Keith and Rob showed up and the atmosphere changed. To me, it doesn’t matter what equipment you have (although theirs was second to none) it was about the confidence in the situation and that they pulled our equipment out of a crazy situation without any damage. They were calculated, timely, kind and put everyone at ease from the moment they arrived. They came from Auburn all the way to the Snohomish Monroe line quickly. If you are in an emergency situation call these guys first.
