While it wasn’t a pleasant experience to have my sister’s car towed away unexpectedly, the people we talked to today (Jeffery and Nick) were very pleasant. It wasn’t a cheap mistake at $451, but at the very least, they were nice when we came in. So thank you for not making a bad day worse!
The car auctions here are ridiculously expensive! People be bidding them up way too high, it's crazy! Besides the auction tho I don't have any kind of knowledge on the rest of their business.
This is an absolute disgusting experience. They dont show minimum respect to the customers. Their is one guy probably manager he was just shouting like get out , getout. Its disgusting
These crooks towed my car from Overlake Park and Ride. I called them literally before my car even got to their location asking for the reason it was towed.
Well apparently Overlake Park And Ride Parking is a private parking according to them and the owner of this parking lot had called them in. So when i asked them how much to get my car out. They stated over $470. Keep in mind my car was not even at their location yet and they were already trying to charge me for storage. So basically I have to pay them almost 500$ for towing my car 7 minutes away from where it was parked, Not to mention that i was parked in a public parking in front of a sign which specificity stated (Commuter parking from 5AM - 6PM). Not to mention that when i called them their employee told me that if i kept "arguing" with them, she will add an extra full day of charge.
This company and their employees are simply put a bunch of crooks.
My grandfather worked here after he retired, so I had higher expectations, but honestly, they were still blown out of the water. I waited 12 hours both times for a tow from my Insurance company, to no avail, so I called Ibsen both times. Within minutes I had a driver call and discuss details and easily handled my F350 Crew Longbed easily. Easily. Really appreciate their professionalism, dedication and willingness to make things happen, even out of their AOR. I hope I don't need them again, but I know if I do, they'll be the 1st ones I call. Top notch everything. Thank y'all!
Had an old junked car that I needed towed out of my apartment's parking garage. The first towing company I called refused to tow it out of the garage - I called Ibsen and they came right over. It was a tough job - I lost the key, the car couldn't be put into neutral, there was a pillar on one side, a brand-new car parked close on the other side, and garage clearance was only 7'. Kaylor (sp?) was the employee who came by and it was a great experience. He made the process seemless and gave me a great rate. Would highly recommend!
After waiting more than 2 days for another company to tow my vehicle I ended up calling Ibsen towing.
They showed up in less than hours after requesting the service and quickly towed my SUV to the shop.
The dispatcher was upfront about costs and the driver was extremely efficient and courteous.
I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends.
Terrible customer service. I was hung up on. Called back to talk to a manager and then treated like garbage. I will never be calling Ibsen again. Worthless company with no professionalism.

Pictures of auction cars are very misleading if car is smashed in front they put pictures of the back of the car or if drivers side smashed they post pictures of passengers side
Came out to assist me with a flat on the freeway and I did not have my spare tool kit. He let me use his tools to try and get my spare from under my truck in the rain. Unfortunately we were not able to access my spare after 30 minutes of effort. They driver gave me a referral and didn't charge me for his time. Nice guy
Their psycho driver was outdone only by the apathy of "manager" Scott. These schmucks went put of their way to make sure the towing experience was as unpleasant & inefficient as possible. I've heard about guys trapped in awful jobs who have no other way of getting attention & make sure to takeout their frustration on everyone possible. Today I experienced it first hand. Thanks, guys, for several hours of wasted, rain-soaked helping aggravation. Hope it made you feel big & important.

Avoid bussines with them if possible or take an inventori before

Con artists with a business license. they towed my car and apparently its the law that hold the car for 12 hours. so I call them and ask them what time I can pick up the car and how much it would be to retrieve it? Guy on the phone answers that I can pick it up at 2:30 PM and that it would cost me 280. I get there 2:25 pm and then the guy waits for a while struggling to fill out the paper work then tells me that its 532 bucks so then i had to go to the bank to get more money (he sounded just like the guy on the phone) the car was released to me at 2:45 pm i got charged and my glove box was not in the same order I left it in probably trying to find shiny things.
THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT HAVE MORE THAN 1 STAR FOR THIS COMPANY PROBABLY WORK FOR THEM. DO NOT USE IBSEN TOWING !!!!
Had my AWD vehicle towed from Redmond to Renton today. Price was comparable to quotes from other companies. The driver made it to where my car was parked before I did and was fast and friendly. I would have no problem using this company again in the future.
