The manager at this location is rude and incapable of customer service. We have brought our car here for windshield repair in the past, but will never again. Quality glass repair just a few blocks away offers a better price, faster service, and a much more pleasant customer service experience. Go anywhere else other than this MS Glass location (85th in Seattle).

These guys are great. Twice I've gotten a quote over the phone and had the job done by the end of the same day. On the last job they replaced a broken window in my car for almost a thousand bucks less than the dealership quote, and cleaned up the old broken glass as well. Very pleased.

I called in the same day I found my door window glass cracked, and they were able to fit me in same day. Service was quick, but I was told my window track needed to be replaced for the window to close properly. After taking it to a body shop and having it replaced, the shop said the glass was aftermarket and not shaped properly like the OEM causing the window to not close properly. My body shop replaced the glass with a proper OEM piece that did work, but MS Glass would not refund the original part.

Had my windshield replaced here a couple weeks ago. Have nothing but good things to say about MS Glass. Quick turn around and a fair prices along with great work. If you are thinking about auto glass call them first.

I replaced my car's broken back glass there after a break in. Very happy with service. It was quick, cost effective and well done. Gilbert seemed a hard working, straight talker guy, just who you need for a job like this :)

These guys are the best! They always do a phenomenal job making it look better than it looked before someone smashed my window. This is the second time I’ve been here within a year after getting my window smashed for the second time. That’s practically most of their business fixing peoples smashed windows. And I’d recommend them to anyone. Don’t waste your time elsewhere go here and you will be exceptionally happy with their service.

The best! This was my first smashed in window and this was such a nice experience. Everyone I talked to was great and really kind. They also vacuumed up the glass still inside my car, which I really didn't expect, but was SO appreciated. And all in one day! Thank you!

These guys were able to get me in to replace a window two days after my car had been broken into. They were cheaper than many other options I was able to find, as well as being able to get me in faster than anywhere else I found. The service was fast, and extremely well done. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future window repairs I may need.

MS Auto Glass Outlet came through in a big way. I tried one of the competitors prior and the appointment was way too far out and the quality of the fix was mediocre at best. MS Glass Outlet got me an appointment the same day and fixed four windows in record time all working perfectly. Great clean up and professional service. Fast and good service. Got my windshield replaced for less than half the cost of places like safelight.

This place was recommended by my mechanic a few years ago. At that time, I got my windshield replaced and was very happy with it. However, I just had to have another one replaced (different car, same bad luck) and am not thrilled. The black glue (?) around the windshield is applied sloppily and is very visible extending around the edges onto the white paint of the car. They also dropped some of the glue on the dashboard and didn't clean it up properly. So far the windshield is holding up fine but my car's appearance is worse and I know its resale value is lower now. Definitely won't use MS again.

Quick turnaround, good prices! I'm a repeat customer as of today. The shop did my march 2019 windshield replacement quickly and I had no problems with it. Gilbert is the manager that I've talked with. Got a big and ugly chip again in the windshield this weekend (right in the line of view so ....) and I had to go ahead and replace rather than to "fix" it. Not a "fancy" place, but exactly what you'd need: quick service and quality work. I recommend them. Thanks Gilbert!

I made an appointment with MS Glass to fix my windshield, letting them know that the driver side door doesn’t open. They told me in text that they could work around it. When I actually went in to get it fixed, I reminded them of this and they refused to work on it. I offered to show the worker that they’d said they could. He refused to see it. I told him their business sucks. They’re disrespectful and liars. I definitely will never go back there again and I’m letting everyone know that they lie and aren’t a very good business. They made me waste gas just getting there as well. He could’ve offered to at least take a look at it or inquire more about it but did not.

We did not exprenice a good service at this place at all. The customer service was really poor, and the job done was not done well, AT ALL. Gilbert, the owner of the shop, took our car in. Our car had a broken rear glass window. Gilbert changed the glass, but the there were gaps between the edges, the glue was not applied well. There was also remnants of the broken glass inside the body of the cars So we took our car back in. While his work was defective, Gilbert begrudgingly accepted the car, he was very annoyed to see us back. When we got the car back from him this time, we noticed that the back wiper that he had installed was making a squeaking sound. We noticed that it is robbing too hard on the glass. It has now left a permanent mark (ditch) on the glass. We don’t use the wiper anymore. Gilbert’s manners has been so poor that we are almost scared to call him back and get our car in.

I called, the price seemed just ok. But why are they so rude on the phone? Doesn’t make me want to drive all the way there in terrible Seattle traffic

Sam was wonderful at checking me in and letting me know all about the service. He let me know the current condition of the molding and the wipers wasn't the best and recommended I get them replaced, which I was able to do there as well. He was very funny and entertained his customers in the lobby. They really provided an above and beyond service for me and are highly recommended if you're searching to get any glass fixed. I had been waiting 2wks without finding glass in Everett. "Thankfully?" a hospital coworker had also had a break in @work and recommended MS. They had a replacement 1wk from my call. Quick service. Friendly and funny staff.

Could not have had a better experience for an unfortunate situation. Two days ago someone has broken my passenger rear window and stole my belongings. I called MS Glass looking for alternatives for outside of my insurance network and was quoted less than $610+ to replace my windshield which has been cracked for over a year due to a rock and my passenger window where as competitors under insurance have quoted me for 400+ for one window a piece. An affordable option backed by warranty. The staff was professional and handled my repair in less than two hours.

Excellent service! My car was broken into, resulting in a shattered window. I called a couple shops and received quotes of at least $500 and appointments later in the week. When I called MS Glass Outlet, I was given a quote of ~$315 + tax AND and an appointment within a few hours. The workers at the Seattle location were kind, the service was fast (45 minutes), and the cost was what was quoted over the phone. So happy with the service here, definitely recommend!

They didn't vacuum the inside door, so every time I close the door, a whole bunch of pieces of glass makes that weird noise. It's not good and not safe. Someone else works in that door can get hurt.

Very quick and efficient work, probably the best pricing in the area. Fixed my 2003 Toyota Echo within an hour. Only cost about triple what it would have cost to grab the window and install it myself, which is more than fair considering the cost of labor. Friendly employees.

Called them and received the lowest quote on repairing a broken windshield on my Vanagon 84. All others couldnt find a replacement glass for broken glass windshields of this type. Although my glass was harder to access they replaced it in less than an hour. Quick and well done.

Do not go here if you have a newer car. When I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced, they took my credit card information and told me I would be charged a deposit. No problem. On the day of my appointment, I was presented with the estimate invoice. Everything seemed normal. I asked about the deposit I was charged, and was told they didn’t charge me a deposit. I tried to explain that someone had taken all my credit card info over the phone and told me I would be charged a deposit. The gentlemen behind the counter cut me off, not letting me get a word in, eventually telling me I could go elsewhere if I wanted. All I wanted to do was ask about my “deposit” which seemed a normal thing to ask considering I had just given them my credit card info. If you aren’t charging people a deposit, maybe don’t collect their credit card information and tell them you’re charging them a deposit? The repair was about 90 minutes and everything seemed normal. A few weeks later we had pretty heavy rain. The rain sensing wipers no longer worked. I’ve got a somewhat newer car, so the wipers only work when detecting rain build up. Now I have to flip the switch on and off and on and off and on and off again whenever there is any sort of rain build up on the windshield. If I leave the wipers on, they wipe once and never again. The wipers only go constantly on their own when they’re set to maximum overdrive mode. Nobody needs that speed for wipers. The front facing camera in the car stopped working. Because the windshield wasn’t set correctly, there’s a ton of moisture buildup where the camera is, so the lens is fogged up. I get a not so nice alarm alert that the camera is obstructed. The car has an automatic start/stop function which shuts off or starts the engine at stoplights or heavy traffic. Saves a bit of gas. None of these work anymore. It’s disappointing to give a business $600+, be treated rudely for asking about the personal information you gave them, and have features of your car no longer work.
