Our service was excellent! Cameron (I believe was her name) was more than accommodating for our family of 3 which included our 2 year old son. We rode with her in the tow truck for about 50 miles. She was extremely professional, understanding and an absolute pleasure to ride with. She made the whole stressful process a lot more manageable. I would highly recommend Dicks Towing and especially Cameron. Thank you for towing our massive truck and our family to safety.

Great service; broke down in Mt Vernon; driver was there within 30 mins and towed me to border. Driver Cody was very friendly and thorough and hooked up and released vehicle carefully. Just glad they got me home fast.
They are amazing i locked my keys in my car. I called the cops first and they were completely useless. I called dicks and he showed up within 10 min and had my car unlocked in less than 5 min. AMAZING LOVE THEM!!!
Service was outstanding and very fast. We had a blowout and had just picked up the car from the dealer so needed to tow it back. They arrived in 10 min. The driver was friendly and helpful.

The towing of my Chevy one ton truck from off of highway 2 just outside of Monroe to Marysville was wonderful when your vehicle stops running and you need help just call Dicks towing they are fast courteous and friendly
Very quick service and friendly staff! Price was reasonable for coming and getting my vehicle unlocked. I was at the airport with a flight to catch, and had stupidly locked my wallet and keys in my backseat. I was very happy with the quick service so I could make my flight!!
Walker, the owners son(Todd), was truly amazing! Our Tahoe died on the 4th floor. Walker drove his rig as far as he possibly could because of height issues in the parking garage. He made it to the third floor. Without hesitation, he jumped out of his rig and said ‘I will push it to get it rolling down towards the third floor.’ I was skeptical, but I helped him push the vehicle, which moved incredibly slowly! We finally got it moving enough to roll it down towards the third floor, where he hooked up to his rig. He was an absolute lifesaver, and his dad should be proud! He was polite, respectful, and worked his ass off to get the job done! If there was more than five stars to give him, I would happily do so! Thank you to Walker and Dick‘s Towing! I would happily recommend their services to anybody in a bind like I was.

Jerry got out to tow my car in about 30min, called ahead so I knew when to expect him. Hooked me up quickly and barely batted an eye at hooking up an EV (which always have safety features that don't play nice with towing/being in neutral). Got me to the tire shop quickly. Great service!
I called Dick’s Towing because all the AAA places were closed as it was 9 pm. The driver, Dylan, came within 25 minutes and had my car on the back of his truck in a matter of minutes, despite my car not being able to be started. He drove my car to the closest dealer 2 miles away, but was not able to drop it there due to the driveways being blocked. So, he drove it to another dealership of my choice 5 miles further down the road, and dropped my vehicle quickly and safely. Dylan was very nice and helpful, and even offered to help with the night key drop. Price of the tow was very reasonable, especially considering it was after normal business hours. Thank you Dylan!!f
Everything about the process was top notch. Easily made the appt to have my rig towed to my car dealer. Connor, the driver, arrived on time, and was very professional. I got my truck and trailer stuck in a bad spot in my yard and thought our camping trip was cancelled, but Patrick from Dick’s towing showed up within an hour and worked hard to get me out with zero damage to my vehicles or property. I spoke to a few others tow companies first and they all said Dick’s was the only company around with a big enough rotator truck for the job. The cost was also reasonable considering the scope of work. Next time I’ll just call Dick’s first.
Well, I’ll tell you DICK is a great place. I had called three other wreckers and a nervous panic because my motorhome got stuck on a simple 15 minute reposition it and I tried two other pick up trucks chains. Everything couldn’t get it to budge. DICK showed up within 40 minutes. Big truck put the winch on it tucked it out simply no damage no harm no pain.mike is the best The ladies in the office were marvelous and they worked with me without any question I recommend them without any thoughts they do a marvelous job and they’re very very fair and their on time and they were very respectful Thank you, Dick’s you saved my day. I would recommend them without any question.

Arrived quickly, was pleasant and professional, explaining his task as he worked. The dispatcher was clear in explaining the minimum cost would be for two hours; I think the job was completed within one hour. Definitely an unexpected cost from my budget’s point of view, but the responsibility for the mishap was mine alone. I would not hesitate recommending Dick’s Towing to others in the future.
