Quick visit for battery replacement after my car refused to start in the morning. I called ahead and they had the battery ready when I arrived. Took maybe 25 minutes total including installation. Staff was friendly and didn’t overcomplicate things. I was back home in time for lunch, which saved my whole day. They also tested the charging system before and after installation and gave me a small warranty note on the receipt, which gave extra confidence.
Really nice place tucked away on JBLM. Even coming down from Kitsap county it's worth the trip for trickier jobs made easier with a lift and a complete set of tools like the brake job I did. It can fill up on the weekends but if you arrive early they'll have room. Some staff seemed a bit rude at times but the music was good and any questions I had they were able to answer.
I was hoping to use the parts cleaner and sandblaster. The PC had OLD dirty solvent. The SB had been inop for years? All the other stuff was old. MWR is not putting any money into the place, sadly.
Amazing service, Brady and Russel did an amazing job at helping me and finding the right tools for the job. I was sitting for at least an hour clueless but they helped me fix me suspension right away. Thanks guys!
Great place, super clean and great staff! Went in, got my oil changed and took my exhaust off. Staff was super helpful on teaching me how to use the lifts and what tools I would need to take off my exhaust. They even gave us some pizza for the road. 10/10 recommend! Thank you!
This has been my 2nd time coming to this self care auto shop on base and it have been very helpful having access to it when you need to utilize there equipment. The service is great, their prices are reasonable, its worth it for the amount of time you are there, they can assist you if you need to find tools, if you have questions about your vehicle, and assist you with a repair on your vehicle long as you have the parts for it. Your able to bring your own tools if you want to as well. I came here twice to do an oil change, 1st time I used there lift machine (bay 1 is the best one to use, its super simple to operate) , and 2nd time I used there jack and jack stands. I will definitely take advantage of there service as long as I'm here on JBLM.
Again, Pat the older Asian looking gentlemen, has the worst personality. He can't be inconvenienced to help you even though he mostly sits at the desk. Everyone else there is more than willing to help, have great attitudes and will answer questions. Can you please move him along somewhere else so everyone can have a better experience? He is absolutely terrible!
Horrible customer service, Philippine gentleman who works here was rude every interaction I had with him. He tossed every form at me at me. He left half way when he was helping me back my car up, had a bit of a hard time getting out after that. Other then that it’s nice having multiple tools available for all jobs needed, that’s the only reason I didn’t give it 1/5.
