I called today to get my Camry towed away today you guys said it would take you an hour to get to my location and tow it away. Well that was already impressive to me that I didn't have to wait days or even a week. Honestly your tow truck driver was here in 30 minutes and loaded my car in under 5 minutes and is the first tow truck driver not to run over my hedges by my mailbox. And to top it all off your sweet tow truck driver informed me that you guys are even open on Saturdays. I'm extremely impressed and happy with your services and will be calling again soon. Thank you guys.

These guys are great! They went out of their way to help us get a hard to locate part, when I arrived to pick it up, they pulled the part and didn't charge for their time. I really liked the yard cat as well, she was very friendly. A+ rating for this crew and company.

Had a part on car-part.com was going to grab it but the price went up the day I was about to go buy it and when I mentioned this price increase it magically had been damaged and was no longer any good.
Trying to sell a junk car online thru cash for cars and they transferred me to this company to arrange a pickup. The person who answered was extremely abrasive and angry from the second I said hello. I won't even bother trying to contact them again.
Poor Customer Service Experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this place. The staff member I interacted with was rude and unprofessional. Not only did they hang up on me during our conversation, but their overall demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful. I found this level of customer service unacceptable.
I strongly advise the owner to consider improving their customer service by training their staff to be more courteous and professional. It's important for businesses to value their customers and treat them with respect. Based on my experience, I would recommend management to reconsider their staffing decisions to ensure a better customer experience in the future. It seems I was not the only one.
Bryan Barlow is amazing!! He has good deals and nice cars. I have always been a big fan of him, and his business. Tim Hankins is awesome too. Thank you for all you both have done for me.
Dude, I called to see if they had a window. The guy answering the phone was super rude, first of all, the guy just said "hello", not even answered the phone proffesionally and announce the name of the company, then he didn't even let me finish asking the question about the part, he said right away "we don't have it". And then hangup. Whoever you are, change careers, man, customer service is not a skill you possess. I won't deal with them, ever.
Heck of a front desk crew . Parts galore, sweet prices. Quality vehicles for sale for competitive prices. If they don't got it they will get it. Just say'n.
I would give them zero stars but don’t have a choice. Got an offer from cash for cars for Barlow auto and waited a day or so no one called. Then got an email saying Barlow would pay a certain amount so called them about it. The guy that answered the phone was a complete A Hole said no we get to pick what cars we want and we don’t want your car all rude and not anywhere professional I give them a zero and hope no one else has to deal with these A HOLES!!! Ty plz forgive me they really got under my skin with how they treated me.
I called Barlow s and wanted to see if they have a certain wheel , the most rudest people on earth . Don’t waste your time with them . Maybe because it’s a day after a holiday ? But the person that answered the phone needs to find another place of employment or Dealt with ..

I called and asked if they had a alternator to fit my car. They called me back 15 minutes later and said yes they did and gave me directions. Super friendly and Kind!!! Just like I tell ppl to be.
Place is dishonest and shady. I was given a price on a part, was told it would get pulled, never happened. Came back a week later, was given a new price, 2 times higher! Thought I'd try them again and wanted to buy a tailgate panel. They had the part but wouldn't sell it unless I bought the whole tailgate. The tailgate was trash, dented, handle and latches busted... only good piece was the panel. I was told the panel was 100 bucks, but had to take the whole tailgate, go out front with it, take the panel off I wanted, then bring the tailgate back in and throw it in the truck bed. ? Really? I read all these fair reviews saying customers pull their parts, yet I was told that wasn't allowed, that 'someone' would pull parts and call me. Shady!
I bought a bnc 454 and told it was a good running motor. I took it to machine shop to remove some broken bolts and saw motor was very dirty so I thought I would have shop take heads off and freshen it up. Shop showed me a Crack in the heads and heavy rust in one of the cylinders. This motor should be sold as a core not a running motor. Paid 750 for motor and when I called back the owner said he would call back and never did. This motor is useless. Very bad customer service on making it right. Funny thing this is the second motor I bought and thought I would give another try after selling me a motor that seized after 40 miles from bad oil pressure.these guys won't make it right. One thing guy at desk is nice but that's it. People please don't buy motors here they won't stand by there word. Yea I'm passed im out. Alot of money on both motors.
These guys went above and beyond in finding a small discontinued part for a Suzuki that was at our shop. So happy with their willingness to hunt down something goofy. Thank you Barlow Auto Wrecking!
Got a recommendation about these guys. Called, got put on hold, waited, finally told them what i needed n they said we'll call you back. Never did. Called again. Lather rinse repeat. They were polite n it might have been a one time issue but.... I have better things to do when I am working on my cars
Mr. Tim and Mr. Bryan are great to work with! Super nice and very knowledgeable of what they have in the yard. They pulled a part for me that I couldn't get off and had it at the counter waiting for me to pick it up. I'll be going back to purchase more parts from them!
These guys are awesome! I was looking for an NV 4500 transmission and I gave them a call and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The transmission they had was still in a vehicle but Their team had the transmission pulled in a short time and had it ready for me to pick up the very next day. They also had very good pricing and their Team was very friendly helpful and great to work with I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future one of the best wrecking yards around.

I called on a part off of Car-part, and Tim picked up the phone, i explained that i needed a hatch for a Jeep Cherokee that they had, and that i would be driving nearly 2 hours for it. He understood, and was willing to negotiate and also insure the part was still in good condition before i make the drive. Unfortunately we weren't able to make a deal, due to the hatch having damage. But the point is, Tim went out of his way to make sure the hatch was still good shape, and called me back. Very few wrecking yards ever give you a call back, much less willing to go inspect parts for a customer. Great customer service!
Barlow's has been my go to spot for years. Not only do they price match, but they go above and beyond with assisting people in the yard. Didn't see Brian today but his guys up front took good care of what I needed. Highly recommend these guys for all your needs.
