we brought an engine that was supposed to have low mileage, But when we got it we checked that it it was a very high mileage and the engine was in bad condition I suggest not to the buy any engine or transmission before double checking that it's the exact condition you see in the picture on apps or how they describe it And the supposed manager had a terrible attitude

Came from Perfect Rebuilt NorthWest In kent/des moines area. Had a little problem with a part but they got everything situated quickly and easily. Really nice people! Would do business with again

Horrible business with horrible customer service!!! Bought a motor from them said it had 150 thousand miles and was a good runner put the motor in couldn’t get it to start pulled the valve cover all the valves were bent pulled the head an this thing looked like it was used as a boat anchor. THEY WOULDNT EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT MOTOR OR GOVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR ANYTHING. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD WASTE OF MONEY.

Called over the phone to check on a part. They had it ready the next day when I walked in the guy was like are you Maria? Sign here, that thing on the floor is your fan. After I installed it I realized the fan does not work. I called and asked what I could do and the guy was like bring it back. I asked if I was getting a refund? He said yes cause we don’t have another fan. My dad went to return it and they told him he could get ‘store credit’ or nothing. My dad ended up agreeing cause the guy told him it was his only choice even though I was told we were getting a refund. If you read their Google reviews there is dozens of people that have experienced this same situation. Apparently this is a company that does this as a way to get money, they will sell you something untested that does not work and then refuse your refund for ‘store credit’ that they know people won’t use.

From the first phone call, and weeks later when I actually called to buy the engine - Jacob remembered who I was, explained the process really well. When I arrived, the information was on point, they loaded my engine on pallet into my truck with no issues. 35 days later when I brought my core back and turned it in I was issued my charge back with no delay. I will conduct business here again for sure. Thank you for the great customer service Jacob and making my engine swap flawless.

I've been using this wrecking yard for over 13 years. I will never do business with them again after this last fiasco. Be very careful with their used engines and warranty, which is all I have to say. Used Subaru 2.2 liter engine consumes over 3 quarts of oil in 1200 miles, although I was told it was a good.

Love this place! Been coming here for 15 years! I have bought countless engines transmissions axles body parts. Way faster service than any other yard , even when they are short handed!

Decent offers for broken cars. Their appointment times are more like suggestions. Once they got here it was quick tho.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great prices! When the wrong part got pulled at closing time the entire staff went above and beyond explaining the situation and stayed late on a Friday until the correct part was found and pulled and put in my hand! Highly recommended but be patient, be kind and you will be treated the same at this helpful business 👍

Ordered a washer reservoir for my 1994 Hyundai excel here. Received it fast and was in good condition.

I have a repair shop and sometimes we need used parts. I have purchased from them before but this last time these guys at All West really offered us great service. Unfortunately the part that was supplied was not usable but they refunded immediately with no questions asked and absolutely no pushback! An honest wrecker that is truly here to help.... I can tell you this is a rare trait in our industry. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call again the next time we need something used.

They were knowledgeable and helpful. And had the part necessary that I had inquired about over the phone a couple hours prior.

These guys are the best, price, parts available, will even tell you where to get the part if they dont have it. Always the best, will always go to these guys first.

Decent prices but be WARNED: you have to pay for parts unseen over the phone before they are pulled. If they are not as described when you pick them up they keep 35% of the price. My guy Jacob was super reassuring over the phone that if you don’t like the parts they will refund you. He did not mention the 35% restocking fee. They also charged me for a part they couldn’t find. I had to catch their mistake and request a refund. They have a sign up in their office saying they give discounts for positive Google reviews so take any positive reviews on here with a spoonful of salt

James was great to deal with on the phone and in person. He had the needed fender and headlight pod waiting the morning after we called. When the plug in on the headlight proved incompatible, he fully refunded our return of that part with no issues.

I gotta say T was great on her ability to not only find the parts that have been sitting a shelf for who knows how long, but she was able to shine where so many other wrecking yards fail. Customer service, she got back in a timely manner, checked in on me as I was making a near 3hr drive to the yard, but took care of me as the customer when we found out there was a broken injector stuck inside the cylinder heads I was buying. Would and will buy from again.

Best experience with an auto parts dealer ever. Very large variety of makes an models an special or hard to find parts as well as " BEST DAM PRICES" on everything. I called all around WA. State just to make sure

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their 30 day warranty is a joke. They refused to refund us for their broken parts, after they told us to drive down to see about a refund (which was a 2 hour drive each way). They were extremely rude and unprofessional! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Tali was so great and very helpful! Reasonable pricing and helped with working around an issue we had, loaded me up and everyone was professional and nice!

Nathan Kerns. I recently purchased a diff from them. I incorrectly identified the part and left. No matter what the issue was, these guys had the right part ready and exchanged it no hassel and threw in some goodies. Some stereo stuff cause it was a long haul. I used them for my Chevy diif as well. I'm still rolling that diif today, 4 years later. Guys and Gals here are top-notch.

Good customer service with super cheap parts that they pull off any vehicle for you. It isn't an open wrecking yard. Only thing I didn't like was how much they charge to pull the part off...it almost doubles the cost of the part. I called and got a quote for a part ($80) but when I got there I was told it would be $150 so I had to go to the next atm which is super far because the yard is in the middle of nowhere. Like I said, great place, great people and great service.. in my opinion it would better their business if they included the part pull fee with the cost of the part when they tell their customers quotes for parts.

Got the parts we needed and Employees were very helpful and understanding, I recommend this place to get parts for your vehicle as they recylce the parts and take off the parts for you which is better!

Most unprofessional business I have encountered in a very long time. The staff have no idea what they're talking about they will charge your card and then not send you your part as they did with me and they will hang up on you for pretty much any reason. Apart from that, they give you different price quotes depending on who you're talking to even the delivery fee they try to change the price of depending on who you were talking to there. Avoid this wrecking yard at all costs.
