Some vehicles that are incomplete (shell) are subject to have a fee if picked up by our company or can be denied pick-up.

Called this morning to have our old truck removed since it no longer ran. Got a call back really quick and even though we didn’t have the right paperwork they walked us through exactly what we needed and even sent picture examples. We were still able to get same day pick up and it was free of charge. Oscar, the tow truck driver was amazing and so kind. He was actually able to start up the truck enough to move it for the tow and never made us feel like the job was difficult. He was very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. These guys are awesome. I had a car with a lost title. They walked me through the process at the dmv as well as did a same day pick up. The guys at the shop were helpful and nice. The driver that came and picked the car up was fast and knew exactly had to fill the paper work out and their pricing was fair for the car they were taking.

I had a non running car we needed removed immediately and I contacted Cash for Cars. They were very responsive and quick to pick up the vehicle the same day! They offered me a fair price to junk the car. The tow truck driver was a very hard worker. The vehicle had a front flat tire and he was going to swap it for a back tire. He removed the rear tire and unfortunately the front hubcap had a lock and we did not have the key. He just shrugged and smiled and put the tire back on and arranged to tow it differently. It was refreshing that despite all obstacles, he remained very friendly and a smile on his face the entire time he was working. I highly recommend this business.

Amazing! Above and beyond. We had an old car that no longer ran. Cash for Cars coordinated with us quickly --we got a warning from the city. If we didn't move, we would get a ticket. We had moved. Cash for Cars verified paperwork through text exchanges and then met us to sign documents -- like magic, problem solved. So grateful. We highly recommend!
Highly recommend. They were able to arrive early for pick-up after confirming that would work. After the driver arrived and started to load the car, I found out we didn't have all the paperwork needed for transfer of the vehicle, even after he had asked me to confirm that I had the right documents beforehand and expressly told me which I would need. He handled it more graciously than I would have, told me to contact him when I had what the paperwork, and unloaded the car. Three weeks later when I had all the paperwork, he scheduled a next day morning pick-up, was on time and got it removed quickly. Could have been a frustrating situation as he had expressly asked me to confirm I had the right stuff and I messed it up, but it was handled extremely professionally and efficiently.
I didn't catch the gentlemans name who handled my business but he was a delight to work with from start to finish. The initial phone call was quick and low pressure which I really like. I think I waited maybe 2 or 3 hours for a pick up but it didn't even feel like that because I was doing chores around the house. When he arrived for the pick up it was quick and painless. He had a great sense of humor and was off with my POS dodge stratus in less than 10 minutes. It was wonderful. Very glad I got the nerve to call. 😺
