Our headlight went out in a trip home from Milton and it was pouring rain at night. Came in and bought a headlight and the nicest guy ever installed it for us, I think my husband's hands were too big. Thank you Joseph for excellent customer service!
Adrian was super helpful, my car's battery stopped working and he helped me find a new one to replace the old. He took time out of his shift to help replace it. He was super kind and one of the best employees if you want to have a small conversation.
We went to O’Reillys in Milton today because we needed a new battery. Adrian and Josh helped us and they installed it in our truck for us. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and couldnt have been more helpful! Very impressed!..I will tell everyone I know of their wonderful service today
I had gotten everything fixed without needing everything I bought. The extremely nice and helpful people working there accepted my returns with the receipt and refunded me without issue.

As a woman who only knows basics of car mechanics, these men were so kind in making me feel comfortable in helping me look up and find my car's air filters, AND Adrian was willing to take the time to show me how to install them on the spot. I am 38 weeks pregnant and came in for some oil needing to add oil to my vehicle and the wonderful staff not only helped me purchase it, but came out to my car and filled it for me. Service was above and beyond super appreciative of the friendly and helpful staff.
Very attentive and helpful. They will help you think through and try to pinpoint what is most likely the issue and needing replacement or just an adjustment, etc.
Bill lent me tools, he came outside to inspect my tire and Brakes, which were leaking fluid "after" I bought and installed a new Caliper and Brakes.
We ordered another nw one plus a new brake fluid tube connector just in case and to have options. It ended up just being a bad "new" Caliper. The replacement worked, no leaks. As seen in the video I posted on YouTube at "HealthybyHeath"
By far the most helpful person! His name was Gene, and he was so knowledgeable, explained what I need to get the correct parts. Went to 3 other places before here, big mistake. He was very nice compared to all the other people at the various places I went. Will 100% without a doubt drive up to this location over another store with in walking distance. Thanks for the help!

Usually they have what I need. Unfortunately when I really needed a 13mm socket and some grease to put my vehicle back on the road, they closed 5 min early. Now I’m unsure how I’m getting to work tomorrow morning (hour drive).
Went into pick-up online order. Asked about another product. Turns out they didn't have it but associate took the time to search and see if they carried it.
My twin sister and i are here at O'Reilly Auto parts to get a battery because I just bought a car and the battery is shot. The 2 little boys working said they couldn't help change it because it has a cross bar over the top and that makes it harder to change. So my self and my twin sister ended up Changing the battery ourselves in their parking lot after buying the battery next door from their competitors AutoZone. Shout out to Autozone for being so helpful and having the same battery for half the price!!
Super helpful! I went in looking for new wipers for my car and was really offered help, and when one person couldn't find it we had several employees looking for what I needed.
Needed some windshield washing fluid ASAP! They were open during the massive snow dump of 2021, was able to get in and out in no time. The staff was great!
How Ashley became a assistant manager is mind boggling to me. She has the worst customer service I’m returning my 220 in product and going elsewhere. SHES lazy and not at all helpful. She told me she couldn’t help with a battery because there is only two people in the store. Um hello that’s why you have two people p. There wasn’t any other customers who would have needed help. Going to autozone because they treat me like a customer should. I hope the company corrects her actions but something tells me it will not happen,

They really went out of their way to make sure I had the right part we completely bottomed out holder fasteners tire repair guards and what have you in the engine compartment I also got some plastic tubing to color match my car and detail the motor their prices are in par with the other auto stores in the area so with this request to your house why not go to this one
First time in there and never knew the store was that big plus the employees were all so helpful and very nice unlike that other store across the street.. I will definitely be shopping at O'Reilly for now on!!
Today I went into your Milton store. I mentioned it was a law for people to wear masks and he said we dont make them but there is a sign on the door that says required. Then he proceeds to tell me the governor lied
And he can't make it a law. I don't appreciate his political views when I go into a store! Very rude!!

Love O'Reilly store. But this time they let me down. I went to this location for a light check and the person there just was no help at all, he not even want to come out of the store to check my truck eventhough he was not doing anything just playing with his ear. There was no customers only me, his excuse was that he cannot leave the store unattended... sucks....

Always able to help & quickly! 4 STARS this time due to a mgmt type treating another employee very rudely & with unnecessary rudeness. It wasn't for any other purpose than to belittle the guy helping me who was outstanding in doing so. It stuck in my mind that the person being rude only made themselves look bad & making me think twice about going there again.
They gave me the back brake pads when I asked for the front. Took them back then they gave me the wrong pads again. Which really sucked cause I had the one side apart and no other vehicle to go and exchange them. So I had to put the Damm thing back together twice. I miss the good old days of people that new what they were doing at the old auto parts store's.
I usually always go here because everyone is super fast and friendly and helpful. Last night was a different story. I typically would let bad customer service go but for some reason this is resonating with me. I'm a super easy going nice lady and a woman working there was super annoyed to be helping us, rolled her eyes at my boyfriend and then when he didn't want to purchase an opened package of lights she proceeded to get in a confrontation with him about it. To the point where I stepped in and said "you are not a very happy lady are you". Her excuse was that she is tired and working on something? Well I can go next door to Auto Zone if we are a bother to your store. I am actually pretty appalled by her behavior and will no longer be going to this location. It was disgraceful.
