Owner treats people horribly. Rude, and disrespectful is an understatement. I have never met a business owner that treats people so terribly.
Rude person answering the phone yelling we only sell Volvo parts. How do we know what they sell when we're just looking up used parts on Google and they pop up.
The owner is absolutely insane, super rude, and abrasive. I paid more for an used part than the new aftermarket equivalent would be. But where else are you going to find a 35 year old part for a 240 on short notice, and Ty was a pleasure to deal with.
