Our 30 ft. motorhome had a battery compartment fire 5-10 miles east of North Bend and left us completely without power. I was able to coast to the shoulder and get my wife and dog out of the coach before turning my attention to the fire. I was able to put the fire out with my extinguisher. Then the fun began dealing with the insurance company where I kept getting the runaround. They finally told me to arrange my own tow. I called numerous companies and finally found a pleasant voice willing to help us. She put me in contact with Robert Rhodes, who kept me informed of the progress all the way up to the time he and the tow truck arrived. He was very friendly and personable. He got to work right away and had our motorhome off the highway in no time. He also sent us a picture of our motorhome sitting on their lot. The service world could use more people like Robert.
My son was found deceased, when I went to retrieve it, they were completely uncooperative. I spent half a day on the phone trying to retrieve it only to find out that the charges were in excess the value of the car, it had been there only 3 days. The charges are highway robbery, I don’t recommend doing business with these people.
Highway robbery!!! We broke down 1 mile outside of Northbend and need a 6 mile tow back to northbend, We have a motorhome and they told us it would be $3200 for the tow outrageous!!!!! Talk about try to take advantage of people in hard situations... We called another tow shop and charged us $1000 for the same service which is far more reasonable.... Avoid this company unless you like getting taken advantage of.
Jerry Thompson is the best at service, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of the job. He is always polite and professional. He deserves a big raise. Matt did a great job releasing the brakes.

I was in a tough situation today where I needed a tow truck. This was the 4th call I made. The lady over the phone (wish I got her name) was very nice and made it happen for someone to come and tow my car. When Dan came he seen that I was stressed. He was so calm and very nice the whole time that it made me realize that everything is okay. Once he dropped off the car to my house, he did an AMAZING job with getting off the flat bed and didn’t scratch it at all. Mind you, my car is low and coming at an angle to get it off the bed was a really sharp angle. It was the best experience with a tow company that I ever worked with. I 100% will call them again if ever need another tow somewhere. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
Had to have our RV with a boat in tow taken off the highway to get two blown out tires replaced. Service was excellent and they took us to a much safer place for the night to wait for Tire repair to open in morning then we had picked off the map. Would definitely use them again if needed.
Brett was my driver after an accident scene. He got there as quickly as he could. Loaded my poor car and took us home. I got a tow ride AND Karaoke!!! (Country not my choice of music)
Kyle was an amazing person and made the experience of having a car breakdown on a mountain pass (90) much better. Knows the job inside and out! Would highly recommend the whole team. Again thanks for coming all the way out in 86 degree weather at 7pm to rescue us!
I had a large camper on a quad cab pickup with a boat on a trailer with 2 big german shepherds. On my way back from camping in eastern Washington. I needed two tow trucks to get it all back to my home an hour away. They did a great job!
I appreciate their use of technology, the ability to communicate through text messages with sending of pictures of the condition of the vehicle needing to be towed, so that the right equipment could dispatched in the most timely manner possible.
The driver reaching out to communicate updated response time as conditions on scene changes and then his speed and skill with the equipment to recover the vehicle in its precarious condition.
Excellent service! Your drivers came to rescue me and my triples at the top of Lookout Pass. They were very knowledgeable and experienced in what they did and got me back home to Spokane in a timely fashion. Thanks so much for your great work!
The guys i used were out of spokane not north bend. Awesome guys. Very good communication and super nice. Would recommend to anyone for any size vehicle. 10/10
My son's transmission went out while traveling to Eastern Washington. He had to turn around and the car quit in North Bend. I picked this company because it was family owned. The dispatcher and the tow truck driver were friendly and very helpful. The response time was less than expected. I would definitely recommend this company.
The location I used was out of Spokane not North Bend. It took two trucks (one for my tractor & one for my trailer - 18 wheeler). Both operators were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. They worked quickly and efficiently on scene & towed me 145 miles back to Spokane for repairs. Very professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.
Aron was everything you would hope for when in need of a professional tow. Although my truck being in a ditch he treated my vehicle like it was his family's while still maintaing efficient and fast service. An honest, punctual and quick tow experience all around. Highly recommend a call to tow pro if your day goes a little sideways

ProTow helped transport for disposal an old 22 foot boat with trailer that had been parked under a tree and deteriorating on a relatives property for the past 30 years. It was not in an easy location to get to and the driver was amazingly skillful in loading it onto the truck. Everyone at ProTow was great to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend them.

Had to drive 2 hours to get to me. Was very friendly and then we had two hours to drive back to his yard. Overall if I still lived in what state of Washington I would use his service again.
Very professional. Speedy service and reasonable pricing for getting a pickup and it's trailer towed at midnight on a Saturday. Would absolutely recommend and use again.
We had to get two tow trucks, one for our F350 dually and one for our fifth wheel. Bad day but Cindy, Brett and Eric made it better by being pleasant, helpful and very professional. Cindy said it would be between an 1 - 1.5 hrs for the trucks to arrive and they were right on time. Brett got our truck to the shop and Eric got our fifth wheel back home.
If I could give them more stars I would. Unsung heroes!!

Blow turbo on Snoqualmie pass. Called pro tow they sent a tow truck and tock my truck from the pass back to Issaquah wa the driver was very nice and professional. I have used them in the past to. They get the job done.
Had to have our boat towed.. Jack was our driver and he was not only VERY skilled with our difficult situation, he was extremely professional and friendly. He helped make a stressful day easier! Thank you Jack!!
