Your typical junk yard. Don’t look for help here because you’re not going to find it. Called 3 days in a row to ask if they have the part I’m looking for. Finally figured out they only have one piece and it’s more expensive than brand new from the dealer

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They pulled the part and had it ready for me when I arrived. They also let me test the part in my vehicle to make sure it worked before paying. This is the second time my husband and I have come here for car parts, and we’ll definitely be back next time we need something.

if i can give a half star i would. terrible customer service. I called for the part he said come we have it and when I got there to pick it up he said we don't have it. I drove 1 hr. The guy in customer service is very rude. Don’t even recommend this place, their price is same like brand new.

What sets them apart is their preparedness – if you call ahead, they have the parts ready for you upon your arrival.

Called and inquired about a part. They had it, I went to pick it up and they tried to find the one in the best condition. They remove the part for you so you don't have to bring your own tools. Very satisfied with the service, the part and reasonable price. Would go back if the need arises again.

10/10 recommend. Not the average wrecking yard. They pull the parts can save you alot of time and apparently they also deliver them to you, if you choose. Employees are friendly and helpful

These folks are the best. I needed several interior pieces and engine parts for a 2006 Highlander Hybrid. Hard to find in general and expensive if new. They had everything I needed, very quick to pull the parts too. I asked them if they could install as well since most shops won't touch used parts. They do offer this service, which was quite reasonable in cost and excellent in mechanical skills as well.

These guys did a great job of locating the parts I needed to repair my truck. Very friendly, and helpful! My mechanic recommended I go there first before any other place, and I see why. Awesome job at Black Diamond Auto wrecking. Keep up the good work!

First time here, super helpful getting parts. Craigslist-like pricing for older, hard to find parts. Mikee even threw in a minor part that I didn’t need but was definitely in better shape. Zero complaints, will definitely be back when I need a battery, stereo or anything else that wears out on my Tacoma. 5-stars!

I just wanted to give everybody a heads up if you're looking for a used auto salvage Quality Parts and excellent service this is the place. Sometimes it's very difficult to find quality service but you will definitely find it here I was having difficulty finding parts for my Mercedes up here but once I contacted Michael here I had no problems everything went super smooth and I'm looking forward to my delivery tomorrow

Super helpful and laid back, good and friendly service. I was helped by Jack, who took down what I needed along while making me laugh, and then he quickly went out and got the wheels I needed while I waited on the big comfy couches in the waiting room. They even gave me lugnuts at no extra cost. My new favorite wrecking yard.

Amazing staff. Jack was such an amazing help, but everyone else was also super kind and helpful (Mike, Houston). He spent an hour looking for the perfect fit for a wheel and mounted it for free. Great people. Wish I found this place earlier and spared myself stumbling around several auto wreckers with mostly dismissive staff.

I flew in from Oklahoma to help my friend who is a widow now. I was referred to go here to find a wheel for her vehicle. The vehicle's not mine she lost her husband from covid complications. Jack was VERY helpful and the customer service was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them!!!

I called looking for a rare piece , Mike answered and was super helpful . He took time to go down and see if they had the piece and even met me halfway on the price ( another place had it cheaper but it was farther away) Amazing customer service and I would recommend to anyone .

Friendly staff and great customer service. Competitive pricing on most items, however they do need to re-think their Purchase order process by email as no one wants to have any credit info left on their email accounts.

Carries parts for newer model cars (unlike a lot of other auto wreck/ junkyards in the area) and was able to quickly look it up in their system. Staff was friendly and knowledgable and able to make another recommendation without hesitation. Appreciated the fast accurate service without the wait or need to drive on site.
