This place sucks they will hold your car hostage and charge you $190 minimum just to hook your car up even if you want them just to drop it down the road. This company is crooked and will steal all your money and hold you hostage
Horrible company. Charges $190 just to put your car on the tow. Even if you need it 1 minute down the street. Won’t help jump your car unless you pay $160. Very mean and disgusting people working here. Avoid at all costs they try and scam you and will scam you

-I was given an estimate of $236 and it ended up costing $577 with tax included.
-Truck driver was in a terrible hung over mood for the full job, barely responding to me at all.
-I paid him, and then we realized we needed him to do one more thing to secure the trailer, it would have taken him 2 minutes.
What did he do?
He said “sure I can do that” then just sped off and ignored us after we tried to flag him down. Then when I tried to call him he hung up on me.
We’re sitting there abandoned and dumbfounded after I just paid this man $577…
We had to find a jack to fix it and finish the job ourselves. A truck driver from another company had to come bail us out, so thank god for them.

I needed a piece of equipment moved. Todd the driver was safe and efficient in transporting a backhoe I had purchased through an auction. He was knowledgeable on the securement of my equipment.Todd was on time, which was important since I was coordinating property access with a 3 party with site access restrictions. Derek coordinated the haul and was great to work with.. I definitely recommend Quality Towing.
I was in a pinch when I blew a brake caliper on my truck pulling a 40’ trailer and these guys got right to me and delivered truck and trailer to a nearby shop for a reasonable price.

Very kind and helpful staff. My car was impounded and had a dead battery. They helped me get in the car and get it started. My car was stored indoors and I felt it was safe there just had to remind myself they were just doing their job. 4 stars cause I had to drive myself to pay to get the car so I couldn’t drive it home. when I asked if I could park it somewhere to be picked up same day they said no, only spot they had to offer they told me had a risk of being towed again.

I was towing our 5th wheel and had the axle bearing on the trailer heat up and self destruct on Snoqualmie Pass. I spoke with Dan who gave me straight answers and pricing. They were the only shop prepared to haul a 5th wheel on a trailer. He also told me what he would do if faced with the same situation I was in. As a result I used his suggestion and was able to drive myself to Le Schwab with the trailer. It's not very often you find a shop willing to giving a solution free of charge. I highly recommend working with them if you need assistance.
Was very easy to call them up and get a tow truck on its way. When the truck arrived we had Rob as the driver and he did a great job. was a great experience and will definitely use them again if I need to.

Derek was the most helpful person, I called three other tow companies asking for advice and guidance, I’m completely new to having a car. Every other place hung up on me, Derek asked me questions trying to find the best solution for my specific issue, best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.
I have had the pleasure of working with the Quality Towing team for over 15 years. They are nothing short of outstanding, with professional drivers and great customer service. They consistently meet their commitments and have always been fair and professional. I have their phone number permanently memorized and when I needed service last weekend, the choice on who to call was simple. These guys are the best.
I will never use this company again they charge too much and I was having a hard time getting a hold of my company to pay s. 10 minutes later I was able to get the check to pay but the tow truck driver got nasty and harassed me and hooked back up to my teuck and wouldn't let go untill I got him 500.00 dlls more cus 10 minutes of his time were valuable and he said things that were racist. I will never use this. Ompany again. And getting their relatives to post good remarks about them is not good or buying posts. I've talked to several people who have used this towing company and have nothing good to say about them so where do those remarks come from.
I'm homeless and the police and or sheriff, use them to tow my vehicle which is illegal. The police know what they did was illegal when they did it anyway.. tow truck drivers should also know the law before they told homeless persons home away. In 2019 supreme Court judge ruled that it was cruel and unusual punishment to tow a homeless person's home and yet Washington State doesn't give a s*** about what supreme Court judges have to say. In my eyes the tow truck driver just as guilty as the cop that knows the law. They've done this to me twice now and it's cost me well over $1,600 to get my vehicle back to me. I get money saved up and they end up taking it away in the tow... How am I ever going to save up enough to get an apartment if they keep doing this to me? This makes me want to lose faith in humanity but I keep striving on thank God and God only. Hallelujah!
Had my work truck get a flat/blown out tire; when the driver showed up, my office had had me book it as a tow, but the driver chose to help me change the tire with the spare, so I could drive home. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Great company and employees.
After being involved in a car accident, I had a bad experience with Quality Towing company that was called to the scene, not by me. The tow truck driver that came, seem to take his time and do things pretty slowly. I wasn't sure why, but found out why when I was charged for the tow... They charge by the hour! They towed me only 6.6 miles (3.6 miles + 3 miles) and charged me initially $515.74!!! for this. When I asked why so much, they started saying that they have an arrangement with the police to charge by the hour (which explains why the driver was so slow), and they have to charge $208 per hour! They wanted to charge me for 2.5 hours! I asked the driver to call his manager and ask him why so much money, and when talking to the manager, he told me that it includes the time they leave they towing place and get back and he added 30 min for that! I asked why are you adding 30 min, and he said because the driver needs to unload the car. But then I said that the driver already unloaded the car!!, and only then he asked to talk to the driver and whispered to him to reduce it to $458.43. he did not even bother to check if the car was already unloaded or not before, as he simply wanted to inflate the time so they can charge more! I was shocked from the amount charged and after being in the car accident, needless to say, I was overwhelmed, very frustrated and angry. I was a victim to this whole situation and had no choice but to pay, as the tow driver was holding my car keys close to his body to make sure he gets his outrages payment! I called the Redmond police, and they told me that there is no such deal with any towing company! I also called 3 more towing companies that said that would have charged less than half of what I was charged for the same job… I was a victim here!
I had a tire blow out and needed a quick tow to Les Schwab, they referred me to Quality Towing and I’m so appreciative of them! They got to me in 10-15 minutes, the driver was really nice and quick with getting my car on the flat bed. I would highly recommend using them.
Have used quality towing a couple times unfortunately. First was after an accident and they did an amazing job at a reasonable price. The second time was after the snow of Xmas 2021. This company, employees, service, trucks are truly quality. I would recommend them any time.
My only concern is that for my last tow after the snow/ice the cost was 3 times my previous tow for 1/2 the distance. I was desperate so had to go with it. They delivered my truck to the wrong location BUT they corrected the problem as soon as I reported it thus the 4 star not 5.
I can say again they are excellent to deal with, professional, caring, reliable, and trustworthy. I recommend quality towing for their quality ;)
I suppose they will get the job done, but don’t expect a professional or friendly customer service attitude. I had an installation crew at my house and they needed a tow at the end of the day. I felt so bad for them! Great guys! When the tow truck arrived it blocked my driveway. No big deal, but I did have to go pick up my kid from camp. I asked how long and whether or not I should make other arrangements for getting my kid. He said I didn’t need to as it would only be 5 minutes. Great. No problem and I thanked him. He grunted at me. I waited for 10min and was starting to cut it close to picking up my kid on time. I motioned to my watch to see if it would be much longer. He said something I couldn’t hear so I went closer. He said that pointing at my watch wasn’t going to make him work faster. I felt bad because he misunderstood me. I just asked how much longer and he grumbled something. I told him I couldn’t hear him and he ignored me and his body language was clearly not happy. I asked again and replied with some sarcastic statements. At that point I had to do something else so I borrowed a car and decided to write this review. I know my description is not doing justice to how completely rude he was and he clearly didn’t care either. Bottom line, he was RUDE.
Our food truck was broken down in the side of 405. We called them around midnight. They showed up within 30 minutes. Took great care of our truck, pricing was fair and as quoted. After we paid he drove out of his way to bring us to our car.
Tire blew out on the freeway at midnight. Called Quality Towing and Rhonda was helpful on the phone. Jeff the tow driver showed within 20 minutes and things went smoothly. Fair prices for towing services. My car was dropped off at discount tires and jeff even dropped the keys off at the place the next morning. Overall great service and highly reccommended. Much appreciated! :)
I should have wrote this review a while ago but better late than never. I don’t know why these guys get bad reviews, here’s my experience with them. ****I do not work here and have no affiliation with anyone in the company**** These guys saved my ass when they could have stuck it to me.
About a month ago I was involved in a wreck in my dump truck, it was 5am and I had no choice to let the police use their towing company. Quality showed up but DOT would not let them tow the truck until the cleanup was complete. The wrecker had to sit for about an hour and I was not only stressed out from the wreck by also bracing myself to pay a monster tow bill out of pocket.
After it was all said and done both the driver and dispatch were very sympathetic to my situation and charged me a very reasonable rate even though they could have beat me over the head because I had no choice but to use them. I took their card and would be happy to use them again, but hopefully I don’t have to!
I don't know about the negative reviews here, though Quality towing went above the call when I needed them quick. I walked into their office in Kirkland and a kind girl interrupted her lunch to help me. Not only did they show up asap they gave me a rock bottom price to tow my '70 Impala "barn find" from Kirkland all the way to Fall City. I recommend them all the way.
I awoke to a dead SUV at home and had to have the vehicle towed about 15 miles to the repair shop. I needed to get the car towed right away in order to try and salvage the day. I called Quality Towing and they had a tow truck at my home in 45 minutes. The tow truck operator, Jason, was very helpful - had to push the SUV out of the garage (Ugh!) and then load it onto the flatbed.
When we got to the repair shop they had one space available between a row of other trucks and Jason was able to place the vehicle in that spot - no problem. The cost they quoted me was the cost they charged - no surprises and reasonable cost. I highly recommend Quality Towing and I have no idea what any of the other reviewers here are talking about - my experience could not have been better.
This company sucks, they over price their service. But also lie which is not good for a business. I had a car crash and "QUALITY TOWING" showed up and took my car saying that I paid upfront $150 and they took the car anywhere willing 15 miles. I said "NO INSURANCE WILL GET THIS TAKE CARE OF THIS" and then the driver took the car to the towing lot. Not saying there was a $50-$70 added for every day the car was in there hands. Additional to that they send me a note via mail saying if I didn't pick my car up by "tomorrow" they will SELL MY CAR (NOT A TYPO). The reason they had under it was for "ILLEGAL PARKING" when I had a car crash even tho my insurance was dealing with it all. plus they didn't want to cooperate with my insurance as well. Over all I believe this company is horrible find a different company that is more friendly and is actuality wailing to help you and your wallet. I told my friends how horrible this company is now let me help you and help others too.
