My collector vehicle broke down and I was stranded. I contacted three other companies who said that they would “be there in 1-2 hours”. They never showed up. My roadside assistance company then contacted Cory and he showed up when he said he would, did a great job loading my vehicle and was polite and courteous!
Our Toyota Camry slid sideways into a roadside ditch on snow. Cory from C&C made it out and thought pulling the car out would risk scraping the bumpers and muffler. He had the idea to place blocks and beams under the tires and have me back up. He repeated the process a number of times, until he announced “It’s out.” If you have a tricky towing situation call C&C. Cory is the meistro!
Did not use their services, nor would I ever use their services after my experience with them on the road. Its 5pm, traffic sucks, but you have to let people merge onto the freeway. A driver in a white dodge was so close to me, I could have touched his truck then instead of letting me merge like a responsible driver, I had to slam on my breaks in order to get behind him. Unacceptable that they hire unsafe, uneducated drivers that think they own the road. After reading a few other reviews, seems I'm not the only one. I attempted to call their office to leave a formal complaint with the manager, but it seems to be forwarded to voicemail. So instead I will post my experience publicly.
Just been assaulted by one of their drivers. He blocked a narrow road that was the only way out of a property, I wanted to let him know that if he moved just a little bit forward, my car could sneak out no problem. I understand that operating machinery like tow trucks is hard and they have no other choice but blocking other vehicles. But you have to communicate with others so everyone is aware what’s going on and how much time it’s going to take. But instead of making a polite conversation, he immediately started very aggressively threatening to shoot me if I ever touched his truck! I called sheriff to the scene for threat and assault. I think the owners of this company should screen their employees for mental problems before hiring. Seriously. Update: turns out that owners’ reply is even more surprising than the incident itself. Looks like owners run their business in immature and unethical way themselves... I think their driver is right: deal with this company and get shot with a gun... Stay out and alive!
Cory was such a great help! He met me one Saturday morning at my storage unit and I presented him with the challenge of moving my rare British sports car and 2 very strange and awkward engines, on engine stands. Cory just smiled and said no problem, we can do it in one trip. Cory carefully loaded and secured the 2 motors (worth almost as much as the sports car) and then gently loaded the Jensen Healey which had one wheel frozen from being in storage. He followed me to my home 20 minutes away backed the tow truck up my inclined driveway delivered my baby right into the stall of my 2-car garage with ease. I would trust Cory with any of my vehicles, he was friendly, efficient and affordable. Way to go C & C Towing (and the owner, Cory) Thank you!
Was stuck on the side of the road. Right on the on-ramp of 405 near the Denny's in Everett. The tow truck driver was very polite, looked a little rough around the edges but treated me very well!
The operator of this tow truck drives with no regard to other motorists safety, almost hit me trying to pass me speeding on already dangerous hwy 9 coming out of Snohomish, he seemed to be harassing another van on the road, we could see the driver yelling and making rude gestures to the other motorist as he paced the other driver infront of us.
Very wreckless. Scary.
Driver Cory is psychotic. Tried to run me and my pregnant wife off of the road today on the Interstate 405. Company is so successful it’s main phone line is a cell phone. So no chance of getting justice besides reporting to Law Enforcement. Be wary of anger and mental stability issues with this crew.
