Our RVs electricity got shot on a Saturday afternoon, we couldn’t use anything. We spent hours going back and forth into town trying to attempt to fix and find help. AAA wouldn’t help us and another RV guy in town was closed. Before they even agreed to come out and help us, Jason was so kind and helpful trying to help me figure out what was happening via the manual. We would’ve been stranded the following day. It was worth every penny of paying for after hours help. He was kind, friendly, and explained what was going on. Thank you Jason for your kindness and saving our butts in a Saturday!

7pm on a Sunday. Had to leave for Sea-Tac airport at 3am the next morning. Stopped to gas up my car, and when I went to start it..*Click* *Click* *Click* and a battery idiot light on my dashboard, despite the fact that all my lights were working just fine, and the ammeter showed a full charge. Managed to catch Jason just as he was about to walk out the door, but he said since he hadn't completely closed up yet, he'd come help me out. Showed up about 15 minutes later. A portable charging unit was no help, but then Jason just happened to spot a small power wire that had become detached from my starter relay, (something I never would have even noticed, especially in the dark of night). One quick connection later, and she fired right up, saving me the cost of a cancelled parking lot reservation, and having to find an alternate way to the airport at the last minute.

Refused to give information pertaining to the safety of children. If we go missing it was partially this company's fault. *for legal purposes in case I go missing bc they would have information on my abuser*
I called 6 different tow companies today (Friday holiday weekend) looking for someone that could haul a 19,000 lbs excavator. I had zero luck. Then someone mentioned 1st Chance. So I called and the dispatcher was very easy going and definitely knew what she was talking about. I had a tricky job for them to do. After a few minutes they had the exact truck I needed on the way to help me. The rig showed up and looked great. The operators were kind and easy going. They tackled the job with no problem. In all ways possible I had a great experience with this company and definitely plan to use them again! Thank you Chance Towing for a smooth and easy transaction.
I got out of an abusive relationship. I needed to tow a tractor and trailer off of my ex’s property which he would not allow me access to, and was parked off road. First Chance towing had my back and got my property back!! So relieved to have their help and finally start the next chapter.

I called for a service the girl at the office did not tell me they were to charge me for driving to my location, else i would not have called them as there were other closer tow trucks. I ended up paying almost double. Say you will charge and how much per mile before dispatching a helper.
Service was fast, straightforward and adequate. I called them and they answered, unlike the first company I called. I asked for an estimate to tow my car back to my home, he said it would be $95. I said great, can you get someone out to me asap? He said yes and he did. I met a guy at my car about 10 min later. He hooked my car up in 2 min, drove it to my house, parked it, unhooked it and charged me $95 just like he said he would. The whole transaction was less than 40 mins. This is how you run a business! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
They answered right away and talked to me about my situation with my truck needing towed. I felt very confident in just talking to someone with knowledge on the other end of the line, his attitude was such that he wanted to help me instead of rip me off. Because of that I went with them, boy am I glad I did. The driver called right away and gave me an ETA and he was prompt, professional and friendly. Great customer service. I am so Thankful I went with them, what a great team I'm keeping their number permanently in my phone and am using them from here on out.
Robert expertly maneuvered my vehicle out of a precarious situation with out ripping off the front bumper or causing any damage at all to my car which seemed impossible since my car had only 3 wheels l, missing the front left wheel. Excellent service, hard worker, I recommend them to all! 5/5
Not sure the drivers name, but shout out to the man who towed my car today. He really helped me out and was very kind. Definitely calling for them again if I ever need a tow.
I called last night for a tow on my son's Honda Civic, the lady who answered so nice, and very helpful.
They showed up real fast I was surprised. Very nice guy. If he some how reads this I want to thank him for coming to the rescue at Cascade Christian last night and toeing the silver Honda for me.

Needed a tow from Puyallup to the top of north hill. Robert +1 came in less time then was first told (awesome). It cost bout $100 n some change. Waaaay cheaper then the first tow from another company. Robert was very nice n informative about what might be wrong (it was my first accident) and what my mechanic might do even though he didnt need to be. I trusted him n felt reassured about letting him take my car. He made me feel at ease. It was by far the least stressful thing that ive had to go through since my accident. I would highly recommend chance towing and would use em again if needed!!
My husband needed a tow and was given a great quote, the receptionist was very nice to him, said that if it went over the quoted price, not to worry about it, she would take care of it. Ended up not needing the tow, but we will be using them if we ever need a tow in the future.
My F350 broke down at the Orting safeway gas station so I called Chance towing at 11pm and at 11:25 I was being dropped off at my house by tow truck driver and my truck was on the way to Jacob's shop down the street. Awesome service for 65 bucks. They made the experience so easy that I almost feel like it didnt even happen.
Dishonest. Trying to keep an ARMY Chief Warrant Officers car. Probably in hopes to get "abandonment" and make money. The TOW AGENCY Clearly states that the Transport Company out of Alaska is BANKRUPT. THEY KNOW, that the company is not able to be contacted. So if one shows proper Paperwork how come they cant get the car?
