Tow truck arrived 3 hours late because AAA couldn’t get a tow truck. The car was being towed to a dealer in Seattle for assessment because they needed to see the car to determine how to fix it. The car dealership told me they would direct the tow truck to their recommended body shop if that was necessary and it could be determined immediately. The tow truck left the car at the dealer even though my instructions to him were to follow the deal’s directions. Apparently he was in a hurry to get back to Kitsap County- perhaps to get another job.
Now, I am on the ferry to Seattle to take a bus to the dealership and get this situation fixed. I would NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. The driver even had to borrow my hand tools as he arrived with none.
They were on time. The driver was really nice. I asked my car to be moved by trailer or flat bed because it's 1965 They did a great job. I will use them again if needed!
Scheduling pick up was effortless and they were able to accommodate the exact day I wanted the towing done. I received a call from dispatch with a 2 hr window of when I would hear from the driver, and he called in the first 15 min of that window and my car was towed no less than 30 min later! The driver was super friendly as well. Great job! Will use them again!
These people are liars and make you wait for forever. My car broke down and the estimated timing was 20 mins. Driver calls me and tells me that he is 20-22 mins away. I was patient, being nice and didn't bother them for 50 mins. I call them back after 50-55 mins, guess what? They routed their driver that was on my job to some other tow job for police and forgot to notify me. When I called them, the woman on the phone lied to me and said driver will be there any min now. I call again- she says 15 mins. After 15 mins still nothing. I called again and she finally finds and driver and sends him towards my way. That driver guy calls and says he is 20 mins away and if I still need a tow(yeh the same story again). He finally arrived and 20 mins turned into 2.5 hours wait for me in the middle of 303 highway. Thanks to driver but dispatch Souks yuk!
My tow operator/driver David was very professional and proficient. He had my car hooked up in just a few minutes and dropped it of exactly where I wanted it with not a single issue; Thank you David!!
Got into a car accident 10 minutes up the road from these guys and the police called them to tow my car because we had to go to the hospital. They charged us for three hours of towing to take the car over to their yard 10 minutes away, at $400 an hour. $1200 for a 10 minute tow!! Wouldn't negotiate on the price in the least. They're preying on people in a tough position so don't have a choice in the moment, since the police called them without even telling us. Just a money grab. Wouldn't be surprised if they split the $ with the cops after. Unconscionable, especially for people facing even more expenses having to repair or replace their car after an accident. I don't know how the owners of this place sleep at night. The drivers are probably not seeing much of the money either, if this is anything like most towing companies.
I had my car towed over an hour away and needed to ride with the driver. Anthony was absolutely phenomenal making sure that I was comfortable in every way, and even offered me a bottle of water and pulled off the freeway to let me use the restroom. It was a stressful time for me and his kindness was so appreciated! You wouldn't have this kind of service with an Uber or limousine driver! If you need a tow, this is the company to go with and I would specifically ask for Anthony if he's available!
David and Cody were timely, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions patiently, especially since I am a nervous Nelly about my car. Lastly, they did exactly what they said they would, including calling me once my car was delivered to my mechanic shop. Thank you so much!
Got my car towed and impounded for a few hours, and it cost over $1000 to get it back. Seeing others over the years have the same issue is very frustrating- they’ll be hearing from my lawyer very soon if they’re not willing to negotiate the amount paid. There’s laws for maximum tow and impound fees for a reason, and these guys are triple the max prices!
AAA was not able to help at all for a ~100 mile tow. Said they could not find a tow company available/willing and that I could find my own and get partially refunded. Called Kitsap and they were very helpful and told me I should let AAA know they are available and to call them. AAA said they couldn't do it so I called Kitsap back prepared to go the reimbursement route. They said they would call AAA to help get it straightened out and they did because 5 minutes later AAA called me to say Kitsap would be coming out. Appreciate the help and they saved the day. I took the two hour trip with the driver and everything went super smooth and I couldn't ask for more. Thanks!
We were told one price over the phone and when it came time to pay it was over $200 more than what we were told. We explained exactly what we were quoted and basically told oh well, this is what you owe. I would not recommend them.
Bryan was a life saver. Honestly it was the best experience I've ever had involving a tow truck. I was really worried about damaging my control arm alot more we used the flatbead. They were quick to call another tow truck that used dolly's and didn't make me cringe thinking about the damage I'm sure it would have caused. I've had some really bad past experiences and felt that I needed to post this and let people know just how smooth the experience was. Thank you Bryan. You made a extremely stressful situation more manageable than I thought possible.

They have a great team on the road and on the phones. Excellent equipment, very professional and knowledgeable.
Just an update about this company. The rates are still extremely expensive to the point of straight up taking advantage of the people in Kitsap who half the time are forced to use it. I have customers that have nothing good to say about their prices and the management/lady in the office. Crude, rude, and unsympathetic. A bunch of people who use the service both in emergency situations and casually have gone out of their way to avoid using this company because when they are forced to they have a terrible experience. Whether you are in a crisis or simply just trying to do your job and need assistance with towing it is as cold and convoluted company that is only focused on the bottom line. It's sad that such a company has the name Kitsap associated with it, because it gives the county a bad name. I would recommend any other company over them. So please keep that in mind when choosing your next towing company. They act one way on paper, but their intentions are far from the cover they hide behind. Regrettable and sad, but they are a product of how the world is becoming and it starts and ends with the people who run it. 0/5.
Kitsap Chico Towing was there when I needed them the most. Our keys got locked in a loaner car on the BI-SEA ferry, not a very relaxing experience to say the least. In my moment of panic, Chico Towing came through by providing the oh so talented David Bilman to the rescue. He quickly drove onto the ferry, towed the car off and within minutes had opened the door that the ferry workers had said was ridiculously theft-proof! My hat goes off to Chico Towing and their reliable crew. Thank you for being there!
