Super disappointing. Ordered an expensive part. Arrived broken. Won't process the return. Won't return calls or emails. I am surprised. Seems like the reviews on Google are mostly not real. Buyer beware. And if they reach out to this review to make things right, I'll update it. So far, seems very dishonest and scammy.

Just total honesty here. I don’t recommend buying here because there are some major red flags. However, I did place an order on 7/25 and received it on 8/5. Seems like the business is built around “drop-shipping” which is totally fine. But the customer service phone number isn’t active, the live chat isn’t available, and the email response I experienced was slow. I won’t say I think this website is a total scam, but I wouldn’t purchase through them again.

Total scam company. They take your money, then do not ship the product. They do not respond to emails or messages sent via their website. No phone number listed. Had to dispute charge via my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY!!!!

DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM HIGH SKY RV PARTS!! -- Ordered in October of 2024 and still have not received my parts. Where suppose to be shipped within 6 weeks. There chat support is also listed as offline and has been over the past few days that I have checked. No response via email.

Terrible communication and shipping takes weeks maybe longer, I don’t know because it’s all a guessing game right now. Ordered a part & when I follow up in regards to the status via email, I got no reply. Called the phone number and its disconnected!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Save yourself the headache and pay a few bucks more to get what you need in a timely manor with a company that communicates. At this point I think I got scammed by these folks. RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!

Ordered drip rails on October 14, 2024. No update. No response from email. Phone number seems to be disconnected. I emailed and asked for a refund. It seems this company is out of business and I won’t see my money.

I placed an order on October 9. They debited the money on the same day. On October 18 the order still showed to be processed. I started calling and the number seemed to be disconnected. I emailed requesting updates, I messaged through their website requesting updates, and never got an answer. I finally emailed on October 22 and advised I would start legal action if they did not refund my money. They replied to the previous emails that I sent asking for the status and advised that they had a glitch in the system and they were out of stock and would be refunding my money. I won't hold my breath but at least they havn't committed theft yet. Guess we will see. I won't ever order from them again.

Update - Finally filed a dispute with my credit card and got my money back. Buyer Beware! Do not order from them. You will never get your order. They don't return phone calls or messages.

Im not a review person, never have been, never will be. But this experience has been so terrible, I can’t stand by and allow others to purchase from this company without a warning…. I will try and keep it short. After we talked with their customer service “expert” and confirmed (with measurement) the axels that we needed for our trailer, we placed our order. 10 weeks later (2 more than it was supposed to be) we received the axels. The mounts were correct, but the overall length was 4” wider than the originals, putting our tires dangerously close to our wheel well edges. Initially our requests for help were ignored… ironically, after we made a challenge for the purchase with our credit card company, high sky started to respond. The back and forth went on for a couple months, even though they admitted the error was on their end. They finally agreed to send the correct bar length replacements, leaving me to swap the hub and brakes (even though I purchased the entire assembly). They did refund me the shipping cost and $200 dollars for my trouble, at this point. Mind you, that the pick up location is an hour and a half from where I live. I was told the replacements would take an additional 5-6 week, and even though this was an inconvenience, it was winter so not a huge deal to me. This all changed when I tried contacting them after week 6…. Emails and voicemails went unanswered…. Finally after a couple weeks of trying to contact them I got a response, only to learn that my replacements had never been ordered and it would take 4-6 weeks to get them… At this point, I just want my axels! So I confirm the measurement and details from before…. Next set of axels I receive are the correct length and mounts. Hurray, they will fit as advertised! But wait… even though I talked to the owner, Dimitri, and told him what was correct and what was not with the last order, I received bars that were 3/4 of an inch wider than they were supposed to be. Not wanting to subject myself to more weeks/months of back and forth, I decided I had to make these work…. They do, after I cut out the original mounting plates to my 1965 airstream. When I contacted Highsky (again) about this problem they gave me a $240 refund, but then tried to explain to me how I was wrong about the axels that were originally on my trailer (even though I had given them measurements to start). I originally ordered my axel set in July, I received my usable axels (still incorrect) in May the following year. There are plenty of other details that I could/should share, but I need to get back to my life. All I’ll say is do yourself a favor, find any other company…..

On January 5, 2024 I ordered a hydraulic pump for our motorcoach and they charged my credit card $2,839.20 but I still have not received my part. I have called at least 10 times and no one answers. I've left messages and no one ever returns my phone calls. I've also e-mailed several times and the first time I got a reply back to click on a link if I received the part or if I didn't receive it yet to check my order status. Or if I received it to disregard the e-mail. Well it's April 6, 2024 and we still do not have the part and they have our money for it and no one will call us back or e-mail us back about this. We need this part because we have camping coming up. So if they can't get this part hopefully they have the balls to let us know and refund us all of our money. Never have we done business with a shady company like this before.

I ordered my axle on December. I was told 6 to 8 weeks now it’s almost April and I’ve been calling no response to my email and no one answers the phone. A month ago The lady I was talking to cynthia said she was traveling and she will get back to me the day after , she never got back to me again My order number order #48714

We placed an order on Feb 1 2024 for a leveling screen. On the order it states it ships 1-2 business days. It’s March 1 2024. We have spoken to Cynthia twice and both times she has given us the run around. On Feb 25, she stated there was a medical emergency which resulted in surgery, she would get the product to ship Feb 26. We called back on Feb 26 and she stated not to cancel the order she would get it to ship on FEB 29. We haven’t received anything. They withdrew nearly 400$ on the day of order and have yet supplied the product. We also received an email on Feb 9th wanting us to confirm we had received the product, to confirm was highlighted capable off taking you to another page, the deny received shipment was not highlighted and not capable of taking you to another page. We also replaced this same part from them a year ago and replacing it again with no warranty. Something is off here. I have emailed several emails and sent a message in the message center. BEWARE. They did email back- Order canceled and refund processed

We all need to contact the Better Business Bureau. I’m A retired nuclear engineer. I have nothing but time to follow up and contact whoever I need to to get this resolved. You can’t tell me that it’s on back order for Four months. My mechanic ordered a shower door in October 2023. Here it is January 27, 2024 and we still haven’t gotten it. We’ve called five times and only two times were able to get an answer. We’ve left messages and nobody’s ever called us back. The order number is. 48369. In 40 years, I’ve never had such bad service.

Order has not yet been received but High Sky RV has been in communication with me regarding the delay on my order which is due to the manufacturer. Look forward to hearing more from them about when it will be shipped.

Terrible experience. Ordered parts on Oct. 3rd. Have called several times and asked for updates to delivery status. Even talked to a real person one time and told her how important these products were to us taking our next trip. No responses, no updates, almost 3 months later. I am now looking at canceling our trip because we don't have parts and don't know when we will (if ever) get them. Super frustrating. And I am now worried I will never get my money back. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. In regards to the reply from HSRV; I just purchased these parts from another part dealer and they have had them shipped from the manufacturer in two days.

ONLY BUY HERE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO CHANCE NEVER GETTING YOUR ITEM! Four weeks later, no part. Three emails and a phone call... no response. Website now shows the item I ordered is out of stock, but they had "100" on the day I gave them my money. Weird! I disputed the charge with my credit card company. What a complete waste of time on an item I needed four weeks ago. A simple "we don't have it" and a refund would have been fine!

I did receive my order. It took two weeks to get what should have only been two or three days. When the order arrived, the grease seal was damaged and unusable. Also the outer grease cap was badly dented. The lug nuts, according to the website description, should have been flange lugs, but it came with conical lugs. Those were useless to me. With all of that in mind, should I ever order anything from you again? I’ll just leave it at that.

Order placed on September 18 and our card was charged. Order was just received today, Oct 11. I left a voicemail message and sent two emails asking about the status of our order before we finally got an email on Oct 7th that the order was shipped. I would have at least expected a response of some kind to my inquiry. No one phoned back, there were no emails, even in my spam folder, but I got an email on Sept 29th asking to confirm I had received my order. Very poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. I ordered my door latch 12 days ago. They gladly charged my credit card $300, sent an acknowledgement email right away and it said they would send another email with tracking number soon. Only crickets for ten days. I emailed High Sky RV Parts asking for an update on my order. No response for three more days. I then called their customer service number where I got voicemail, left a msg to call me with a status update (w/ my order number). Again crickets, no return phone call. Next day I received a computer generated email saying my order has been updated from PENDING to PROCESSING. and another email would come within 24 hours with the tracking number. It's been 29 hours and no email. More crickets. I will never order anything from HIGH SKY RV PARTS again and suggest you purchase somewhere else as well.

I received my order for 3 -30" drip caps , and UPS had crushed the box almost completely flat as shown by photos. The drips caps were also damaged-one was so bad,I could hardly get it out of the box. I'd like to return them for a refund please. I've attached 4 photos to show the damage UPS did to the package. This wasn't Sky High RV Parts fault- they packaged them properly. UPS is at fault here. I ordered a rafter arm for my airstream zip dee awning the part I received was incorrect. I emailed High Sky back with pictures and got not response back. So I called in and was told their email were down and that's why there was no response but they were working on it. I sent follow up emails asking if they can not get the correct part may I have a refund. Now over a month since I notified them of incorrect part, no refund, no correct part, no communication emails or updates. Would not recommend buying from them

We ordered the same exact parts from another company, which was cheaper and came within a couple days. We had to return those parts cause they didn't fit, and decided to check other businesses. While browsing online we came across High Sky RV Parts, with a message going across the screen saying ALL "IN STOCK" PARTS SHIPS OUT BETWEEN ONE TO TWO BUSINESS DAYS. We found the parts in stock and placed the order on 02/24/23. Besides the fact that we couldn't track our order, or get any returned calls after we've called inquiring on order status. The part arrived two weeks later but it fit PERFECTLY! I guess sometimes we've just have to be PATIENT!!!

I hate leaving low reviews but this one is deserving after what we went through. I thought the other poor reviews were just flukes so I went ahead and used this service anyway. I found this website and placed an order with them for some axles because of how the website was laid out and I could custom build the axles I wanted for our camper. Ordered on Oct 4th. Customer service called immediately to confirm my order which I thought was great. I was told 3-6 weeks for the order to be completed. Week 5 comes along and I send a message just confirming the order and estimated completion date, no response. Week 6 comes along and I finally learn that the order was placed to the wrong manufacturer and now it will be an additional 3 weeks to get my axles. Finally I get a call from the warehouse 12/12/22 that the axles are ready, drive 3 hours to pick them up to learn that the full order (u-bolt kit and axles) were not actually paid for. Ended up having to wait an hour for the u-bolts to get paid for by High Sky so I could have the warehouse release them to me. Sadly what I should have done was just went with a local dealer and not this website. While they know what they know their products, this website is just a middleman with poor operations management.

Cynthia at High Sky is a true resource. In a world of answering machines and bad corporate Policy, Highsky RV parts has service, convenience and knowledge. I couldn’t be happier and i will continue to source my entire Airstream rebuild through Highsky simply because of the people.

Shipped quickly, correct item. Received quickly. The only issue was the packaging allowed rubbing a hole in the box and a small bearing was lost. Not sure what can be done to fix this as the item was heavy for its size with a small area taking all the weight and rubbing while in shipping.

I received my order, but there were pieces missing during the shipment process. The issue for the missing parts is still an issue. However, Customer Service with High Sky RV Parts has been valuable thus far. Update: The parts were missing because of the trucking company tore the box during shipping. High Sky RV provided me with a return label and made sure that all was taken care of. Excellent customer service!!! Changed from 3 stars to 5 stars because of the customer service received.

Ordered a potable water tank, charged 195+for UPS ground shipping and received not even packaged. Tank arrived with not packaging, scuffed, foot print of a size 12+ in the middle of the tank, all port exposed open environment. Think I will stick with another source when ordering parts where the prices are competitive, shipping free and packaged to protect what was shipped. Paid easily twice what I should have expecting better delivery of product and service.

Ordered splines for the wing windows on my Airstream. I received one in great shape - made me happy. I have not received the second one and have been in contact with their customer service for a month now. As of 2/3/2021, I have quit getting responses or any updates to my emails on when or if I will get my part. I know Airstream has been behind and that doesn't bother me, but don't leave me in the dark about it. EDIT: Just opened another order I made for a bunch of panels. Received a wrong panel too. Not fun
