Almost 25 years i am shopping at this store. For my family cars. I bought car oil. Every time i took used oil. Thy telling me. Its full we can take it go to different stores. But i Put used my oil in my car i stay inside I see other people bring used oil. The same guy. He told me him please sign the papers i will take it i no want. Told him why you take from him not take mine I will stop go there i will never do business with them the Napa have better. Customers service never go to O’Reily

I've gone to this oreillys for years. It's my favorite auto parts store. Today Zach was a prime example of the awesomeness of this place (it's the people that make it awesome). I'm not a car person but I maintain my car with youtube so I don't really know the parts I need. Zach does!!! He was my saving grace today. If you have car problems I'd highly recommend going to oreillys. They have excellent selection and knowledgeable team members. 5 stars for sure

This guy that goes by the name of “Zachary”, is completely disrespectful, doesn’t care for the business’s policies, and is very aggressive towards his customers. I fully believe that this guy has no care in the world for other people. Abismal customer service, do not do business here, it’s not worth it.

Zachary at O'Reilly store located on 17620 108th Ave SE ,Renton WA, was really irrespectuful, intimidating and really bad behavior while I was purchasing parts After I receive the parts I see open box and tape on, so I open and I see power steering unit was use before and returned to store, I ask him to exchange or if he can order another one for next day so I can pick up he start to tell bad words in his side but obviously I hear that and I told him to be respectful ( he was acting rude all the entire time when take my order, also he drop the box really hard on the counter so is an aggressive feeling) After I told that to him he saw me mad face and stop working and telling me that take my parts he not going to do anything for me I reply to him his bad attitude with education and respectfully and nice way speaking and request somebody else can take care of me, but he told really loud that nobody is gonna help me and that I take parts that I purscahe and leave HIS STORE with bad words There is too much to tell about but for Google policy I'm fine Thats no fair and no right.

A worker was very rude, and I felt very unwelcome. I wouldn't want to shop where I feel unwelcome and definitely will not recommend or shop at this store again.

I recently bought an air pump from the O’Reilly store in Burien, but it didn't perform as expected. It took an excessively long time to inflate my tire to 40 psi. When I attempted to return it at the Renton store, an employee named Zackery informed me that returns must be made at the original purchase location. Is this a standard policy, or is Zackery mistaken? If it's a standard policy, it's quite inconvenient for customers. Additionally, I feel compelled to make future purchases from the Renton store and return them just to familiarize Zackery with handling returns.

Stopped by for something not auto related that they had on their website. Their customer service was great. The clerk wasn't sure if they had what I was looking for. But he went looking with me and sure enough found what I was looking for. Will definitely be back

No one greeted me to see if I needed assistance. Good thing I know how to look up stuff in books to get the parts I needed. Thanks, Dad for showing me this when I was a teenager!

Yesterday i had the great pleasure of meeting Radar who was an amazing help. I bought a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage HEV Turbo and less then 2 months later the check engine light came on and the car was acting funny. I went to Autozone to have the code scanned and was told "oh these OBD2 scanners don't work on new cars" being use to building cars back in the day i knew this was wrong info but i was not going to argue with a 16 year old about it. I didn't know what i was going to do as i reallly didn't want to drop my car of at Kia and wait weeks for a "fix". Radar came out to my car scanned my code with in seconds, even went out of his way to look up the code and we figured it out that my intake was letting the car breathe to much air. I put the stock filter back on and boom!! Car runs great just like when i first bought it. Radar saved me soooo much stress and confusion. Radar is a 6 star out of 5 employee!! This will always be my shop from now on. And the parking is great too!!

My husband and I have been customers at this location for years. Today for the first time here we where denied the use of our headlight warranty. As it has happened in the past where the receipt either faded or was lost, we have been helped by the use of our phone number and purchase records. Today we were flat out told that "no receipt- we can't help you". I understand if you make us wait because of high foot traffic/peak hours/new employee training, etc... but to flat out refuse any assistance is unbelievable. We did of course leave and headed south to the other location near by and were helped and sent on our way. So disappointing to encounter dismal customer service at this location. Just go elsewhere.

I had the honor of getting helped by a woman named Tracy she is so efficient and knows her stuff and was honestly the most kindest person I’ve had help me till this day. I appreciate her so much she is wonderful and her Customer Service is phenomenal.

I went to get new windshield wipers for my car - I had an amazing experience. The employee, James, was AWESOME! He went above and beyond - even came out to the parking lot and helped me install them. I referred a friend today, who then went to get new windshield wipers after work. I will definitely be coming back!

Jey (Jesusa) was and is great everytime I go in. She doesn't just meet, she exceeds expectations. She's funny, has great customer service skills, and is fast in getting things done. Not often do people leave nice reviews but trust me, she earned it.

I called to see if they had a gasket close to closing time and I was talking a little bit fast. The guy who I was talking to was not understanding what I was saying to him so he said I should lay off the crack.That was after being put on hold because the lady didn't understand what a rear differential gasket was.I find that highly disrespectful and completely unexceptional especially from a huge company like that. I have been going to this auto parts store my entire life and they just lost all of my business and I spend quite a bit of money there. I feel completely disrespected that your employees talk to your paying costumers in that manner.

Its in an older building, but the people are knowledgeable and competent . Ive always gotten good service and advice. I dont think i could have done what i have for my car without them. They have all been invaluable to me while i tackled some hefty tasks.

Sherika was outstanding!!! There I was, 2 days into Satan's brake job! Rotors heat welded to hub, emergency brake shoes rusted in place. If it could go wrong it did and we all know the time vampire of having to make a "quick parts run". The final level of Dante's Inferno involved having to replace a heat damaged caliper. I was very worried, because I needed to get this truck up and running before the work week. I went to the O'reilleys near Benson hill, consigned to the fact that I would probably have to order one and make other arrangements for transportation in the interim. Sherika was very professional and helpful. She looked up the part for me and as I anticipated, it wasn't in stock. But that didn't even slow her down! She did a search, found the part in another store, and called them to make sure they had it and let them know I was on my way! (I really appreciate this last part, because I can't count the number of times I've been sent on a scavenger hunt because the part wasn't there). She took my payment at her location, gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. I drove to the other location, where they had my caliper waiting for me! I can't say enough how much I appreciate the kind of help and customer service that Sherika provided! I only write reviews in 2 instances. Either when the service was horrible, or when it was outstanding. In this case, outstanding is an understatement! Sherika was a key element in the successful completion of my project and I only wish more places provided the kind of customer care that she did! Thanks Sherika! You are truly top notch!

Awesome service. I no nothing about car repair & I was stressed out upon arrival. A woman at O’Rielys was very experienced & insisted to help me with putting oil in my car. She most likely helped me not blow my engine in my Volvo. I will go back in flash to this location that is not that close to my house. Highly recommend!

Stephen was a great help. Lent me the tools I needed to replace my battery there so that I didn't have to go home replace it and bring the old one back for the core charge. Even offered the restroom for me to wash up when I was done. Very professional

This isn't my favorite oreillys... Not by a long shot. The female associate was so busy flirting with some customer she apparently knew, that she was unable to properly assist other customers. There's a young guy here who was very helpful but I feel bad always pestering him for assistance, as he seems to carry more than his share already
