I was in a front-end collision and Cesar managed to find used parts that even matched the color of my car. I got it back in a week- he even picked me up in my good as new- and washed!- car. So good at what they do- and really kind people!

Caesar is the man! I popped the tire on I-5 heading south around tukwila and he was able to get somebody out to help me break the lug nuts in less than 35 minutes. The employee he sent out was super professional and had all the tools for the job. I would highly recommend to anybody in the area and if you're not he might make a trip, I don't know. Multiple times of needed someone who can trust to fix my car. Fast, affordable reliable service from Cesar and Lucas. Always one text or call to help me. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work and were honest about what needed to be done. My car was ready on time and runs perfectly now. It’s not easy finding a shop you can trust, but Cesar definitely earns that trust.

So many great things to say. Number one, I’m not one to leave reviews. Number two, I just flew into Seattle and got to my car, not even ten minutes later my alternator was toast. We happened to be right down the road from them, and we called them. A real great guy came by and jumped us, got us down to the shop and he took his time to see if I had a warranty on my last replaced alternator so I didn’t have to pay full price. He got us in and out in less than an hour. Next time I’m in Seattle, if I have an issue with my car I’m calling these people. Absolutely great, seriously recommend. While they were working on my car I walked to McDonald’s down the road, if I could leave ten stars I would. Thank you guys!!!

It was 4pm and I called Ceaser to go assist my daughter who was broke down, as I live 4 hours away, and he was there in 3 minutes, diagnosed the bad altinator and replaced it very quickly and had my daughter back on the road. So thankful for his quick reaction and professional manner. I would rate 10 stars if I could!!

In the midst of a hectic day, I needed to have my car towed to my mechanic. Cesar was polite and helpful and my car arrived at its destination with no drama or hassle. Cesar texted all relevant information and promptly emailed me the invoice for insurance reimbursement. I hope I don't need towing again anytime soon, but if and when I do, Cesar is who I will call.

Their team was compassionate, specially his driver Luis was a friendly and professional driver who took really good care of my car. their pricing was fair, and they took excellent care of my vehicle, ensuring no further damage was incurred. I called about 5 minutes before they closed tonight about a flat tire, since my tire iron was the wrong size. They came to the rescue and put on the new tire. I'm so thankful to them for staying a bit past close to help! Great price as well.

Cesar's Auto Mechanic & Towing exceeded my expectations. From the moment I called them to tow my car to the moment my car was dropped off at the mechanic their service was extremely fast, friendly and professional. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Just had some fluids changed there - Transmission and a couple more cheaper, and quicker, than the dealer... they continue to impress! It is a 50 mile drive from home to these guys but they do good work and are honest about what needs to be done. I'd taken an older BMW to them a few years ago and so when my Jetta needed a brake job, I asked them (with another shop's quote in hand) how much it would be and was told "if you need this then it would be this price, if this and that then it would cost this much". Fortunately for me my rotors where OK thus saving me a bunch of money. The other shop wanted to replace all of my rotors. They also showed me the old brake pads and how close i was to needing to replace at least a couple of the rotors. They are definitely top of mind when I need work done that I cannot do the work myself.

Called them to ask about my Subaru vehicle speed sensor and he was very informative and polite, I scheduled the next day to tow and they had my problem solved and fixed the same day. Kept me updated the whole way. Highly recommended for a one stop shop mechanic. Super appreciate them!

This place was excellent. We had been broke down for hours. We had to have a alternator replaced. Ceasar was so fast. He worked with us and had things done so quickly. it was a dark and stormy night when my car broke down on I5. it vomitted engine parts everywhere. i was scared and alone, lost and confused. Cesar had his tow truck driver, Angel, to me in under an hour. Never have i met someone so appropriately named. this man and his wife were true angels on that dark and scary roadside. They made sure i was safe and comfortable. such amazing people.

This shop is the real deal! Cesar is a hard working shop owner and knows how to treat his customers right. I called to get help towing my broken down car and he was there in less than 30 minutes. Once back at the shop his mechanic Lucas was able to diagnose the issue immediately. I was back on the road in the matter if two hours from when I broke down. Can’t recommend this shop enough for their honesty and help through a tough and immediate situation.

“Well, go find somebody who will do it for $40“ - Caeser’s brother, a driver Call to get a vehicle lockout service which is $120. Cesar sent me his brothers number who then proceeded to start at $120 and raise the rate per his own contrivances despite it says there’s insistence that vehicle lockout is $120. I didn’t ask if there’s anyway he can honor the price that is advertised as it was becoming more and more inappropriate to be raising the price on a vehicle lockout when you’re 5 minutes away and there’s nothing special about the situation that has merited such. When I call Cesar and tell him what happens he says I he’ll call back and speaks with his brother to never return set call. I follow up with him some 30 minutes later after Setting up a service request with a another provider. Cesar proceeds to inform me that his driver doesn’t want to deal with somebody who only wants to pay $40. Confused as you communicate that I only asked that he not raise the prices in-explicitly without being able to communicate why there would be such a change. How regrettable that is the only driver he has available at the moment.

Highly recommend! Cesar & Lucas Wolak are great. I've been using their car shop since 2018 and never had bad experience. Across regular maintenance and various repairs they've always been helpful, transparent, honest, quick & successful. I'm living 20 miles away but it's always worth the drive.

Our truck lost power on the freeway in Seattle. It was raining pretty hard and we were stuck off to the side of the road between 2 exits. I called Cesar's Towing and they were able to find us pretty quickly in the pouring rain. They towed us to the auto mechanic close to our home safely. The driver was very courteous. I would highly recommend Cesar's Towing.

We were on our way home from the hospital where I had day surgery and suddenly we lost air pressure. We were able to exit and pull off the road. Roadside assistance 4hrs, 2tow companies 2 hrs. So happy I called Cesar's. Within 15 minutes we were greeting our driver. 10 minutes later on our way. Professional service, fast!

I was pulling into a hotel parking lot the evening before a flight from SEA-TAC when my power steering went out. I had driven from Anacortes and had a 7AM flight the next morning. Although it was already after business hours, Cesar's returned my call and agreed to pick the car up from the hotel lot the next day, and had it ready when I landed two days later. Throughout they were timely, responsive and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I called Cesar for a quote on a tow and he not only gave me a competitive rate, but he clearly articulated that he understood all aspects of the job, picking up a car from a terminally ill friend and bringing it to me for repair with the keys. The next day, I confirmed that I would like Cesar to send a driver to pick up the vehicle. During the whole process, I received good communications and updates. I would have preferred that the driver wear a mask during the pandemic, but he was diligent about keeping more than ten feet away from people so I was not concerned about his conduct. The pickup and delivery went smoothly using a clean, nicely equipped rollback for the trip with all the bright lights on the vehicle worked properly. The operation appeared to be safe in every aspect that I could see. I am glad that I selected Cesar's Towing for this job and would not hesitate to make the same call again.

We were in a bind, having one of our headlights out, while my wife would be driving in the dark for quite a distance the next day. She found Cesar's online, and called him up just before closing time. Cesar told us to go ahead and bring the car by, and he would see what he could do. Cesar was friendly, courteous, and professional, as he went out of his way to run down to a parts store to get the correct bulb for the headlight, came back and changed it out. Problem solved! Now my wife could drive safely in the dark the next day. I would recommend Cesar to anyone needing automotive service. Thanks Cesar!

Cesar and his crew have always been a pleasure to work with, the jobs are quoted well and they stand behind their work with quality accuracy and on time service. Broke down on I5, and since I'm not from the area, I looked up random tow companies nearby. First off, I have been in that situation before and it's no fun. Super stressful, worried about getting ripped off, or having your car damaged, and not really having much of a choice. Wow I can honestly say I never would have figured I would be reviewing a tow company but these guys were awesome. Driver was a pro, great talk on the way back. Caesar was incredibly friendly, scanned my car at no charge, found out what was wrong and got me back home in a great move. Obviously hope I never break down again, but wouldn't hesitate to call them back, even if I am further out of the way. Really grateful.

Excellent service. Hydroplaned my Mercedes on the freeway and landed in a ditch. Called Cesar's towing and they came to my rescue in less then 15 minutes. Juan the tow truck guy did a phanomenol job getting me out of the ditch and was very careful with my car making sure not to damage it. Juan even let me stop by the car wash to spray off all of the mud that was on my car. This company is the best. I highly recommend these guys for all of your towing and auto repair needs.
