If you're car ends up at bankers get ready to pull down your britches and brace for penitration. My bill was more than $600 in the first 24 hrs. I'd complain that it's illegal pricing but seeing all the cops hanging out in the lobby waiting for their "bird dog" fee. (Bird dog fee is an old term for getting paid for each piece of biz you referred to a business). In this case cops getting probably around $100 for towing my car to them vs another. This is a very common practice making the whole industry disgusting. It is what it is!
Amazing staff with top notch customer service I would highly recommend anyone to this shop.. had my suv repaired after an accident my wife had and they had it done in 2 days times and looks better then new!
I stopped by from a recommendation from Renton Toyota. Mark greeted me and took a look at my vehicle and just by his explanation of what needed to be done and how they would do their best to match the paint. I was sure that this was the shop for me.
I picked up my truck this morning and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job.
I am so glad I found them, and if I ever need any body work I will be going back.
My wife recommended this place as she had previously had work done there. Called to see if I needed to make an appointment to get an estimate to repair my car. Joshua said no, just come before 4pm. I drove up there. The lobby has two desks one for towing one for repairs. The tow desk was occupied and he called out to the employees having a meeting where I could see them. An older gentleman came outside and looked at the car and asked if I’d be going through insurance. I told him yes and he then said he charges $200 for an estimate unless I go through the insurance AI process and bring that estimate in. It would have been nice if his employee had told me this over the phone rather than have me waste my time driving up there. Won’t be using this shop. Don’t waste my time and I won’t waste yours.
Worst people no humanity what’s so ever they towed my car even though I’m a valid resident and made me pay a load of money just to get my car off their truck

Had to have some body work done and the people there were very helpful and informative and kept me up to date the whole way through the process I would recommend them to anyone

Was here for a U-Haul pick up 15mins before they opened. Parked in a spot that was not marked as reserved for employees. Saw who I think was the owner pulling up and got out of my car. First thing he says to me is “you’re lucky I don’t have you towed”. I told him I can move my car and he says “I know you can”. I explained to him that I was here for U-Haul pick up, was met with complete apathy and rudeness. Front desk told me to wait outside in the pouring rain. I understand this is a towing company that primarily deals with angry people, but there was no need to be this terrible of a human being to someone that had booked your services and was wanting to proceed with said services. I don’t recommend giving your money to these awful people. Do better and be better to your neighbors
Worst company and horrible people working there. They came to my apartment towed my car when I had all tabs up to date available. All because someone called and they just came and towed it for no reason! And the customer service these two guys who came, omg disgusting. We live in a world where decency just doesn’t exist anymore.
Had a really good experience with Dave. Had 7+ different tow trucks and companies sent from my insurance aho all refused to do the job. Dave however went out of his way and came early morning to my house and did the job within 30 minutes with no trouble. Would recommend to anybody! Definitely my first call everytime I need a tow, thank you Dave.
My dad's truck was stolen and after a month was found by KCSD. Vehicle was taken to Bankers tow yard. No one wants to deal with tow companies or BS which requires the need for their services, but they made our experience as smooth and painless as possible. Special thank you to Joshua, for treating my mom with such patience and kindness, you made an incredibly stressful situation significantly less so. Thank you.
Car was impounded there. They wouldn't just let me sign the title off to them (like every other tow yard). Ladies "muted me" me thinking I was on hold and I heard them talking $h!7 for like 2 minutes straight. Unprofessional, sleezy WSP/County contracted snakes At least I was able to get the stuff out of my vehicle
I had a very great experience with Bankers Towing. Deborah's customer service was excellent she was very helpful to me. Along with I believe his name was Mark thank you folks you made my worries a lot lighter
