Amazing!!!! I had to be towed twice today. On top of using skill and patience to tow my car, the customer service was spot on. Today was very tough, dealing with car problems and not knowing who to call. The recommendations were so helpful and I will definitely be using OTT again.
When my wife called Rachael from our new house in Spanaway to pick up my old truck at the old house in Roy and bring it back to Spanaway, she was available immediately, at the 5:00 hour on a weekday no less, and she actually beat me there! On separate occasions she towed our broken down forklift, relocated two sheds on our property, and delivered a car we bought from the next town over.
