JDog Junk Removal & Hauling was contracted to take away a mattress I purchased through Costco that just wasn't right for me. Every person I interacted with on their team was a pleasure to deal with! The guys who picked up the mattress were in and out in, no kidding, under 2 minutes (including the time they spent asking if I wanted them to remove their shoes before coming in :) ). If I need anything hauled away again, I know who I'm calling!

We had a 19 80s something sleeper sofa and I swear that thing weighed more than the two young men that came out to get it. They were friendly courteous and had no issue getting it out and into their truck. The store that we bought the replacement sofa from destroyed two plants in my backyard and drag dirt all through the living room. Needless to say I will use J dog junk removal again and I have referred them to quite a few of my neighbors. Great price on time and extremely courteous. Thank you guys you were amazing!

Sept '24: they still provide quick and courteous service. JJ and Ryan were friendly and professional. They were very quick in removing our pile of junk. And JJDog is less expensive than the other junk removal services we've used. I highly recommend their service.

We are downsizing and like most folks have accumulated a lot of stuff. JDog was prompt and showed up when they said they would, moved quickly and efficiently to remove the junk we needed out of the house. JJ was very polite and respectful. He worked quickly and loaded the truck so as to not cost us what we originally estimated. The entire process was taken care of with very little fuss for us. On a scale of 1-10 if I would recommend them I give them a 12.

Thank you so much for hauling away my two "vintage" (as he called them) galvanized drums. And I think he would be right. I needed a mechanical love seat and a full couch removed and I’m in a split level home. These were in the upstairs. Everything was handled through email which is wonderful! I received a confirmation text for the appointment. I received a text when they were on the way. I received a follow up thank you text when they were done. The crew showed up on time. They were quick and very professional. They were careful of my pets. There was complete transparency about the fees and nothing hidden or changed after they arrived. Highly recommend and I’ll use them again if I need more junk removed.

Incredibly fast loading, excellent job. They worked fast, managed some very heavy items and never stopped until the truck was loaded. We had everything on tarps and wasn't sure it would all fit but they made sure it did. I highly recommend JDog Junk to haul your junk.

The first time I called JDog, it was to remove an old electric hospital bed from my mother's care home. They were right on time, they were professional, and, courteous, and, the perfect movers to get that thing out of there. I have just used JDog for the second time to haul away a giant armoire, that is 7 ft 7 in tall 57 in wide and 28 in deep. In the past it took four people to move it. ***Someone wanted to buy it but her crew of three refused it for its awkward size*** Today, Josh showed up, on time, disassembled a few things, tipped it onto a furniture dolly and rolled it up my uphill driveway & loaded it into his pickup truck ALL.BY.HIMSELF. I cannot say enough good things about this individual's tenacity, timeliness, professionalism, and, good manners. If you need help having awkward, heavy, or, whatever else, junk hauled away don't hesitate to call JDog!! THANK YOU, JOSH!! PS We should have known from the name, they're also dog friendly!

They took away a king mattress. The truck was running late due to traffic and they called to let me know. They were only about 20 minutes past appointment time. When they arrived, the gentlemen verified that only the mattress was to be taken and off it went. The entire process was so easy at a reasonable price. I will definitely use their services again!
