Great local parts store..friendly and knowledgeable staff..clean well organized..great sorce for all auto parts from chemicals, paint welding supplies hoses and commercial accommodations.. batteries..the works
Great service and good selection of products. Especially when it comes to batteries and battery terminal connections. The only complaint I could have is the prices are relatively higher than anywhere else but it is in a remote location where they are the only option for about 30 miles in all directions. All in all, this is a good place to go when you’re in need of something on the go.
Desperately needed a car battery and had never installed one. I was 2 miles down the road no employee assistance were available. I was referred to a mobile mechanic who didn't return my call or text for approximately 45 minutes. While waiting I asked what I needed to install the battery. Turns out only needed a $5 tool. TOO bad there isn't an alternative auto part shop around
I went in asking for help with a fluids check. I told them my car just felt like it was driving " just a little off".
Two guys came out. One checked all my fluid levels & the other one plugged the reader in. They were incredibly helpful & kind!
Curtious as always and if they have it so will you they do a good job and in a little farm town you really have to be attentive yes I recommend and would endorse them
Great service! Helped diagnose my battery that was dieing. Helped us out and even let us use tools to get the battery replaced. I recommend these guys!!! 2 thumbs 👍🏻👍🏻 up.
These people are so nice. We were passing through and our died thankful in there parking lot. A local Dave and a gentleman were very nice to help us change the battery and let us use some tools, since we didn't have any. I'm beyond grateful for all their help and getting my family back on the road. Thankful for good people!!!
Try their hardest to get you what you need.. I needed a seal for a piece of equipment.. Spent an hour going through books trying to match it.. So much more personal than the larger stores...
We stopped, thinking we had an emergency, our motorhomes check engine light came on, saying low DEF. Not a real emergency, but if you know def systems, they can go into limp mode and only allow you to go 5 mph or actually quite to save the engine. Well, we were actually full on def (which is what we thought). The gentleman carried out the def for me! Once we realized we were full, the issue became, why is it not registering? He referred us to a local shop, even called them to let them know we were on our way. This Carquest is a true hometown business and treats you like family. Outstanding!
They always have what I need, at the times I need it. More than once have they met or exceeded my expectations, and they've even helped install wipers when it was obvious I didn't yet know how.
Hands down, the best parts store in Raymond. Great prices and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff ready to help you whenever you need it. I've gotten everything from oil and windshield wipers clutches and transmissions, and everything in between. If you have any auto part needs, you should definitely head down and let them help you out with your next automotive problem.
I love our local auto parts store. As a woman who knows nothing about cars I am always so grateful to the people who work at Borden's. They are always so willing to help and never make me feel stupid or like I'm an inconvenience in any way. I've actually had several workers come out to my car to help me and the owner himself has given me free products. He even stayed open a few minutes later just for me when I showed up at closing time for something. The prices are a little higher than they would be elsewhere but it's honestly worth every penny.

Friendly helpful staff. Typical smaller town auto parts store. Prices slightly higher than national chains but that is to be expected in a smaller market.
