Amazing!!!! I had to be towed twice today. On top of using skill and patience to tow my car, the customer service was spot on. Today was very tough, dealing with car problems and not knowing who to call. The recommendations were so helpful and I will definitely be using OTT again.
When my wife called Rachael from our new house in Spanaway to pick up my old truck at the old house in Roy and bring it back to Spanaway, she was available immediately, at the 5:00 hour on a weekday no less, and she actually beat me there! On separate occasions she towed our broken down forklift, relocated two sheds on our property, and delivered a car we bought from the next town over. I had an amazing experience with Midtown Tow LLC in Auburn, Washington. My car broke down unexpectedly near the Outlet Collection on a busy Saturday, and I was feeling completely stuck. I called a few towing companies, but Midtown Tow was the only one that answered promptly and gave me a realistic ETA, they said 25 minutes, and they showed up in 20!
The driver, JJ, was incredibly professional and friendly. He made sure my vehicle was safely secured and even gave me a few tips on where to take it for repairs nearby. If you’re ever in a bind in the Auburn area, don’t hesitate to call Midtown Tow. They’re fast, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers. For sure 5 stars from me.
Very good work Racheal was professional and kind when my car broke down on the freeway in spanaway. She was able to get to me within 15 minutes got my car on the tow truck in 5 minutes and she found a mechanic to take my car to get fixed. Thank you OTT Towing your company is a lifesaver!
As if being locked out of my car, wasn’t already stressful enough when I called this company I was met with a very rude individual whose name I did not get the tone of this individual was not reassuring. It was not the tone of an individual that I believe is going to come to my aid and assist me and getting my keys out of my car The individual then proceeded to tell me that he is going to talk the way he wants to talk and proceeded to hang up in my face called the establishment bag multiple times only to be met with an answering machine

Rachel was so quick, professional, and super friendly! I locked my keys in my trunk and she got there within 10 minutes and unlocked it within 5 min for a very affordable price that she gave me before she showed up. Also, I felt more comfortable her being a female tow truck driver as I was in an empty parking lot in Tacoma at night. I had previously called a locksmith and they were super shady and kept saying they would come but never did and couldn’t even give me an estimate. The locksmith had me waiting almost three hours and she got to me and unlocked it all within 20 minutes! She’s badass!

Tonight I picked up my car after it was worked on (took the bus there from work after they closed) and got rescued by Rachel at OTT Towing when it died three blocks from my former mechanic. She was prompt and really nice, I was upset and she made me feel better by being kind. I enjoy doing business with my Tacoma neighbors and this was the most pleasant get-my-car-towed experience I have ever had. I will call OTT Towing forever, for all my towing needs. Since I exclusively drive cars I bought for under $3K I will luckily have more chances to enjoy reasonably priced, excellent service from OTT Towing.
OTT Towing is the most refreshing Tow company I have ever dealt with. Being a dispatcher back in the day for auto transport company I’ve dealt with many tow companies with grumpy drivers and absolute no customer service. I had my vehicle stolen in Washington, I live in Oregon. I was very upset with how high the tow prices are!! I've already been through the wringer with having to come out frequently and deal with it. ANYWAYS, point being: Ott gave me a fair price, without being rude about it. AND, RACHEAL ANDRUS, totally rocks! She was super Cool with My Van, taking a good 30 minutes to shimmy My Van all the way down. Because of the damaged ignition and column, we weren't able to put in neutral. She never charged me extra for all that extra work neither. But the respect that She showed my vehicle, in which I am very attached to, now that Goes a Long way in my book!!
One final thought, I overpaid Racheal by 5 bucks, and She told me so. Handed me my money back. So of you want integrity, respect, and a Woman whom is as good as any guy, call OTT!
