THE WORSE COMPANY EVER!!! ALL PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONE ARE COMPLETELY IMPOLITE! Not to be trusted handling payment information by email to be deleted later?! Two people hung up on my face in less than three minutes. They may not need any business whatsoever. Please erase my address from your records. I am scared of retaliation.
Don't know if the 1 star reviewers were expecting a silver platter to be presented to them. But this is a tow service. These folks were great and had a better rate than the alternative. Pleasant, punctual, affordable and professional. What more do you want?
Very helpful the guy was actually trying to help me unlike Fred's towing which are kinda cold hearted to you no matter how nice you are to them except the young girl at Fred's she's super nice but the guy who's gut sticks out can be hit or miss sometimes but I guess he's not bad I shouldn't be expecting anything different though because business is business! And how do you want a wrecker to treat you? With tea and crumpets!
Horrible customer service..rude...and acted as theyve never seen a black person before...i felt so out of place..and WAAAAYYYY over charged for my truck they had imponded ...WORST sevice ever...like how you going to have a company and be so ungrategul,RUUDDEE, and be so unfair and charge so much especially with how things are...
Honestly.. this is not how I wanted my Friday to start but my husband and I are beyond thankful for cascade we broke down dead middle of 410 and I called cascade greeted by an Aloha ( having lived there it gave me the best feeling) and the driver was great got us out quick and didn’t break the bank with a huge charge. Thank you cascade I truly appreciate your kindness and great service
Terrible customer service. I called cause I needed a dead vehicle towed out of my driveway this weekend and the guy litterally only said "we have an auction this weekend so I can't afford to send a truck to pick up a dead vehicle" the whole sentence was short and rude and he put emphasis on the fact that the car doesn't run. I was understanding though and was nice and said okay thanks anyways and h just hung up. So rude. I was really nice this while the too.
I was rear-ended on a Friday night where I was taken by ambulance away from the scene. When I called their operator freaking out because I had the back half of my vehicle filled with groceries and they wouldn't be opened again until Monday, he assured me I could get my things the next day. Really showed se humanity and I was beyond grateful for it. Thanks for being the good guys :-)
Very good experience with the truck operator (Chris) who was efficient, polite, helpful and professional. However my credit card was overcharged by $136.00 and 2 weeks later, still waiting on a refund check that was promised .
If there could be a choice for negative stars, that still would not be enough. They have impounded a vehicle which is no longer in my name, and are fighting for me to fund their alcohol addiction by charging me ten times the value of the car for it being on their lot. Corrupt is a simply but concise word to describe their heinous business model. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY.
These guys saved my bacon yesterday, got my second flat tire of the day and was stranded in unknown territory. Called these guys and the truck showed up to pick me up in about 10 minutes, towed me to discount tire for 100$. Pretty happy camper here.
I very much so enjoyed working with the young woman at the front desk, and I believe another woman whom I spoke to on the phone.
However, there was an older male employee who I spoke with on the phone, and he was very unpleasant.
Here is a note to him:
Please understand this, older gentleman, you get more bees with honey. Please don't be rude to the people who are coming to get their vehicles. You don't know what other people may be dealing with in their own lives. I went the extra mile to be courteous and be patient with you on the phone, but your lack of professionalism is what led me to write this review about the business you work for. I see here in other reviews about Cascade Towing you seem to have the same attitude with different customers. I really do hope this reaches you, and you are able to try to be more of a professional in the future.
With that said, thank you nice ladies for speaking to me with professionalism and being able to work with me politely.
I would definitely give this company a zero if it was possible. Just by the experience i had with one of their customer service representative . The guy i talked to was very rude due to the fact that he couldn't hear me well enough. Are you kidding me..? He couldn't even reason to the fact that he was talking to a customer. I usually don't even leave negative reviews but for this one experience i had to.
I'd give them zero stars if it were possible. I called early in the morning after an accident.. The person who answered was rude and dismissive. When I couldn't understand him, he hung up on me. My family has used cascade quite a few times, and run into this behavior before. Do not waste your money.
