I was out on the JBLM base they sent two rotator records out there to pick up 1/2 of a building the speed at which they assess the situation and by time I got loaded I thought was a very reasonable. Two gentlemen worked *NSYNC and fluid with each other while they picked this building up, booming out and in and rotating both booms at the same time was rather impressive very good teamwork and their professionalism showed very polite very easy-going thanks for a job. Well done truck driver with Midwest trans MWT.
I typically don't write reviews but Nacho from Genes Towing deserves a shot out! Your car breaking down is frustrating, when it's late in the afternoon on a hot summer Friday, it's even worse. I was lucky enough to have Nacho show up to help out, immediately my frustration subside.
Cmmunication with the office was good, pricing was good and Nacho was even better.

Gene Towing, I called them around 3:30-3:45pm And around 4:15pm My hero Rescued me from the middle of the freeway. Nacho. Is the gentleman’s name. He was kind, Respectful, Proficient and responded in a timely manner. He took us 40 minutes to our home. & he made the ride back comfortable. I highly recommend this drive and his company. Thank you.
Great tow yard. The staff are nice, just when I walked in no one really acknowledged me until I asked for help.. so that's why it's a 4star. Otherwise great! They let me grab anything that wasn't strapped to my car and let me take my time befor leaving my vehicle.
Gene’s towing in Lakewood are absolutely fantastic in their customer service. I was involved in a hit and run accident which totaled my car. When Nacho showed up to tow it he was very kind, considerate and left me with clear instructions. He was there the following day to help me retrieve personal items from the car which was almost totally inaccessible. The kind lady at the office had me in and out completing the paperwork in record time. I sure hope I don’t ever see those good folks in a professional capacity again but have them on speed dial for any future emergency!!
Only charge me an hour and stuck around at Puyallup Subaru trying to get my car out. Subaru was being less than helpful and refused to prep the car in advance of their arrival. Super accommodating.
Brok down waiting to load. Truck wouldn’t start. Dispatch was right on it. The tow truck was on his way when the truck started. (After 2 hours trying). Had to cancel the tow truck but they got right on it and stayed in touch till I had to cancel. Thanks
Couldn’t give it negative stars so here’s the one star I guess DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS !!They are scammers ! we moved across the state. Got a phone call stating that my husband’s stolen motorcycle was recovered and brought to their yard. Call the next day and they said they are waiting for the DOL to take the flag off of the motorcycle We gave last six digits of Vin number which she requested and my husband asked The condition of his bike and she looked at some pictures of his bike, and she said that everything looked good and CONFIRMED that it was the same bike the year, the make the model, and even the color so we stated that we were gonna be there the following morning She stated that she will call the sheriff and have them meet us there to get confirmation that the bike was really his Just in case the flag was still on the website… So he gets there the next morning and she stated that one of the characters in the vin is different and the motorcycle was not his and then a little bit later she stated multiple digits were different motorcycle not his called for the sheriff to come out they never showed. Just Lakeside police three hours later And the police went into the yard with her and took pictures of a bike that doesn’t match at all to the VIN number that we have different model manufacture everything so they are scammers they want the bike and were hoping that because we moved live across the state that we would forget about it. Why do we have to fight for something that is rightfully and legally his and was a victim two years ago when it was stolen and now feel victimized again! And the ladies there at the front desk, extremely rude, not to mention completely unfair price to get it out if we could $574.00 It’s only two days in storage And on a website it said for the first 48 hours $345 or something like that I don’t know what we’re gonna do, but this is not over When there’s no way that we would’ve gotten a phone call stating that the motorcycle was recovered when they have the wrong VIN…??? We would not have gotten a phone call stating that they recovered his bike from the county that we used to live in I don’t think so. They have his bike and refuse to give it back!!!!!!!
Employees are super rude and unprofessional, worst customer service I have ever experienced and they hang up the phone on me, they left me on hold for 15 minutes and then I had to call back to let them know and they cursed me on the phone! Hang up on me with disrespectful behavior while I’m waiting for 30 minutes waiting for the driver to come out! This incident was on Friday at 6 pm employees who work on this shift are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional service!
Excellent service! Poono was a life saver today! Thank you so much Poono for your help this morning. He even jumped my other car that had died previously so I could drive it while he towed my other car that unexpectedly malfunctioned this morning. A stressful morning but Poono and Gene's towing made it as smooth as it could be given the situation. Will be using again most definitely- just hopefully won't need anytime soon. He was also very careful with getting my car on and off the truck. Great work.

AAA was going to be a 2 hour wait, with me on the side of the freeway with cars zooming by at 60 mph. Not fun. My friend sent me the number for Gene’s, and their guy, who stayed a bit past his shift to help me, was there in 20 min. Worth it.
Tony was awesome and super helpful. Loaded jeep up with skill and speed. Got me to toe spot and helped with a ride back. He has a calm and positive demeanor that made a stressful situation more bearable.

Awesome service, I was very pleased with how fast they were able to pick up my vehicle, and it wasn't an issue that there was only 1 spare tire and it was parked in a driveway. I would definitely use their service again.
This was a couple years ago, but didn’t write a review. It was winter and I was in a roll over accident. The car was co-signed by my dad who passed away. They gave me a hard time about the title. Then, they said I had to arrange getting my car towed out. It was a hassle and they provided very little help. The female receptionist was disrespectful. It was cold outside and I used my cell phone to call the other towing company, she said no using cell phones inside….really? When I was outside, she lit a smelly cigarette a few feet away and smoke was being blown my way. I’m disgusted. I could have died in the roll over, but they don’t care. Just want money.
Excellent skills from the driver, we have a tight twisty driveway with a fairly tight gate. Driver as great, got his truck in and loaded our pickup being very respectful of our property. Highly recommend.
