I would gladly recommend Gundies to anybody looking for good used parts. They have been able to find parts for me even if it's something they don't have in their inventory.

Auto wrecking can be tricky, especially when there's not a great catalog of compatibility. These guys went above and beyond to track down parts for my vehicles on several occasions

My customer called around looking for a wiring harness for a caddy that had been damaged when thiefs tried to steal his car out of the driveway. This was the only place we could find it. This place is a complete Mickey Mouse Club ran by a bunch of morons you call one place somebody answers from another place and doesn't want to transfer you you pay for something in advance that you can't look at and want to charge you price for like a new part cuz you're paying them to go take the part off that you're not allowed to go look at or do it yourself and then they call you three days later and tell you that it's too rusted out and now you got to wait a week to get your money back this place is a complete scam

Gundie's of Graham was able to provide all the parts I've needed so far. One time they knew it could take about a week and after precisely a week I was able to pick it up. Other parts from Bellingham only took two days to be available. They are polite and helpful, and I'll certainly turn to them again. Thank you!

Called on a part and they had 3 of them but wasn't able to see them unless I purchased the item. Told them to make sure the bearing on this part are in working condition because if not the part is junk.. Salesman proceeds to tell me they go through there guys who thoroughly inspect them before they go out. So believing him I purchased the part and when it came in it was junk.. I called to let him know and he would not send the others over to get looked at, he said I was wasting his time.. Last I checked I'm the customer that needs parts and if you're not helping me then you are the one wasting my time. He ended up being very unprofessional and had terrible customer service. I will no longer deal with this company. Thank you Dan! You were a peach to deal with.

Most expensive parts around for junk yard parts. They are sold at new prices for parts from used wrecked vehicles, poor quality used tire prices are 80% of new, poor management, fraud within the business. Long hold times, poor customer service, poor pay and treatment for employees. High expectations for a junk yard but No employee handbook or policies. General manager makes stuff up as he goes. Has no real management skills, lacks in human decency. This individual Singles out employees and gives other the privileges denied to others within the same time frame. This place is as bad as you imagine a junk yard to be +100% extra in disrespect to the customers and employees.

I've been trying to give these clowns about $1,000 for some parts. Everyone I've talked to has an attitude, Dan is the exact opposite of helpful, throws up more roadblocks than anything, and a downright jerk who will hang up on you in the middle of a conversation (other reviews mention this as well). I was told to order the parts I want I'd need to talk to Cameron @ Graham, I've left several voicemails for him, never heard back (been almost a week since the first voicemail). Great way to waste hours of time....total clown show.

Found the seats I needed via online research. Called the yard to see if I could look at them before buying. Since its not a pick and pull type facility and for liability reason we were not able to visit. I was provided photos which worked for us. They were able to confirm they fit for our truck. Price was excellent and service was great. Thank you all for your help!

Trying to ask about parts and No one ever answers the phone, literally called 40 times and nothing

Purchased a 2003 Toyota tundra transmission that had 150,000 miles after installing the transmission and starting it, made a really bad scraping grinding noise. Replaced the torque converter to see if it was just that. Turns out the scraping noise went away but then the car would hesitate when shifting. After speaking to sales man David it turns out the Donor car was brought to them likely due to a bad transmission. They never tested the transmission. If they would have just turned on the donor car and drove it they would have realized it had a bad transmission. I wasted 100 dollars on transmission fluid/ filter plus 3 days of work to drop the transmission a total of 3 times and have to go all the way back to return the transmission.

Highly recommend for finding parts. I needed a hard to find trunk part for my Audi. I went into the Graham, Wa location where the very help front clerk Erica got me in touch with Bruce out of the Battle Ground location. Bruce went above and beyond to help find the part I needed, he was able to find the parts and sent me pictures to confirm everything I needed. I will be definitely be using Gundie’s again.

Called for a part for my 2014 ram 1500 big horn. They didn’t have my part but offered to reach their sister company and was able to track down the part for me. They got it and I paid for it within that week. These guys went above and beyond. I couldn’t be any more happier with their services and their prices. Thank you! Definitely recommend this place.

I needed a rear taillight assembly. I called them up. 1/2 the price of new. He confirmed the part in less than a minute. It arrived well packaged, as described within 2 business days. No frills, no surprises. A great experience

Always helpful, usually have all the parts I need at really great prices, and honest too! I bought an engine, installed it, it was not as good as what it should have been for what I paid. SO... they found one better than what I paid for (by a lot... 12000 miles on it instead of the 45000 miles motor I bought) and gave me that one instead. I'll always go there first from now on

They are incompetent. Called them twice to cancel a part transaction before they tried to charge me because I didn’t want the part anymore. (This was last week). They wait a full week and then they wanna try and charge my card without my permission or knowledge. Do not go here, super sketchy.

I bought a transmission for my manual swap for my SC300. I wanted a 4x2 M/T from a Tacoma but upon bringing it home (I was too excited to notice anything wrong with it), realized that I had gotten a 4x4. I called Jason and he happily helped me out and offered me an exchange for the correct 4x2 transmission, valued at $550, for the same price I paid ($350). He was extremely professional and apologetic about their mistake. I will be a returning customer for any other needs. Give Jason a raise, he deserves it.

Called. Asked if they had an item pulled. Their response to me on the phone was "No one pulls parts. Everyone asks this question and no one does it." I've been all over the US. PLENTY of Auto Salvage locations pull their parts and have them in stock. This guy was an ahole. He even asked if I wanted to buy a part from him after being rude. Absolutely not getting my business.

Jason W is always professional and a great resource for any of our used parts needs. I used him for my shop and have used him for the 5 shops I have worked at. If you want someone who is going to follow through and is knowledgeable and efficient give this guy a call. Gundies is also one of the better yards whether it's for pulling parts with out destroying them or there willingness to return incorrect parts In exchange for the correct part. Highly recommend starting here with any used parts needs. Ask for Jason W as he seems be the most knowledgeable person I have dealt with over the years.
