Wayyy better than pull a part or pick and pull. Come here if you need parts . $20 for an alternator. We’ve gotten many parts over the last year since we found this place ...won’t go anywhere else. The lady is very nice to

This place is freaking awesome! Mostly older cars that I saw and prices that can't be beat anywhere. I drove out here from Bremerton and was not disappointed the staff there is super friendly as well. I will definitely be back

I thought All Auto to be a pretty good yard. They had plenty of cars of the make & model I was looking for (a rare model) And the price seemed fair. A big plus was that they do the part removal for you. You can go out and make sure it's done right and bring the part to the desk for purchase.

This place is a joke. It is a "u pull it auto salvage yard", but they don't know it. They will not sale me the wheel I need because, the will only sale them as a set. What did I miss about "U PULL IT" auto wrecking? If I need a headlight, do I need to buy 2? If I need to buy a seat, do I need to buy both front seats and the rear? A person attempts to support a family business in their neighborhood, but can not because they don't know how to conduct business. It's not Amazon putting local/small companies out of business....it's themselves. So, I will purchase on-line and have it delivered to my front door.

They are Really controlling over their parts, they tell you they have your part but will only sell it as a lot with other parts you don't need. They are doing this to turn a profit and won't give the part you need. Super scandalous, you're better off looking on Amazon and waiting a couple days.

Horrible service. The person at the counter kept telling me what I was taking off the car was a ECU. When it was not. It was a TCM. They charge 10 dollars more than U Pull it for the part and they do not warranty anything. They make you pay for a warranty. And it's not a money back warranty, only exchange. I wouldn't go back. Very money hungry and not a place to do business with unless it's the ONLY place that has your part.

Cheap prices, big selection. Was able to get an alternator for my 97 Chevy for $20 and a fender for my 52 Chevy for $50. Where else can you do that? Too amazing. Really cheap.

I havent even been here yet but I can not wait. in the photos I instantly saw a big fat picture of a 70 c10 (my current project) and any other place your not going to find anything close to classic. That's why I give 5 stars sight unseen. See you soon Dick!

Counter person is helpful even if parts isn't available. Reasonable prices. Bring your correct tools cause if not, you'll have to purchase theirs.

Worker was nice, tons of vintage cars you don't see at other ones. Prices are fair. Will definitely be back

HANDS DOWN THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET! AFTER HAVING A HORRIBLE DAY I COULDN'T GET ANYONE TO HELP ME WITH 2 SCREWS SO I COULD GET THE WINDOW I NEEDED. SERIOUSLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND HORRIBLY UNHAPPY P EOPLE WORK THERE. I WOULDNT TELL MY WORST ENEMY TO GO THERE.

never go here! better off buying brand new! they will glue pieces back on and sell it to you! so if you do go here make sure you pick the part yourself! and be ready for the high price you will pay!
