Part 1/2 the price of ebay provided photo of parts at remote site prossesed and got my parts with out disrupting conversation with other counter person. Rude but very affecient. My new go to wrecking yard.

Upon entering the facility for the first time, I encountered three individuals seated behind the front counter. One was wearing extremely dark sunglasses, while the other two appeared to be fully engaged with their computer screens. There was no visible signage, verbal greeting, or indication of where to go or whom to approach for assistance. As a first-time visitor, I found the lack of direction and acknowledgment disorienting and unwelcoming. After waiting for approximately four minutes without any interaction or guidance, another staff member entered the area. He returned to his desk without making eye contact or offering any form of assistance. I eventually approached him directly to request help. Before even greeting me, he remarked—rather candidly—“Three of you guys are here and no one is helping,” which confirmed my impression of disorganization and lack of accountability. His first question was, “Do you have your order number?”—delivered abruptly, without any effort to establish rapport or understand my situation. The overall customer service experience was deeply disappointing. The absence of basic professionalism, courtesy, and structure made it difficult to navigate the process and left a lasting negative impression. Frankly, the level of service provided was unacceptable and fell far below reasonable expectations for any public-facing organization.

Horrible experience — left me stranded and wasted my time. I ordered an urgent part from B&R and was told by Zephyr it would arrive today. My car is already torn apart at the shop, waiting for this part. Then on the day it was supposed to be delivered, Zephyr suddenly messages me saying they don’t have it! No warning, no accountability — just left me hanging and wasting time and money. Because of this incompetence I now have a disabled vehicle, extra labor costs, and huge frustration. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. If your repair depends on timely parts, do yourself a favor and avoid B&R — they clearly can’t honor their own commitments.

Purchased a fender for a 2013 Ford Mustang GT. Was told the fender has no damage and should be done in 6-8 hours for pickup. Waited a day, called the next day, they said they still haven’t opened it. Waited a whole week just to end up hearing the fender has damage. They made me wait a whole week for something to end up not having what I need. Wanted me to pay extra for another fender when the one I bought was a lie. Horrible experience, disrespectful workers.

This place requires a corporate visit. The employees here really do not care when clients are waiting in line while they stand around and talk. Parts pulled damaged, missing parts, cancel parts when they confirm and charge your card.

The only reason I will give it 1 star review is because time management. David hooked me up he gets a 5 star but didn’t mention the wait until after I purchased part. It’s so different waiting in the lobby. I’ve gone to this place since I first started working on cars going on 15+ years and it was so easy to just come, sign the sheet and find what you want and leave. Now I have to wait days for a part and still haven’t received a call whether the part is taken off of the car that is on. It takes roughly 20 or so minutes to disassemble part. Had I known that I was gonna have to wait a few days I would’ve never bought the part, I would’ve just went to Amazon. I understand that it’s easier to keep up with inventory like this and then but wow my only transportation been sitting for a week now… really Inconvenient

Not only was the part actually cheaper than one I pulled myself at pick n pull, they are great to deal with, first part was wrong (Ford's fault NOT theirs) so they pulled a different one at no additional cost. I usually avoid full service yards due to pricing but I'll absolutely be back to B&R in the future!

Stopped in to see if they had an interior trim piece. They did. Nichole was great, she got it for me as a walk-in customer. Took about 10 minutes but that was great considering how big the yard is. 10/10 love the place.

Awful service, they don’t know what they doing. I ordered my hood couple days ago and they just forgot to put it in the order . with them, I just need to call them every freaking day. Highly not recommended.

Been using them for years off and on. They declined card payment and said I am cash only. I think they forgot how lousy their service was last year, and would not issue a refund or any kind of credit for a bad part. then 3 other replacement parts that never arrived, excuse after excuse as to why I didn’t have my part. But after nearly 3 weeks I got a replacement part that was usable, and not in that great of shape, just usable. I understand it’s used parts, i’ve been in the industry for over 40 years, and also understand the world‘s not perfect. But when I’m told one thing and something else happens, then pulled something else and it wasn’t even close to what happened with the parts. All I can say and do is I will leave a negative review, and buy from others like Gundies.

If I could give a zero star review, I would order the seat for 2014 Infiniti Q 50 I was sent photos of the seat, but you couldn’t see the entire seat ended up accepting the seat and it was the wrong seat went back to the company to let them know that the seat was not the correct one ordered the new one waited almost 2 weeks called today to be told that oh the seat is out of stock so we refunded you your money today The employee April was on leave and I spoke to a gentleman named Cesar. Cesar is the one who said the seat was ordered and gave me a reference number for the seat To return with April saying that she was not aware that I had a reference number and the seat was out of stock because she just returned From leave, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It's really unfortunate that I have to give a 1 star review. I used to come here all the time to find random parts for my old vehicles. Now their yard is closed to the public. I've got lists of things I need and when Ive called in the past they can never determine if they have the part or not. It's honestly quicker to go in and find it myself than sit on the phone explaining the parts to the advisor. I often find more than what I was there for which leads to more money being spent. Kind of a weird business decision in my opinion. Guess I'll head to Pick-n-Pull.

I asked about checking the color of upholstery on a seat they had in stock, and the nice lady had me drive an hour to do so, only to be told at the front desk that I couldn't do that. They did offer to pull the seat out of the car and bring it to me after I paid for it, then charge me a restocking fee if it wasn't the right color. What a joke.

These guys are just fantastic. I was wondering the yard trying to find a truck like mine for parts when I came across a guy named Wulf. He directed me to the exact truck I needed that still had the parts I was looking for. An all day affair turned into just a few minutes thanks to the outstanding customer service of this guy. He even gave me a few pointers on how to get the parts out quickly and easily. Much better than what I went to for taking them out of my truck!!! Thank you so much again, Wulf.

I want to personally thank April Miller who dealt with my order over the phone in sales. I gave her plenty of opportunities to be frustrated with me and she handled it very well. I drove down for 4 hours to pick up a 'Grade A' engine I bought from B&R But when I got there, the engine had a hole in it with the internals clearly damaged. Even their own inspector had marked up the damaged areas and the receipt had notes of said damage. The engine had part of its intake removed, part of its cylinder head removed and had been left exposed like that. How long it had sat like that? Who knows! So much for a 'Grade A' rating! To say that I was not amused, is an understatement. I asked them to make it right, the front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. But the sales person, located somewhere else, tried to imply that the engine was only damaged during shipping and offered a minor discount on it. If that is the case, perhaps inform the person driving over about it. Especially since I had called several times before heading over. And that would still not account for the rest of the engine's condition I refused their discount, asked for my money back and drove back home. Another 4 hours. 100% would not recommend A red flag should have been when I saw that the employees only had an outdoor porta potty to use as a bathroom! Imagine being at work and not having proper facilities! And if the employees are treated as such...

My experience started off excellently. I was able to negotiate the price for my product (transmission) and was very happy with the process and price. Unfortunately, that is where the experienced changed. The product was advertised with an A rating but it did not work and had to be exchanged. I shared that I needed to take a trip and needed a quick turnaround but the process to determine it was not my mechanics error did not happen quick enough for a new part to be issued and installed. Thus I had to rent a vehicle and my mechanic had to do double work. Although the warranty on the product covered the replacement part, because of the faulty first part, over $3000 in additional expenses were incurred. When I asked B&R to make things right, I was basically told I'm sorry but that is not our problem and was sent the warranty information. Now I do understand they went by the book and that is their prerogative. However, it goes a long way to make things right with customers when they are put out as a result of your actions especially because with the additional expense I could have purchased a new transmission. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with B&R again and I would expect those referrals will not be happening moving forward. Although B&R responded to my review, don’t be fooled by the fake concern. I did exactly what was asked in their follow up to my review. I have not received any response from them.

Oscar was awesome and told me hold the yard works, considering I've never been here till today. They 2 radiators for the car I have. One of which was practically brand new. Price was amazing and the warranty was even more so. Can't thank you guys enough! Thank you Oscar! Really wish I would have checked the hole thing though. When I got home buttoned it up and added fluid... I came out the bottom? THE DRAIN PLUG (pitcock, no joke that's what it's called lmao) WAS MISSING! life little lessons right?

I visited B&R Auto Wrecking in Graham for the first time to find a small electronic part. I gotta tell you, T & William really went beyond good customer service, I would call it outstanding customer service straight up!! All the people who work there are very friendly, I never got a bad vibe. I highly recommend going to the Graham location if you ever might need some parts, I know I'll be going back, Thanks for the help T & William, truly appreciated...worked like a charm no joke!!

Awesome place, very knowledgeable, and great staff! This is the second time I've ever been to a wrecking yard and both times were this place. Their website allows you to message them directly so you're not wasting time over the phone or going in person. Communicating this way is a lot more convenient for me. The first time I went, I went into the yard to pick up a few minor things for the Avalanche. Once I came up to the counter the young lady working there said I'm not going to even charge you for that, I asked are you sure and she insisted. Picked up a cig lighter, side cargo spring, and shade cover for the sunroof. I know it really isn't worth anything but the experience made me appreciate them even more. The other day my wife said we don't have the rear seatbelt buckles for the kids in her 1999 Jeep Wrangler tj. Decided to message them again and long story short they ended up pulling the part for me. Paid for it, took it home, and installed it. Go check them out.
