Felt robbed not a good place to go totally screwed me over. Took my money and called the cops on me. Never got any car parts from here. What a waste of time go to ebay motors or BNR.

Extremely disrespectful people. Poor experience. Got referred to them from Rollins auto wrecking for a transmission that they don't have . Guy said they haven't had one in 7 years and doesn't know why there system says they have one in stock. Poor system,poor people. Poor buisness .save your time and go somewhere else .

Friendly knowledgeable staff, helped me with what I needed, parts pricing is pretty good too 👍. Especially on these hard to find 1992-1995 honda civic hatchback OEM parts.

Found a set a wheels I've wanted to grab for my ride on Craigslist from Fred's. They responded promptly and gave me a great deal! Ill be doing future business for sure.

We use Freds towing for all our customers needs, not only do the motorcycles arrive safe and undamaged but the drivers always gets the customers home safe as well.. when one of our customers has the misfortune of a wreck, the bike is always safe in Freds tow yard and in the same condition it was when the customers picked it up or had it brought t us.. Even some of customers that have had there cars towed to Freds have always been happy because all there belongings were still in there car and no damage done.. Really nice people. I got the wrong tire out of their pile of tires and they were really nice about letting me bring it back and get a refund because I chose the wrong one. No hassle. Just great customer service! A great first experience.

Great prices, very friendly staff, although it's a little bit like a jungle gym of cars but got what I was looking for and more. If it's raining wear boots, water was past my ankles. Other than that it's a great place.

Front desk girl was nice told me to go ask for Will in the yard. I get in the yard bunch of guys with chew in their mouth act like no one ever heard of him? What a waste of time. I suggest going elsewhere if your trying to spend real money these guys don't want it clearly

Friendly. Picked up some random bits at a fair price. If you pull the parts yourself expect some jungle Jim action. Good by me to save a buck. Got a quote for some larger parts also fair a price . I'll be back for sure!

Let's just say it was an unfortunate event in the first place to have your car towed. But They were amazing to my son and I. They helped us out to have the car moved to a place to get repaired. Excellent customer service from Mark. Thank you all for making the situation easier for me. Your the best!

We have used Fred's twice so far, and they have been extraordinary. Great customer service, show up when they say (unlike others we have dealt with), fair pricing. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Good luck if you drove out there and need something other than a hood or a side marker. Not that auto wrecking is known for customer service but these guys are here for customers.

I called Fred's at 9 pm on Monday night. I explained my daughter was in his area (5hours from home) and she locked her keys in her car. He went right over, was there within 15 minutes, got her car unlocked and got her on her way. He was prompt and so so nice. I am grateful for their help when I was so far way. I highly recommend this company!!

I would not recommend to anyone! They were extremely rude and wouldn’t be reasonable with price regardless of the situation. They wouldn’t allow any payments to be made they just resort to trying to take your property. They will charge ridiculous unfair amounts for their time that they spent messing around which is super unprofessional (two of their guys getting stuck, one for over an HOUR after they already helped me), it cost me 1300 for something that was very quick for them to do on flat ground and took less than 2 min. DO NOT give them your business or let them assist they don’t care about customers at all, this company is extremely shady and price gouging to benefit themselves..look elsewhere for help! You’ve been warned!

Well when in this situation what can you do. Car got impounded on hwy 410, unfortunately they close at 5pm Monday to Friday and I work for Amazon so we don't get off early for much...they charge another $104 to release car after 5. Gave them an hours heads up but still had to wait another 20 min. The real kicker was he said "have to charge you a few bucks for card processing" well what choice do I have...turns out a few bucks was $20 more. I just felt taken advantage of at that point.

I have been dealing with Fred's Towing for over 35 years. They have always treated me fairly. Never got a bad part and when I call them or show up to the yard and need a part they no if they have it and where it's at. Every time I needed a tow they were rite there and didn't charge me a arm and a leg..

I would like to give a negative five star review, but that doesn't seem possible. My son needed a tow last night, so he called Nissan's help line and was referred to Fred's Towing. They never showed up. He was on the side of the road for 3 1/2 hours waiting for a tow that never showed up. How is that for service? My next message goes directly to Nissan, and the BBB. Customer service? What customer service. Better call someone else! Anyone else!

They are always helpfull and the people in the yard go above and beyond to help you get your part and make sure the year you're pulling from will math up with what your putting it in.Thank you for always helping me .

These people are awesome I dunno a thing about cars and had a guess as to what was wrong with mine and talked to them. They found the problem and it was an easy fix and they were honest about it instead of gutting me financially. Definitely gonna keep going to them for what i need.

Super great service and fast the men and women around here are super nice and dedicated to helping your needs.... Especially when you definitely need help to have a tow and they're right there for you when you need them I love it...
