Lost control after the rain last night and absolutely Devoured a curb, blowing my two right tires and completely mangling the rims. Barely slept and stressed out all morning about getting a tow and what's to come, and then Juan showed up. Wonderful dude, incredibly positive, encouraging and helpful.
Not only did he get my car home, and talk with me about his own repairs on a similar car with the process he went through, he genuinely took Me out of a bad place in my mind and made a positive impact out of an otherwise horrible situation.
Hope to never need my car towed again but if I do I'd hope he's the one to show up with a superhero cape on.
We were in a bind with my wife and three kids on their own on I-90 needing a tow. They responded quickly and worked it out to give all the family a ride to a tire shop. All took under an hour and it was so helpful. Other places we had called either didn’t answer or couldn’t respond for multiple hours. Much appreciated.
This business encourages cash payments and the staff are consistently rude. It is a place that definitely requires inspection by the IRS.
Ps. I had 5000$ in the glovebox and once I checked in my car money was gone They showed us the CCTV footage, but while most parts were shown, when it came to the part where an employee appeared to be searching our car, about 30 seconds of the footage was suddenly missing. When we asked to see that specific part, they told us to call the police if we wanted to view it. So guys if your car gets towed here call the police first then pay your money
We were waiting for a couple hours for Triple A’s technician to send someone but Shawn noticed us and pulled over and got us help right away. I highly recommend them if you are in need of help. Very helpful and professional people.
I was in a car accident and wsp used them to tow my car. While my car was getting hooked up the driver Edgar asked if I needed anything out of my car. I said it's just some CDs and loose change. His response was, oh... Tip money. I said no it's not.
The following day I realized my wedding band was also in my console mixed in with the coin. We had recently divorced.
After a few days insurance told me to clean out the car and release it to them as it was totaled. When I got there, contents of my console were on the passenger seat. All of the loose change and ring gone! They are shady. All these bad reviews tell me they have an operation going. Thanks for the high fees and your 100% tip you some from me.
absolutely horrible experience with superior towing. Not only did they shame the owner of the vehicle for her outfit, they used crude language to mock her while towing the car. This company has bad reviews for a reason and has become a new cautionary tale to not use this company amongst all who witnessed the experience.

Big thanks to Mike from Superior Towing. He was the tow driver who responded to a major accident that I was involved in over the weekend. Really glad he was the guy who showed up. He got to work right away and cleared my car wreck from the busy highway. He kept me calm and made sure I got home safely. I even tried to tip him for his help, but he declined and said he was just doing his job.
A few days later I came by Superior Towing to pick up my personal belongings from my car. Mike happened to be there and helped me get my belongings and went above and beyond to help make sure I got everything I needed. Again, I tried to tip him for his awesome service but he again declined and said he was just doing his job.
To Mike's manager, I don't know what you're paying Mike, but consider giving this guy a raise. Seriously. If or when I need towing service in the area I'll call your company based solely on the customer service and professionalism from Mike and also your front office staff (who's names I forgot to catch).
Had my car towed here and when I went to get it back, someone went through my car. Also left my keys on the dash as a police officer requested and tow driver never took notice of it and left the key in the car and when someone went through my car must’ve found it and took it. Can’t even have your property safe guarded with thieves lurking around.
Overpriced for regular tows, and actually lied to me about charging me nearly $900 for a 3-day impound and tried claiming that those were police rates; I'm bad at math but the Seattle rate of $15.50 every 12 hours doesn't seem like it would add up to over $800 in that little amount of time. The cherry on top, the tow operator damaged my vehicle dropping it down for me! I yelled and called it out and the driver tried to claim it was already there, but at the time I didn't have the energy. There are more honest towing services in town that will handle your car better and for a cheaper price.

These guys are awesome! They work really fast and care about the treatment of your car! I know who to call if I need a tow ect ever!
The guys also cared about my son being interested in the way they were towing my car and they went above and beyond for my son who is Autisitic and obsessed with all work vehicles, cars, and things to do with them.

The manager of this place subject me to discrimination and racial abuse. It seems like an ongoing problem with this business, a couple of other reviews seem to reflect this racial issue with them. I was told to my face that I am Indian and all you Indian people are the same, do illegal stuff, cut corners, act cheap. The manager even threatened me, that if I park my car illegally again in my apartment complex he will come tow me. He was extremely rude, his staff was extremely rude, just a pathetic interaction overall. They even charged me credit card fees after charging me $466 in towing fees.
Great service. Was completely up front about costs for a private tow. When the tow truck arrived the driver was pleasant identified himself by name and proficiently got our vehicle hitched up. Then the ride was great with an engaged discussion with the driver not an awkward silence. Fully recommend them.
Absolutely worst customer service and rose was beyond rude! I completely understand getting your car towed is not a pleasant thing but we were understanding walking in, it was the attitude and the way they were talking to us. Taking their time trying to run more time. Once we finally were taken to the lot they took 20 minutes trying to load a different car and refused to let us get our car. Once in he car there was a noticeably large scratched n the car. It appeared as though someone had rummaged through the inside aswell. Strongly recommend going anywhere else and if looking for a towing company for your business i would recommend SNS towing instead
Superior Towing took good care of me after my car accident. Not just my car. Me. J.P. made sure I knew what to expect from the insurance companies and from any potential injuries I might have sustained. He was an anchor in a very scary moment and I'm very grateful for his help.
Great service, clean truck, charges fairly but bad suggestions to A&M Auto Repair. The driver John will sweet talk you into bringing the car to one of their shop owned by the same owner and the price is highly competitive. He will also promise you a lot of other things including loaner car but nothing cashes out. Take your car to a trusted auto repair shop elsewhere unless you like to be treated badly and disrespectfully. Towing company is fine but don’t let John talk you into anything!
Wow, it is 20 degrees outside and she is mad because we asked for the address to send the tow truck and kicked us out. It was a fun night, we got towed because the batteries on the car died.
We didn't care we were towed they are just doing their job, but telling us to wait outside when it is below freezing is crazy !!!
If you're in the market to have your vehicle unexpectedly towed from your apartment complex, look no further than Superior Towing. Richard -- the President, CEO, Driver, and receptionist at Superior -- was fantastic. He was nice enough to explain to me that there was a $13 fee to use my debit card to get the car out, which was extremely nice of them -- I mean, I've paid some transaction fees in my day, but never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed I'd have the opportunity to pay a $13 debit card fee.
Although they don't detail your vehicle or fill it with gas after they tow it -- Richard is good, but he's not Superman -- they do their best to drag your vehicle away on a cold and rainy night, with hopes that the drizzle may clean the car a bit for their customers.
When I decided that I was looking to have the car unexpectedly and inconveniently towed, I shopped around and Superior had the best after-hours (any time after 5:00pm) rates on the market -- I mean, I didn't expect them to honor the quote, I thought $485 for the hour they had the car sounded too good to be true, but boy was I on cloud 9 when the total came just shy of $500. The sheer quality of the tow was impeccable, you really do get for what you pay for -- I'd have given him $900 without even batting an eye. I wonder if they were having a sale or something?
All-in-all, I feel like I got a good deal. Richard made the whole experience an absolute joy. So next time you're looking to get your car towed away, don't hesitate to plaster your complex with Superior Towing Signs, and make sure to point them out to the petty neighbors so that they might one day have your car towed for being "one-spot-over" for a couple hours.
Let me just say that roadside service folks really are superheros. Jon was my service provider, and he was wonderful. He was extremely professional and knew what he was doing. We had an excellent experience with superior towing. Steve arrived within 30 minutes of being called while me and my family of 4 were stranded alongside the 405 when our car stopped working. He drove us an hour away, all the while helping us figure out which auto repair shop was still open and able to accept our broken vehicle (which is not part of his job to do!). He got us situated and offered to drop me and my small children at our hotel (again, wasn’t his job but he was so very helpful). It was a blessing to have Steve come pick us up in this terrible situation. Thanks again, Superior Towing!
John backed his tow truck into my car and caused over $1,200 worth of damage. He denied doing it because he didn't realize I was standing 30 ft away across the lot and had witnessed everything. He refused to provide name or insurance and then fled the scene. I did not have my phone on me to call the police or take photos/video. I would not recommend doing business with people like this. I figured out his name by identifying a photo of him on their yelp page.
After the first towing company managed to damage the front end of my motor home, then promptly say they couldn't tow it, Superior Towing came to the rescue. Randy was there quickly, knew exactly what he was doing, had us rescued and on the way to a horse show in less than an hour. It was great dealing with a true professional at his craft. Many thanks guys and hopefully we don't meet on the side of the road again.
Best towing experience I have ever had. The driver that took care of us (Owen), was incredibly professional and kind. He made sure we were even well taken care of at the auto shop. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.
Super Easy and Fast!!! Broke down in Bellevue. I figured pricing would be extreme ( It's Bellevue- go figure). Was explained hook up fee and mileage- Simple math... I knew it was going to be between $100-$180, was more hoping on the lesser side of it- Its supply and demand ( I wasn't going to leave my car on the side of the road to get impounded!!!!)... Driver showed up, she was nice and polite. She stated: $80 to get the car- $5 a mile (8miles to mechanic) + a $8 gas one time fee( the one time fee I thought should have been part of miles, but whatever).
Did the math and $128 is far cheaper than $500+ from impound!!! She tossed it on the truck and on we went. Very easy and she even had a hell of a sense of humor to make this day less crappy! So Thanks!!
My car broke down this week in Bellevue, and I did a quick internet search and found Superior Towing. I called them and they responded with excellent customer service, and promptly came to my rescue within 15 minutes. After the driver determined that my car would need to be towed, the driver was very helpful in suggesting a reasonable but quality mechanic. I am grateful to be back on the road with as little hassle as possible. I can HIGLY recommend Superior Towing for anyone with car trouble. Great Job Guys!
Thanks to the experts that work here, my 1988 Chevy Corsica was taken to a great shop where they fixed her right up. Each worker that I came in contact with was friendly, professional and kind. I didn't have to wait long for them to arrive ether.
I was driving along, when POP went my back tire. I just didn't know what to do. I had Yelp downloaded on my Android. I searched for nearby toeing and Superior Towing Showed up in my search. I read a few reviews and called right away. It was a matter of minutes, and here they were. They kindly took my car to the shop.
The best part about all of this, was payment! They were great, fast, friendly, and all for little cost! Thank you Superior! I was having enough issues already. And you made my day just that much better from what it was!

Superior Towing is a great company! They are friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they care about the environment, and that they only use bio fuels. They have a wide range of services and areas that they work in, and are available 24/7, which is ideal for a towing company. I also appreciate that they let the person paying for the tow to choose who the vehicle gets donated to.
I had the misfortune of breaking down on my way to work last week, and had an immobile car in the middle of Bellevue. NOT a good day. However, I was able to get a hold of the friendly receptionist at Superior Towing who sent someone to help me right away. The guy that arrived to rescue me was professional, friendly and set me at ease. In short order, my car was loaded up with great care not to scratch or damage it, and we were delivered to a nearby repair shop. Considering that tows can be an expensive and sketchy nightmare, I was grateful for a reasonable rate and quick service.
I have had a few interesting experiences with towing companies in my day, so I was surprised enough by Superior Towing Company’s good service that I had to write a review about them. Of course because be car sucks, something inside of it decided to die when I was in a fairly busy intersection in Bellevue. Luckily, these guys were pretty speedy and nice about my situation and gave me a decent priced tow on over to a repair shop. They made the whole process a little less terrible, and I highly appreciate that.
