Scheduled a tow for a 2hr window, as per their policy. The truck driver arrived comfortably inside that window, and I trusted him with my car keys. I got a call about an hour later from the shop I wanted to send it to, confirming they had the car/keys. I don't trust anyone to show up on time, let alone do the job. I just had a great experience with a towing company. I hit a curb and bent the wheel. I called, they answered, they set time of pick up, …. And they were right on time (actually quicker than on time). Warren, the driver, was really nice and helpful. The truth is, you hate seeing your car damaged, but the driver was compassionate. Top notch operation.!
Took about an hour to get here only because I was on base. Super efficient though, my car was lowered and they still managed to get my car to my destination safely. I live in a tight parking lot and the tower himself didn’t want it to leave it on the curbside so he tried his best to get it into my parking space and managed to get it in there (I didn’t recommend it because of how tight it is but he didn’t want my car tell get stolen on the street) he did end up managing to get in the lot. These guys are great!
