I just got back from O’Reilly Auto Parts on Sunset Blvd in Renton, and I gotta say - I had a fantastic experience! While borrowing my son’s car, I noticed the driver’s side windshield wiper was frayed, so I decided to stop by O’Reilly’s to find a replacement.
Deeandre, one of the employees there, was incredibly helpful. He guided me through the options and helped me choose the best and safest wiper for the upcoming Seattle fall and winter rainy weather. Not only did he recommend a wiper (which was the Bosch wiper) that would minimize streaks, but he also offered to install it for me right then and there, which was a huge relief!
While I was there, I thought about the passenger side wiper and figured it would be wise to replace that one too. Deeandre took the time to install that wiper as well, demonstrating exceptional customer service and knowledge about the products.
The store itself is a treasure trove of inspiration. I found shelves filled with accessories and organization solutions for my car, showcasing the latest name brands and innovative ideas. It was refreshing to walk in and feel inspired to update my vehicle with the best additions.

I was just trying to order an air filter for my ’61 Chevy, and I have to say, my experience with Miles was very disappointing. He kept cutting me off while I was speaking and seemed more interested in trying to sell me a pricier part for 1 didn't need than actually helping me. I’ve been around cars a long time, and I know what I’m looking for — I don’t appreciate being talked over. If he’s going to have that kind of attitude, maybe retail isn’t the right line of work for him.
Been going here for years. Got quoted a price around 30 double checked specs. They shipped it to the store. They tried charging me over 70. Or ordering the cheaper part for 30 and waiting 1-2 days. Autozone had it for 35. In stock. No wait. Employees aren't knowledgeable about parts like at Autozone.
I came here to get oil for my brothers car and when he had gotten the quart of oil the safety seal was removed already and they wouldn’t exchange it so just be sure to verify the seal is there before purchasing
Love the folks that are here now. They care and are very knowledgeable. My battery was lost somehow somewhere and thankful that my account has proof of my purchase, so it was replaced with new.
I hate writing reviews. Usually only if things are really bad, but Anthony the manager at the sunset in Renton location and Robert from the Northeast 4th Street in Renton location gave me a hand up today. I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today. It's not offen when people go out of their way for you. So thanks to the both of those young men who are ahead of the game in my book!
Need a few things for my car last Saturday and Kasi was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience to have him help me with all my needs. Y'all need more employees like him.
Omgosh! The best oreillys in the WORLD! And I've been to a lot of oreillys. Everything is sooooo organized. The clerks are well dressed, stay in dress code and are well mannered. The computer system helped me find what I needed. I don't think there's any auto part store like them. Watch out auto zone and advance auto, because you're prices can't compare! I fixed my whole car shopping with them!
Horrible experience because my husband bought a gallon of oil for the car on 7.12.2024 and when he was going to put the oil in the car, the bottle was open and it seemed that the oil was useless. My husband went to the store and they made fun of him and told him that he was the one who did the oil change and they said that the manager was not there. Upset. That is dishonest.
Don’t open on time! How do you run a business and not open when you are supposed to? Customers waiting for 15 minutes at the door at 7:52an on Thursday 11/21 and still not open. Wow!

I am really upset as I ordered a part 3 days to go from them. And they told me it would be here today. The 18th at noon now I call them. And they say it won't be till 7 PM tonight after I had already made arrangements for a mechanic to put it in today if anyone knows of an auto parts store that sticks to their word. Where I can order parts and know. I can get them on time. Please let me know.
In regards to other O'REILLY'S I have been, I didn't get a recommended service from the second Representative as I returned back. The first was welcoming and handled me as a valuable Customer, had spoken through the phone and he recognized immediately as I came in for pickup.
It’s clean, convenient, well-stocked- and most importantly, excellent knowledgeable friendly service. Thank you to Julie and David for helping me muddle through a few issues with my ancient mamavan. It’s so pleasant to have people listen patiently and help, without being condescending or overexplaining. Kudos!!

Stopped in to pick up some 3M exterior adhesive and the gentleman working around 3:30 p.m was very helpful. He showed me exactly where it was instead of just pointing towards an isle, he also had great customer service skills. I will definitely shop here again.
Great service. Friendly staff. Well organized store with everything you need in stock or almost everything. What they don't have in stock they will order for you for pick up the very next day.
Good place to get what you need to maintain your vehicle. It's not a huge store but they still have a decent selection. The staff is usually pretty helpful as well.
I called to order a regulator. We gave our number because the guy said it would be in the next day. When we went there to pick it up another associate said there’s nothing here! We were told to try the one on Rainier Avenue. It wasn’t there either! These guys gave us the runaround and wasted our time!!
Best service than any other O'Reilly in the area. I know how many guys feel about girls behind the counter but Jessica is really good (I worked auto parts for 6+ years so I know).
Great service! Friendly, fast and knowledgeable. They took time to make sure the parts I was getting were the right ones, even going as far to come outside and measure the parts on my car! Definitely will be coming back for all of my car part needs!
Not good, I asked the cashier for assistance on my wheel bearings and he wasn't too friendly or helpful. Didn't even take the time to walk out and look at my trailer. I feel like he was not putting the customer first so I WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING THIS STORE OR ANY O'REILLY STORES PERIOD!!! I WILL TELL FRIENDS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCES AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I feel like these places (almost all dedicated auto parts stores) could be a little more updated, and prices are a bit high. Don't often have a part I need, but alas, there are a lot of vehicles out there. I was a big fan of the gal working the counter though. Big fan.
