I had to use their service to transport my dad’s car after he passed away, and I was managing everything from out of state. We had a friend visiting from BC who experienced catastrophic vehicle problems while on our side of the border. A1 responded quickly, and at least made the towing part of the fiasco very simple. Alex was very speedy and efficient and truly saved the day!
A difficult tow was dealt with above and beyond excellence when an unexpected paperwork snafu nearly scuttled the job and wasted the day for everyone. Will be using them for another tow of a container later this year.
A1 was fantastic when I had to have a car towed who was blocking/obstructing my assigned and owned parking space on private residential property.

Awesome service! James plugged a flat and got the car drivable. Pointed out that the nail was close enough to the sidewall that I should not drive much on it. Generously offered (and I accepted) to follow me to a Firestone in case anything went wrong. Even waited 15 min for me to make a stop to drop my mother in law at an appointment I was in a bind on.
