Obviously when you are dealing with a tow company things aren’t going good. My employee was involved in a serious motorcycle accident and I volunteered to help get his bike out of the impound yard. The old lady in Puyallup doesn’t make anything easy. She had an attitude from the very beginning. I feel bad her life didn’t turn out as planned but don’t take it out on your customers. I was there to give them money but she wouldn’t take a credit card… cash only. Last I checked credit cards were one of the safest ways for a business to take payment. It felt like she wanted to keep the bike there an extra day so she could collect another $75 in storage fees. On top of that if you come after 5:00 there’s an additional fee to open the garage door to let you get your vehicle. IMO this is a predatory business that looks to take advantage of and financially gain off other people’s already hard times. If I ran my business like this I probably wouldn’t have a business. I understand rules but the service at Genes and particularly the front office lady are subpar at best.
Very smooth experience! Both Chad and Kyle were efficient, friendly and fun to interact with. The got my vehicle hooked up and to my mechanic very quickly. They also helped me figure out what the problem was so I knew what to tell the mechanic. Great job you guys! Tammy at the office was also very polite, friendly and helpful when I called...no waiting! Well done!
Called them on Monday morning around 8:30. I waited an hour for a call back from the driver. Nothing. Called back in at 9:50. Was told the driver was heading to Sumner then to me and would be an hour or less. 11:10, still nothing. Called back in and was told they got called to another job and was heading to my house from Sumner. Waited another hour. Still nothing. I canceled and went somewhere else. I'll never even consider them again.
My elderly mother got her car towed. The person in the office did not once mention to us that She had to come by herself. Because no one else is permitted in the office one person at a time knowing she needed help. In the end, it’s all about money and how you can have them stay longer so they can keep your car in impound and make you pay more. A special place in hell for people like this.
I was in a bad spot today and needed a tow to my home 3 hours away. Gene’s towing was able to take care of me same day and I barely had to wait at all, the gal on the phone was so nice. Nacho, my tow guy was efficient with loading and unloading my car. He was very friendly and kept me laughing during our 3 hour drive together. Thank you!!

They do not let you bill insurance when you pay to get car. You have to pay and then bill insurance separately
We got there just before 5 pm and are able to retrieve our stolen vehicle.
Highly recommend. The person who answered the phone was excellent. She understood a corvette requires more effort and skill to protect the car when loading and unloading. She made sure the right person with a flatbed was available. Poono was my driver. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. I could tell he cares about his client, their car and his job. Pricing is extremely competitive to other tow companies. I would use Fitz and Poono anytime I need towing. My car was towed from Bothell to Auburn.
They were really great, showed up when they said they would, even during a really busy night, got us where we needed to go and were really friendly about it, even offered to help push the vehicle into the right position once we got it there.

Chris came to get my truck that I sold to Pink-n-Pull. I appreciated so much that he actually communicated constantly with me to let me know when he planned to be there. He showed up within the four hour window I scheduled and gave me plenty of notice to get to where I’d meet him. The dispatch staff also called me the day before to touch base. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Thank you!!
Genes has always done a Great Job for me. Their driver was Gabe. He arrived ahead of their estimated time. Gabe was very personable and professional. He got my Vechicle loaded and secured in a timely manner. And transported my car and myself to our destination. I highly recommend using Gene’s towing service.
My 17yo was stuck on a curb in a parking lot, so fun! The response was amazingly quick and the driver was extremely nice and made my kid feel at ease. Very happy!

Failure to provide invoice as requested. very aggressive threatening to impound over simple request for written invoice, prior to providing v. Claims and lied he reached repeatedly. No missed calls.
Highly do not recommend.
Driver met us, pulled our car fairly quickly right up on the trailer, and away we went to our destination. He was very friendly and knew his job very well. When we got to our destination, down it went right in place. He was great!!! Gene’s was very reasonable on towing rates too - saved us over $100 from other quotes we received for moving our classic car. I highly recommend their services.
My hot rod broke down called Junior and had truck to me in timely manner, the Driver was very clean and professional towed me home very happy no issues,
I think what makes the towing experience great is the person coming to perform the task! The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and was noticeably excited about doing his job. Love to see it!
