These guys were so quick to respond to emergency up at Snoqualmie Pass. Tito was awesome - picked me up and dropped me off. Handled the car, and dropped off the key at the Tire Center in North Bend.
I was on my way to Cle Elum when I-90 closed because of mudslide, was stuck in traffic, and unfortunately my car overheated and shut down. Not 60 seconds later, Corey from Clark's towing showed up to the rescue! Some other car was broken down but refused the service because they were waiting for insurance, so I asked Corey if he could help me out instead and it worked out great. He was very accommodating while towing my car all the way back to Everett with my dog and I. He even asked if my dog needed a treat from the gas station where we stopped along the way! After dropping me off at home, he towed my car to the mechanic in Everett where I already had an appointment scheduled. Fair prices and he definitely got me out of a jam considering that it was pouring rain and the roads were flooding left and right. 10/10 would recommend!
if I could give a negative review I would. This company took my car out of an embankment and completely destroyed my bumper and blamed it on me. After paying 1400 dollars for a tow and waiting litteraly 4 hours when they showed up a half hour after I called. They extend the time to make you pay more then they will screw you over if they damage your vehicle at all. Now I’m going to be stuck paying 1400 for my bumper they destroyed along with the 1400 tow. Go litteraly ANYWHERE else. The customer service sucks too they won’t even listen to you they’ll immediately say it isn’t their fault and that they will not help you.They don’t care about there customers at all. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! Leave your car in the ditch and wait and go somewhere else 24 hour service isn’t worth it.
I broke down on Snoqualmie Pass right before exit 52 at 10 PM (by myself!) and didn’t know what to do. I called Clark’s Towing and Zack was so kind and helpful. He showed up within 40 minutes and towed my car to the shop but also went the extra mile (literally) to get me to a hotel where I felt safe. He was very personable and respectful and I so appreciate his time and knowledge. Not to mention he was honest and did not taking advantage of my situation by overcharging me!! I called back the next day to ask for my receipt and the person working at reception was very sweet and helpful as well. Thank you Zack and team!

They showed up 20 minutes sooner than scheduled and towed my truck over the pass where I live to a automotive repair shop in short time. Highly recommend them if you are ever in a situation I was. Driver was very professional and gets your vehicle loaded in short time and deliverd to where you need it. Have nothing but a good experience with Clark's Towing. Highly recommend them.
Needed a tow 2.2 Miles, $370.00. COST IS WAY TO HIGH. Won't call them again.
Dear Clark’s towing, your people didn’t tell me a price over the phone, I realize that’s on me. It’s also worth noting $325/hour and then some taxes, equal $370. Do you realize tow fees in Seattle with police involvement are capped at $256/ Seattle.gov check it out. I’m sorry I just don’t see your rates as Fair or reasonable, nationwide averages support this as well according to google. I understand we’re not the cheapest place to live but towing a car isn’t rocket science and you weren’t paying your man $50/hour. Btw your driver had me sit in my car on the back of your flatbed truck “not safe”.

Prompt help during a massive regional power outage! Barry of Clark’s Towing winched our car out of a ditch. He did a gentle job lifting it so that the underside would not be damaged. He also changed the tire (wheel) for us before wrapping up, and the car was drivable! Many thanks!
My vehicle broke down right past Issaquah on my way to North Bend after a 12 hour shift. What a tow company, Scott is the man!! He's got a HUGE personality, and always talks with a BIG smile that makes you feel respected. He got me out of a ditch I got stuck In with no problems. He knows how to hook'em and I highly recommend there services.

Customer service was good. But the price of the tow was absolutely insane. Granted, I haven't had to pay for a tow in a long time, but I had to have my car towed from Preston to North Bend. 11miles!! 3 exits. I was charged $310. Insane. Can't imagine if I would of had them tow me to the dealingship. Never again will I use this tow company, I'm sorry, but I feel that pricing is outrageous & especially for a local customer
Barry came out to tow my car from north bend to shoreline on the flatbed. He showed up super fast after calling, within 30 minutes or so and delivered the car right into my driveway. He was friendly and polite and had great customer service. Would use Clark’s again.

Kurt was very friendly, fast and efficient. Our van had a blowout on I90. He took us to the repair shop and we all got his ride on the flatbed loader. He turned a very bad situation into a pleasant, less stressful experience.

Zach zipped up to get us with hardly any wait time. He was personable, friendly, and experienced, making us feel at ease right away. Within minutes, he had us safely off the road. Not only did he drop us off at our hotel with our trailer, but he also took our truck to the repair shop and even dropped off the key for us.

We needed a tow to our regular car garage, and our garage recommended Clark’s Towing. Curtis showed up in a half hour, just like they said he would over the phone. He was so personable, quick, and made a stressful day just that much less stressful. My husband and I would 100% use them for a tow again if we ever need one!

Had to call for a tow Friday night. The first guy who showed up couldn’t figure out how to load my truck that couldn’t be put into neutral so after a couple hours I sent him on his way and called Clark’s Towing. Zach answered the phone and said he could be there in 30 minutes. He showed up on time and loaded my truck within minutes and took me home. Extremely friendly and offered awesome customer service. We needed a tow for our son's vehicle, we called Clark's because we've had good experiences in the past with them. They got our son's vehicle off the road and to its destination safely and swiftly. We appreciate how nice Maddie was in helping set up the tow for us.
Excellent on all counts. I needed a car towed from North Bend to Tacoma. I called around and these guys quoted me the best price and the least amount of corporate b.s. They showed up within 30 mins and were friendly, professional, and efficient. Would use them again without hesitation.
We ran a crunch for getting towed after a breakdown. Our roadside assistance program could not line up a tow vehicle I called Clark's Towing and they were able to come out and take care of us within 20 minutes.
My Husband and my truck was stolen. Clarks towing was called to tow and impound it. Maddie, the office girl was beyond amazing! She was friendly, kind, good at communicating and extremely professional. When I arrived, she was very busy. I still felt like I was her priority.
When the truck arrived to my home. Cory was the driver. He was great! He even backed the truck into the parking spot for me. It’s a huge truck, so i struggle with parking it. I didn’t even ask or hint. He just offered!

My transmission went out so had to tow car. Called Clarks Towing. Zach arrived within half an hour, had me hooked up and ready to go in minutes. Zach was absolutely AMAZING! So amazing I requested him the next day when I had to tow it again to a transmission shop. Ask for Zach, he's the best!!!

Quick overview leading up to my decision to choose Clark’s. I had initially called AAA because I pay for premium membership. My car needed to be towed due to possible transmission error. AAA was not only late but the driver they sent was incompetent and hesitant to help me. Because my vehicle couldn’t be placed into neutral unless done manually by flipping a switch under the hood, my AAA driver said he didn’t want to “blow out” his back again. Apparently it was too difficult and strenuous. He went onto say that it was a liability and there was nothing he could do for me. His only advice was for me to call and use a different tow truck company. Several things wrong with that statement but I will save my frustrations for AAA.
Before calling Clark’s Towing, I had called other tow companies and was either sent to voicemail or they were closed for the day.
When I called Clark’s Towing I was immediately connected to a person and scheduled for someone to help me in the morning. I explained my situation so they were aware. The person seemed to know exactly how to help and gave an estimate.
The next morning my driver, Aaron, from Clark’s Towing was on-time (actually about 15 min early) and was ready to jump right in and help. Aaron took initiative and explained what he was doing. He was honest when he said he’s only dealt with a situation like mine one other time. He didn’t have a negative attitude about it at all but accepted the task at hand. Aaron had an absolutely great mindset and attitude and I’m thankful for his help getting my car towed. It’s refreshing to see someone with his work ethic and positive attitude be willing to do their job and see it through. I can’t say the same for AAA and a lot of other companies as of date.
