I have visited this store a couple times and the service is always great but today they went above and beyond and I wasn’t even buying anything. My car died in the intersection across the street from Oriellys. They noticed and sent 2 guys over with a portable jumper. My car started and immediately died again. One guy stayed and directed traffic in the rain because my hazards wouldn’t even flash. The other guy went and grabbed 2 guys from Grease Monkey and they came back and pushed me to safety in pouring down rain. I couldn’t be more thankful! It If I ever need anything for my car I will always go to Oriellys!

Great customer service! I walked in needing parts for my truck, Rick greeted me right as I walked in. They had most of what I needed and the ones they didn't I was able to go to the distribution center to pick them up because I didn't want to wait for them to get to the store. A+ for effort and finding an out of the box solution so I could get my stuff fixed today!!! He even helped me carry my stuff out! He even let me price match some parts from another store, so I could afford the OEM parts I wanted.

Three younger employees standing there talking when I walk in. Didn’t even make eye contact or greet me, just continued about their conversation like I didn’t exist. Real great customer service!

I'm giving the store a low rating because their diagnostic tool that checks your battery, alternator, and electrical has a serious flaw: it does not work with alternators that have dual voltage, like in my 2013 Honda Accord. In those cases, it gives the alternator a failure reading. I ended up replacing my alternator for no real reason, and then swapping it out for another one when I thought the replaced alternator was also failing. All this replacement and labor for nothing. They should acknowledge more limitations with their diagnostic tools. That said, everything else about this auto parts store is about what you would expect -- friendly service, good selection, etc. However, in about 10 years these auto stores specializing in combustion engine vehicles will be obsolete due to electric vehicle dominance.

Great place. Helpful service people. Never wait long in line. I go mostly in the morning and always find what I need. I should say prices are not competitive with Walmart though.

Rude staff!! I came in because I needed supplies for an oil change and the old man that works there didn’t seem to be helpful at all! He looked me up and down and said “You’re gonna do the oil change?!” Excuse me, but I don’t recall having to tell you who’s doing it or not! I also asked if he could look up my purchase history, which I know they’ve done that in the past, and he didn’t even say a word to me and ended up checking out the next guy in line! I walked out of that store real quick, and I’ll from now take my business somewhere else

Very friendly staff, helpful and very good at his job. Went in to buy oil, filter and air filter to do an oil change on my 86 yr old mothers car. He looked it up for me and went on the floor and handed me everything I needed to get. Tonight I will change it for her and she's good for another year. Thanks for your help.

I was on a trip when the car auto light came on. I made it to the O'Reilly store. They check the engine light and the car is down hard. They were very helpful calling around to find a repair shop for me. SO HELPFUL. BIG THANKS TO THEM.

Employees has zero knowledge about auto parts. They don't know what you're asking for. Even if you have the part on hand they don't know what it is, how it is called or how to search for it. If doesn't show up on the first search they immediately tell you they don't have it, it may be an special order or dealership only. I gave them the part number that I personally found on their own website and then they are able to find it. Basically they put people to work there just to have somebody on site but how come an old lady or a young kid knows something about parts... They don't, they're there just to ring a sale and move on. If you are looking for someone to really know what they're doing or for bare minimum knowledge look somewhere else.

I am very impressed with fairwood branch. Came in early Saturday morning on first day of New Year. I am surprised store is open.. Have a check engine light on. Individual working the weekend has excellent automotive knowledge. Great customer service. Sorry did not recall his name. He scan my car for codes and assisted me with explaining of engine code meaning and possible reasons for engine code trigger. Free engine code check. Was very happy. And after some work to my car, it ran extremely smooth. Saving me about $3000 in parts from infiniti dealership. No check engine lights for cost of less than $10 in parts. Misfire from engine.

This is the best automotive store I’ve ever been to. Pam the lady who assist me I believe she’s is the manager there took real good care of me and most of all she has human empathy and trust that her customer was telling the truth even when I had no proof. I had bought these headlights there but at a different store and well I couldn’t remember the phone number I used as I had company cell phones etc. In any case she said she will take care of me and sure enough at 4 pm I came back finding my old phone number and even the old packaging… she looked it up and there it was in the system. It was still under warranty as I only bought it a few months ago. But the point is she believed in me and well that means a lot in this day in age when the world is such a dark and gloomy place. It’s scary to drive without working headlights in the fall. To be honest O’Reilly auto parts especially this location won a customer for life. They have an excellent employee here! Thank you Pam!

Love going here, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My car was getting poor gas mileage even after replacing my flex pipe and had concerns that my o2 sensor had gone bad. Went in to get a replacement and explained my situation to which Frank gave me some input as to how my concerns were probably correct and why my car was acting the way it was. Already very pleased with the help and his knowledge, the next day I called the store looking for a 7/8 crow's foot for my sensor and Frank answered. Without explaining what I was doing or that I was the same customer that came in the day before, he instantly knew what I was doing just based off the tool I was looking for. I have to say Frank really knows his stuff and it's always pleasure working with him and the rest of the staff at this location. This is why I choose O'Reilly over Autozone everytime even though Autozone is closer to my place. Highly recommend this store!

Not an issues with AutoZone fist the person at this store. I had to walk out of this store. The staff did not seem willing or able to look up parts. I asked for 2 simple exhaust system gaskets and was told, "well we have hundreds". I need the one from the muffler inlet to the exhaust pipe outlet. ”well I can't look that up, it's not called a muffler". This is when I walked out of the store and said I will just look up my own parts online and buy them elsewhere. If the store manager would like to know the time of this was 10:20 am.

Not the best O'Reilly's. The people working here are good at their job, very helpful and friendly. The problem is the store is too small, about a third of the time I call for a part they don't have it. They are glad to order it but I can go down the hill and get it quicker.

Helpful and friendly. Purchased new headlight bulbs today. So thankful they were all wearing masks at the Fairwood WA store during the COVID pandemic. Will definitely shop here again.

Very helpful! Had a bit of car trouble and they tested my battery, starter, and alternator for free and ended up saving me a lot of money on a new battery. Definitely recommend this place.

Bob (Robert) was incredibly generous with his assistance. Our car battery died, we got a jump and I called ahead to see if they had one for our car. Bob gave us all the options. When I arrived, my battery had a lot of corrosion. Bob spent 40 minutes just to pull the battery out because the terminals were so corroded it took multiple tools just to pry them off (tools I didn't have). He removed the bad battery and installed the new one. Bob is a testament to great customer service.

This location is smaller than the store on 108th but the staff is always friendly and their show room is always cleaner and better organized. Kudos to a low volume store that puts in the effort to give great service.

I will never use O'reilys again, I have tried for 5 days to order a cylinder head. First store told me it was unavailable, second store told me that they would order it and I never heard back from them, third store told me that they ordered the part and then when I called back to check on my order they had no record of it. Worst customer service I have ever ever had in my life.

Very kind and friendly. They helped me figure out what kind of oil my car needed and filled it right there on the spot with me since I didn't know what I was doing. Absolutely wonderful service, I would definitely recommend.

I had a problem with my a/c, thought maybe it was a fuse, I regrettably went to auto zone first, had to wait a long time for no service so we left and went to O'Reillys. When we got there we were quickly tended to and helped me get what I needed, even went to my car and looked at it to see what the problem was. Very courteous and knowledgeable! Thank you so much Erick Dahlgren!
