I've had to go to these guys twice in 4 months for a rear windshield and a rear window replacement. They had it in stock both times or were able to get it in stock in a timely manner. They were very respectful and nice. They got it done in less than 2 hours. I would definitely highly recommend them!
Replacement post. I am very disappointed with M&S. The front desk person IS mean and disagreeable. I have seen him treat other customers poorly, right in front of me. The windshield I purchased is defective. It has streaks in the laminate that are prevalent under certain conditions. Sunset, sunrise, oncoming headlights, etc. I have tried to clean the glass when this happens, for 8 months. I can't fix it. It's inside the glass. Now the owners tell me it's my fault, because I have waited too long to ask for a warranty. They offered to sell me a new windshield with free installation. Until they saw my review. Then they call my phone, call me a liar, and refuse to help me at all. M&S has rendered my vehicle unsafe to drive and basically told me to kick rocks. All I wanted was what I paid for. A windshield I can see through.
So 9 months ago I came to this shop for my windshield well it just so happens that once again I needed a new windshield due to some dumb female who chucked a hammer at it. Anyways I called and got a quote on how much it was going to cost me this time around. I got a discount on it and just like last time when he says how long it's going to take he means it. I would definitely recommend anyone go here.
