Called this morning around 930 10 to pick up a mirror was told by Jacon, yea we can pull that idk what time but we close at 5. I text around 330 to see if it was ready he said it would be "soon" I got nervous around 425 and decided to drive there and it was never pulled. Not only that he had no intention of calling me 15 min before he clocked out. How do I know? When I brought it up he agreed. Yea I got a refund but still. If I stood no chance in getting it then dont accept my money. And who ever Mrs lady is. She needs to stay out of grown folks business unless shes taking part in the entire conversation
Called Friday talked to Tali(I think that’s her name) to see if they had some parts. They did. Was told to come in Saturday and I could view them. I drove 1.5 hours to get here only to be told by Jacob I’m not able to go out and look at them. But if I was a local I could go out there no problem. Super frustrated currently. I own 3 businesses and understand how insurance works but know when someone just doesn’t want to help you. I guess we will see if they can make this right.
Currently awaiting a harness they said they pulled on the 6/18/25 Hopefully it ships tomorrow as told today. When updated with the situation 6/25/25

Absolutely wonderful experience. Needed to get rid of a couple of old cars they said driver out to pick it up from the same day. Driver's name was Mike and he was an absolute professional. He didn't waste any of my time as everything he did was exceptional thank you all West Coast Auto wrecking for a great experience.

Drove over an hour to pick up an engine and then wasted the engine had a tight spot when turning it over. They didn't tell me until after I called and paid for the engine. Refused engine and went to Sumner and got a better deal with a better warranty
Just called to pickup my cylinder head which I was told yesterday would be removed from the motor and ready this morning for pickup. Apparently the motor has been sitting on the ground waiting for me to pickup to pull the cylinder head MYSELF which is something I’ve never heard of and never discussed. Crazy to me because I also paid a $75 processing fee for it to be pulled. More of my time is wasted and my part is still not ready when it was supposed to have been ready a week ago today. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend unless you love for your time to be wasted.
Purchased a Cylinder Head that was listed for $225. When I called to ask about it, the price suddenly has an extra $75 processing fee to remove it. They told me it would only take 2 days so I went through with the purchase. 2 business days later they said they need another 2 days. 3 business days after that they said they need more time. I would’ve just went anywhere else and got it the next day for $75 less if I known this was gonna happen. Be prepared to have time wasted here
Drove to them and ordered a part, was told the puller was on lunch but they would call me to come back. Well they never called me and I called them. Guy who answered the phone was super rude and even mocked me when I asked if it was picked yet and it is not. If I wasn’t getting it same day I wouldn’t have paid for the part.

Called about a gas tank that was specific to a station wagon so it's a hard part to come by. Said they already removed it from the car, it was on the shelf and it was in good condition. Drove down 3 hours one way to pick it up the next day and found out when we arrived that it was not removed and on the shelf like they had previously said. But they assured me that they would remove it very quickly and get me on my way. Waited while they removed the gas tank only for them to tell me that it has a hole in it and is not usable. I'm so glad that I wasted 6 hours out of my day and a full tank of gas for nothing. Completely unprofessional. Cherry on top was that they told me that I should check the junkyards local to me. Wow, really?? I hadn't thought of that! Total incompetence and a waste of my time, I'm shocked they are still in business.
This place Just allways wants to sell you broken engines or transmissions. 5th time and last one. I learned the lesson. Dont buy from them. 1 customer out of 50 customers maybe get the right parts. The rest gets broken or not the right parts. And warranty shouldn’t even be mentioned on this place,because it doesn’t exist! And manager or owner worse people to talk to than the employees! Bad bad bad bussines! Bad bad. Waisted time and money! Next time i think about buying parts from this place maybe ill just consider flushing my money on the toilet!
I purchased a 2017 Ford fiesta engine super lower mileage that Rebecca was able to assist she even was able to help me because I didn’t have the core that was needed. I recommend this place and they are very nice people there. They are very attentive and polite. I’ll tell my friends about this place.

Called in because I found a vehicle online I had questions about. I live almost 3 hours away and had specific questions before I made the drive. The representative that answered the phone was pushy and rude. It felt like he was talking down to me the whole time. Happy I called ahead so that I didn't have to deal with this type of service in person. I will wait to find the parts I need at Pick-n-Pull or Bravens. Two stars because they may have had the vehicle parts I needed. From the brief interaction I had, I do not recommend this establishment.
Bought an engine from this place. Paid for it, thry took it out the truck and called me to come pick it up a few days later. Installed it and it knocked, got a replacement with no issues. Honest guys, very large inventory. Good communication, i enjoy working with these guys.
Called over the phone to check on a part. They had it ready the next day when I walked in the guy was like are you Maria? Sign here, that thing on the floor is your fan. After I installed it I realized the fan does not work. I called and asked what I could do and the guy was like bring it back. I asked if I was getting a refund? He said yes cause we don’t have another fan. My dad went to return it and they told him he could get ‘store credit’ or nothing. My dad ended up agreeing cause the guy told him it was his only choice even though I was told we were getting a refund. If you read their Google reviews there is dozens of people that have experienced this same situation. Apparently this is a company that does this as a way to get money, they will sell you something untested that does not work and then refuse your refund for ‘store credit’ that they know people won’t use.

I suggest not to the buy any engine or transmission before double checking that it's the exact condition you see in the picture on apps or how they describe it
And the supposed manager had a terrible attitude
I've been using this wrecking yard for over 13 years. I will never do business with them again after this last fiasco. Be very careful with their used engines and warranty, which is all I have to say. Used Subaru 2.2 liter engine consumes over 3 quarts of oil in 1200 miles, although I was told it was a good.
Horrible business with horrible customer service!!! Bought a motor from them said it had 150 thousand miles and was a good runner put the motor in couldn’t get it to start pulled the valve cover all the valves were bent pulled the head an this thing looked like it was used as a boat anchor. THEY WOULDNT EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT MOTOR OR GOVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR ANYTHING. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD WASTE OF MONEY.
I have a repair shop and sometimes we need used parts. I have purchased from them before but this last time these guys at All West really offered us great service. Unfortunately the part that was supplied was not usable but they refunded immediately with no questions asked and absolutely no pushback! An honest wrecker that is truly here to help.... I can tell you this is a rare trait in our industry. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call again the next time we need something used.
From the first phone call, and weeks later when I actually called to buy the engine - Jacob remembered who I was, explained the process really well. When I arrived, the information was on point, they loaded my engine on pallet into my truck with no issues. 35 days later when I brought my core back and turned it in I was issued my charge back with no delay.
I will conduct business here again for sure.

Decent prices but be WARNED: you have to pay for parts unseen over the phone before they are pulled. If they are not as described when you pick them up they keep 35% of the price. My guy Jacob was super reassuring over the phone that if you don’t like the parts they will refund you. He did not mention the 35% restocking fee.
They also charged me for a part they couldn’t find. I had to catch their mistake and request a refund. They have a sign up in their office saying they give discounts for positive Google reviews so take any positive reviews on here with a spoonful of salt
These guys are the best, price, parts available, will even tell you where to get the part if they dont have it. Always the best, will always go to these guys first.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great prices! When the wrong part got pulled at closing time the entire staff went above and beyond explaining the situation and stayed late on a Friday until the correct part was found and pulled and put in my hand! Highly recommended but be patient, be kind and you will be treated the same at this helpful business
