Called over the phone to check on a part. They had it ready the next day when I walked in the guy was like are you Maria? Sign here, that thing on the floor is your fan. After I installed it I realized the fan does not work. I called and asked what I could do and the guy was like bring it back. I asked if I was getting a refund? He said yes cause we don’t have another fan. My dad went to return it and they told him he could get ‘store credit’ or nothing. My dad ended up agreeing cause the guy told him it was his only choice even though I was told we were getting a refund. If you read their Google reviews there is dozens of people that have experienced this same situation. Apparently this is a company that does this as a way to get money, they will sell you something untested that does not work and then refuse your refund for ‘store credit’ that they know people won’t use.

From the first phone call, and weeks later when I actually called to buy the engine - Jacob remembered who I was, explained the process really well. When I arrived, the information was on point, they loaded my engine on pallet into my truck with no issues. 35 days later when I brought my core back and turned it in I was issued my charge back with no delay. I will conduct business here again for sure. Thank you for the great customer service Jacob and making my engine swap flawless.

I've been using this wrecking yard for over 13 years. I will never do business with them again after this last fiasco. Be very careful with their used engines and warranty, which is all I have to say. Used Subaru 2.2 liter engine consumes over 3 quarts of oil in 1200 miles, although I was told it was a good.

Love this place! Been coming here for 15 years! I have bought countless engines transmissions axles body parts. Way faster service than any other yard , even when they are short handed!

I have a repair shop and sometimes we need used parts. I have purchased from them before but this last time these guys at All West really offered us great service. Unfortunately the part that was supplied was not usable but they refunded immediately with no questions asked and absolutely no pushback! An honest wrecker that is truly here to help.... I can tell you this is a rare trait in our industry. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call again the next time we need something used.

Ordered a washer reservoir for my 1994 Hyundai excel here. Received it fast and was in good condition.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great prices! When the wrong part got pulled at closing time the entire staff went above and beyond explaining the situation and stayed late on a Friday until the correct part was found and pulled and put in my hand! Highly recommended but be patient, be kind and you will be treated the same at this helpful business 👍

James was great to deal with on the phone and in person. He had the needed fender and headlight pod waiting the morning after we called. When the plug in on the headlight proved incompatible, he fully refunded our return of that part with no issues.

James was a tremendous help locating the correct part for my Ford . Excellent service and I will return for other parts if needed. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Anthony

Got the parts we needed and Employees were very helpful and understanding, I recommend this place to get parts for your vehicle as they recylce the parts and take off the parts for you which is better!

These guys are the best, price, parts available, will even tell you where to get the part if they dont have it. Always the best, will always go to these guys first.

Decent prices but be WARNED: you have to pay for parts unseen over the phone before they are pulled. If they are not as described when you pick them up they keep 35% of the price. My guy Jacob was super reassuring over the phone that if you don’t like the parts they will refund you. He did not mention the 35% restocking fee. They also charged me for a part they couldn’t find. I had to catch their mistake and request a refund. They have a sign up in their office saying they give discounts for positive Google reviews so take any positive reviews on here with a spoonful of salt

Nathan Kerns. I recently purchased a diff from them. I incorrectly identified the part and left. No matter what the issue was, these guys had the right part ready and exchanged it no hassel and threw in some goodies. Some stereo stuff cause it was a long haul. I used them for my Chevy diif as well. I'm still rolling that diif today, 4 years later. Guys and Gals here are top-notch.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Ordered a part over a week ago, kept getting excuses for why it isn't here yet, finally after a over a week the driver shows up with a part for a completely different brand of car. Nothing but lame excuses and unprofessional attitude, swearing at me for trying to find out where the part is so my customer can have their car back, hanging up on my multiple times. First the delivery driver "had a flat tire" then suddenly the next driver was in a car accident, which, obviously hope if it's true that everybody is okay but yelling this at me when I'm just trying to do my job? Nah. Will not be doing business here again. Recommend to anybody that reads this that you find a different yard even if the price is higher, it's just not worth the headache of dealing with these guys.

Best experience with an auto parts dealer ever. Very large variety of makes an models an special or hard to find parts as well as " BEST DAM PRICES" on everything. I called all around WA. State just to make sure

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their 30 day warranty is a joke. They refused to refund us for their broken parts, after they told us to drive down to see about a refund (which was a 2 hour drive each way). They were extremely rude and unprofessional! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I gotta say T was great on her ability to not only find the parts that have been sitting a shelf for who knows how long, but she was able to shine where so many other wrecking yards fail. Customer service, she got back in a timely manner, checked in on me as I was making a near 3hr drive to the yard, but took care of me as the customer when we found out there was a broken injector stuck inside the cylinder heads I was buying. Would and will buy from again.

Most unprofessional business I have encountered in a very long time. The staff have no idea what they're talking about they will charge your card and then not send you your part as they did with me and they will hang up on you for pretty much any reason. Apart from that, they give you different price quotes depending on who you're talking to even the delivery fee they try to change the price of depending on who you were talking to there. Avoid this wrecking yard at all costs.

Good customer service with super cheap parts that they pull off any vehicle for you. It isn't an open wrecking yard. Only thing I didn't like was how much they charge to pull the part off...it almost doubles the cost of the part. I called and got a quote for a part ($80) but when I got there I was told it would be $150 so I had to go to the next atm which is super far because the yard is in the middle of nowhere. Like I said, great place, great people and great service.. in my opinion it would better their business if they included the part pull fee with the cost of the part when they tell their customers quotes for parts.

First off, my visit was a few months ago and I'm just getting around to writing a review. What can I say, I've been busy. After reading the reviews for this place, I decided to give them a shot. I don't understand the negative reviews. My experience was very positive with no negative issues whatsoever. People need to understand two things about this business: 1. It is a CLOSED yard. They don't allow customers to wander the yard and inspect vehicles. I imagine this policy cuts their insurance costs considerably and allows them to be very competitive with their pricing. 2. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information about the vehicle the parts will be used for. Year, make, model and trim level(LE, SE, EX, BFD)can not be assumed. These people are professionals and want to provide the exact part you need. They keep a very accurate record of their inventory so that when you show up to pick up the part that you have ordered, it is the correct part based upon the information that you have provided. Automotive parts recycling is a very competitive business. You can't routinely make mistakes and expect your customers to give you repeat business. I ordered what I wanted and then drove 40 miles to pick it up. True to their word, the parts were exact replacements and in perfect condition. I spent some time talking with them about the negative reviews and could sense the frustration in their voice in regards to people not having correct info for the parts they were looking for and, conseqently, the part not being what they were looking for. The owners don't want you to drive a sometimes considerable distance just to be disappointed. It's not good for you and it's not good for their business. To wrap things up, I have made multiple purchases from them with no problems. I have had parts shipped to me that have gone out the same day they were ordered. These people are genuine and care about their customers. Quit throwing your money away at higher-priced yards and give them a shot. Like me, you'll be back.

Purchased and picked up a '98 Subaru Legacy EJ22 engine from All West Coast. Called, engine was ready a little less than a week later. Mileage unknown. The engine works, runs perfectly fine after 2 months/500 miles (I replaced gaskets/timing belt/etc.) Cost roughly $900 after core deposit and fees. The employees were nice, but a little disorganized. The presentation of the engine was far from nice, absolutely covered in dirt, oil, and other fluids in the intake, exhaust, everywhere. Cleaning it took longer than installing it. I just wish they would have taken a little bit more care when pulling it, especially for the price. EDIT: 3000 miles later, engine is still doing well. Has been driving for 6 hours consecutively several times at 70mph.

I showed up it was a very hot day I asked for parts off of a car that I had wrecked 3 years ago. The Staff and Team Sam James and a young lady there where very helpful. Very patient .very understanding .very helpful. Went out of their way to address my expectations and helped me obtain what I went there for they where awesome because they pull the parts for you! They have a huge lot and will ship as well! I recommend this place because their Prices where very very very affordable and well priced. So happy with this Staff and Team

I asked for an alloy wheel for a nissan and was given a 35 dollar price plus a turn in or pay an extra 15 dollars. but i had a turn in. had to prepay. when picking it up they had charged me 70 dollars minus 15 a i had a core. I told them their cost via phone was 35 dollars and the conversation went around the room that no one had estimated that low. I need the part so had to pay the amount. I am 73 yrs old and think they took advantage. They are not honest.
