We walked in and the 2 employees just stared at us till my husband asked who could help him. Very unprofessional. Transaction was quick tho. I just don't understand why customer service people don't have people skills.

Sold me garbage wipers. I returned to trade them in, a small blonde girl was super helpful while two men said nothing even after being asked. One guy let me stand in the rain for 10 minutes trying to put my new wipers on. He then told me when I was inside that they wouldn't fit. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

Needed a bulb for my headlight and I know nothing about cars except where to put the gas and the key. George, one of the workers here came out figured it out quickly installed the bulb and I was on my way. Customer service is what I look for and customer service is what will keep me coming back to Jerry's

No stars, we took our stiel chainsaw in to the O mak store and we had to pay $35 to even leave it. Several days later we were told it was a carburetor problem and they could not get parts. That same day we took it to Washington tractor, in less than 5 minuets they found several carburetors, ordered one and fixed it in 2 days. I will not recommend this store nor the repair department. Terrible service.
