I came to have the engine removed from my Subaru. Beforehand, I asked for the price. The price quoted was 399, plus two taxes of 40 each, totaling 480. I had the engine removed and went to pay. They added another 110 because I was supposed to bring them my old engine, bringing the total to 590. This is blatant deception. So the engine doesn't cost 399, but 590 with all their added charges. A terrible junkyard.

Had a great experience selling my car to pick-n-pull. They communicated when they were on their way, very professional and friendly when they arrived. I just had to provide keys and title and they gave me a cashiers check. Pick up was free (for me) I was very pleased to have such a smooth transaction. Thank you.

Never had a problem finding the parts I needed here. Great prices and even offered to help find what I needed.

We found so many good parts for our car. The website is helpful to know which cars they have. Don't bother calling and asking if certain cars still have certain parts, they don't know and that's part of the fun, going out and searching through these picked over cars for the parts you need. After a recent car accident, where my wife was not at fault, we were able to find a rear bumper replacement and misc parts to repair the car on our own. Bring your own tools. I have found bringing a cart of wheeled toolbox makes life much easier getting through the lot.

If I could I would give them 0 stars! They had me waiting for Close to an hour and no response all the lady said was, can you please hold, and didn’t even wait for my response, really upset some of us have things to do.

One of the worse junkyards I've EVER been too, they don't do parts inventory, and they don't check for you if they have the parts your looking for, and the cherry on top, they DONT CHECK THE MILEAGE of the vehicles they get. I live 4hrs away, they want me to make the 4hr trip WITHOUT CONFIRMING IF THEY HAVE THE PART OR NOT. SOME BS if u ask me. Definitely will never EVER recommend this place.

Long but honest review: The laughs were worth the entrance fee. They didn’t have the primary part on either of the cars that were on the lot, but that’s to be expected. They also didn’t have toilet paper in the on site urinal, and the gentleman sweeping the lot told me I’d have to talk to someone inside. I pulled a secondary part from a car and headed inside to pay. Watched a hilarious situation with the guy that was previously sweeping the lot (who was now inside, and yes, I resisted the temptation to ask him for a roll of TP) and a gentleman that was buying a rear view mirror. The customer also decided he wanted to haggle on an intact used car, and during his convo with the cashier (lot guy, who told me to get bent about tp) the cashier noticed a side mirror in the customer’s pocket. Customer claimed it was his that he brought in. (Probably not truth). The manager eventually intervened and pointed out the signage that no parts are to enter and any part leaving the lot had to be paid for. My son and I waited (a ridicules amount of time) to pay for our pulled part, that would have been useful but not as essential as the part we came for, during this ordeal, joking amongst ourselves. They then quoted me full retail price for the part I’d pulled myself, used. (It was a Dorman Aftermarket Door Latch/Actuator). While I applaud them for not getting ripped off, I resent them immediately turning around to attempt to scam me. I’ve worked in automotive aftermarket for over 10 years, and this part was secondary to my intended visit, because they didn’t have the part I wanted, I realize that’s part of the gamble at a scrap yard, however their assertion to not get scammed seemed much less professional after they attempted to over charge me for a used part I didn’t actively need, at full retail cost. Fun fact- do your research on pricing before approaching the counter, don’t get scammed. Also don’t be the scumbag that tries to steal from them.

Very helpful staff. Even during the Labor Day sale, when they were slammed. Excellent. Will be back.

terrible pricing, they wanted $90+ for a SINGLE 30 year old climate control PLASTIC bezel that I could’ve gotten off of eBay for less price and in pristine quality, the staff was nice but the prices are completely u justified

Absolutely love this place. They help customers find the cars they are looking for before walking in circles on the lot. They also are very helpful with pricing. I will always be coming here!

Always a pleasure. We got there at almost closing, though, so we didn't have enough time to get everything. Prices are getting up there but still cheaper than store

Never have good parts they have parts pullers pulling all the good stuff off before you even go in dont waste your 3 dollars just order new or call a yard that pulls the part same price anyways. They dont have a system with your number for warranty and they dont refund only credit slip and the slips always erase numbers so it's always a complete loss they see me and my brothers all the time we just quit going because this place is a joke want top dollar for scrap metal

Save your money and most importantly time and buy online these people are liars and greedy. To enter the yard whether you pulled something out or just looking if they have that item because they don't tell you, cost $3, for what... to breathe the air in the perimeter of their yard. The most important they told me they have silver Corolla over the phone. When I came there it's gray Corolla. Like seriously. This scammers should be closed.

Prices went up!!!! Over $300 dollars for a hood and bumper and even tacked on core charges for the plastic pieces. So happy I priced out that new parts would be 350 with shipping or else id have been screwed by this place. DO NOT USE PICKNPULL WITHOUT CHECKING PRICE OF NEW FIRST THEIR PARENT COMPANY DID THIS STUFF LAST TIME CAR MARKET GOT SHAKY THEY WANT TO MAKE IT SEEM CHEAP WHILE MAKING THE ONLY MONEY SAVED BE FROM SHIPPING. Oh also looks like employees just get to go out and break stuff in the yard.

I love this place. The staff are very helpful in finding what you need. To some, it may look like a junkyard but, to me it looks like heavens treasure trove! Do you know how many kill switches, fuses, windows, handles, tires, seats wires, pedals, and headlights I have pulled/ paid for? This place has saved me from spending copious amounts of monies!!

Be warned. Even though Google says they close at 6. Their door says 5. They are quick to kick everyone out regardless of job status & they don't bother telling you they're closing in 10min they'll still take your entry fee and let you waste your time & money.

Solid place. I was looking for 2 specific screws for my Honda and the lady at the front office was nice enough to give them to me for free. Small things like that go a long way.

Many years, off and on with this location. Can not always get what works, that's why it is called, alternative. Definitely worth experience compatible (not recommended) for maybe interchangeable. Does not always workout. But damn worth finding out. Love this place.. Thank you crew for time an jobs skills, toughest part of customer service ever had to watch as been there to witness. Keep up the courage. It's awesome.. Marcy Honn

Long time customer of this busy yard. Strange experience there today. Total clown show in lower parking lot. Large woman employee, manager? walking the parking lot in circles while shouting into a bullhorn. Loudly chastising drivers for parking where she felt they shouldn't have. Most of what she was yelling was garbled coming out of the bullhorn, and few in the lot to hear her anyway. A good example of a poor way to handle a problem. The parking lot stripes are worn and hard to see, a few traffic cones would keep customers out of the areas that were annoying her. Maybe the lot could be striped in the spring when things dry out. Too much crazy for me, I left.

There was a black lady who was in charge, I don’t know if she’s a manager on 11/29. she was very rude to one of the old man (Customer). Yes the customer may be rude because he waited for half an hour (I don’t blame him), but mind yall his very old. This manager (not sure if she’s a manager) was very rude, making hateful comment toward this old white man. She suppose to say something just to calm him down and explain to the old man the situations that going on. If you know it was very busy, why you sent two people on lunch break while you guys have a very long line. This black lady (manager) has a very bad customer service. She was going on and on and never stop. I don’t know if she’s been showing off or something because there’s a lot of people. But she don’t know, everybody was shocked of the attitude she threw toward this old man. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL act like a manager girl

Not worth coming here on a weekend, I've never understood why they don't have more staff working the counter on weekends. There's only one cashier checking people in.. and a line of 20+ people just to get in. They will overcharge you for things too. Just want to add that the level of rudeness I've received (from a guy who seems like the manager) is absolutely ridiculous. Cannot at all recommend coming to this location. This is the only location I've gotten such garbage service from on so many occasions. Certain regular employees are great though. For context: I had a family emergency recently and had to leave in a hurry without buying anything (common occurrence with part availability). Of course on this day, a managerial looking employee in a vest followed me out of the store, yelling at me in the parking lot while I'm clearly on the phone... He continued to accuse me of stealing after I quickly explained why I was in a hurry, and couldn't go back in for them to search my cluttered tool bag for minutes despite not even doing that on the way in, and being there for maybe 10min total. He even loosely threatened me with "karma" over a totally empty accusation. That is frankly some not-so-smart behavior here in Tacoma. If y'all seriously want to search everyone that comes in/out (without buying things), then you need to hire more employees, because that just doesn't happen. I'm not waiting in the super long check out line just for that.

Paid us almost $500 for our very tired 1997 BMW 328I w/ well over 260,000 miles. Its ugly, had dents faded or no clearcoat at all in spots, leaky sunroof that stopped woo= super squishy suspension, and all the miscellaneous broken interior parts

Long way away from where I live but it had what I was looking for. Turns out a mirror for a 96 Ford escort is very hard to find. But this place had it thankfully. Lots of people so a good place to find things and lots of cars for what your looking for.

Nice yard, well organized, friendly staff, which is pretty much the same as all the other locations. After all, it's a giant corporation, so all the yards are pretty much the same. But seriously, parking sucks. Spend a few bucks and at least put some lines in the parking lot
