It's been a nightmare year, I've had 7 tows in the last 12 months with 7 different companies in different areas all over the west coast. And let me tell you these guys are the best I've had so far. Price was more than reasonable, driver was friendly and kind. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Make sure to call day of your visit to check their hours for the lots. I was told 8M-5Pm would be okay for picking up any belongings from my vehicle after it got towed in an accident. I show up at 10Am and was told the hours were 1pm-4pm. Had to kill time in Bellevue since I live further north.
Got me out of a tight situation, they were to the rescue in no time so the wait was not that bad. They towed my to the nearest auto parts store and made sure we were able to get all fixed up before leaving, now I call that great customer service a very big thank you for all you guys do.
I was involved in a collision, and PD dispatched the tow truck, so i did not call. However, the tow truck driver, Shawn, treated my vehicle with a lot of care. My rear axel was bent out of shape, and one wheel couldn't spin. He loaded and unloaded my truck onto a flatbed with precision and care. He was also very polite and helpful with my questions.
Had car issues to where I needed my car towed to the closest auto shop. They came over super fast and got it towed in less than an hour. Joseph was super skilled and got my car on his truck in lightening speed. Thank you guys for being responsive and fast.
Worst experiences ever! After my car was totaled in an accident, Ken's Towing tried its best to make my life tougher, and "regulations" is not the excuse. In brief, the place is greedy, malicious, and racist at the best.
Below are details:
(1) I called the place to make an appointment, so as to take my USB from the car, the vital evidence to tell the "at-fault". The lady said you can come anytime, if you carry item A and B; but when I managed to arrive at the office, she said I must also have item C.
(2) later I called the place to make another appointment, and the same lady confirmed that she can open the yard at 11 AM, but when we arrived she refused to open the yard, because she is the only one there, she cannot leave the office, we need wait for several HOURS for someone to come back;
(3) A car salvaging guy heard my situation and decided to help; he provided me an extremely low-cost tow truck and a parking lot for free! We came to the place with all docs in hand and pay check, but that lady just refused us to move the car. Even the car-salvaging guy think this is unreasonable.
(4) I eardropped the conversation between the lady and her boss; her boss asked her our ethnic background, and she said: "Asians". Her boss said: "Asians? Call the police!" I don't understand the logic of her boss, but it failed to achieve her purpose -- I am really happy to talk with the policeman than this fat sow pig!
The police said we are good to move the car out of the yard!
I went here. To get my personal belongings out of my totaled car and on the website it said that it was open but I went there and it was closed and they treated me so bad and if they say there open on the web then don't lie
Great experience with Ken’s towing!! Not only did they arrive promptly and get me towed successfully. Their rate was almost HALF the cost of OTHER towing companies in the area!! I was blown away! SHOUTOUT to SEAN for getting the job done- thanks brother!
We were lucky enough to have picked this service from a google search. Gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and informative. Krys, or driver, got to us pretty quickly although it was a Saturday ..was courteous and experienced, got our car secured and delivered to a local shop in no time. Would definitely recommend this towing company. Thank you!
Can’t say enough good things about the drivers at Ken’s towing! I had the pleasure of working with two of the drivers to get my car where it needed to go and they were both nice, friendly, and had a lot of integrity which I really appreciated. Getting your car worked on or towed can be extremely stressful and also expensive but the staff at Ken’s made my experience so much easier and took a lot of the stress away. Will definitely be using these guys again!!

Overpriced services just know you’ll be charge more in person than what you was told on the phone. Two dispatch maybe you guys need to have one cause your confusing each other stick to price quotes that was discuss and agree on
After being screwed around by AAA after break issue on my collector car and wasting 4 hours, called Kens and they had a truck on site within 30 min. Driver knew his stuff and loaded my car with total care....and made me feel good about calling them, which I wish I had first off
These guys are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing.
They arrived at my car/tow location and then proceeded to yell at me for not giving them prior information about the vehicle that they never asked me for over the phone. Then they just canceled the tow request and said they couldn't do it.
I called another tow company that had my vehicle towed to its destination within the hour (and at a price lower than what I was quoted by Ken's Towing). Avoid this place at all costs. They're not good at what they do.
On July 22nd 2019, I called Ken's for a tow from Bellevue to 110 116th ave ne Seattle to Huletz Auto Electric. I was not there when the tow truck driver hooked my dodge dakota nor was I there when he made the drop that evening. I picked up my car the following Saturday July 27th, 2019 from Huletz and found a parking ticket from July 23rd, 2019 for parking head in in a back in angle only parking spot.
The ticket was dated for July 23rd, 2019 @ 9:44am, so I am fairly confident that it was the tow truck driver who illegally parked my car and not Huletz electric.
Yes I called and spoke to Dave the manager of Ken's towing Bellevue to ask if they would pay for it and he was suppose to call me back but never did.
So I paid the $47.00 ticket plus $3.60 convenience fee to the city of Seattle.
My truck got repaired and it arrived undamaged otherwise. Ken's was busy at that time on that date.
I think they should have taken care of the ticket since it was probably the tow truck driver who illegally parked my truck.
I called 4 days before that to tow my car to the dealership
Pick up At 10 am in the morning at the times no show no called
I called them again she said half hours be there and 2 hours over no once showed up I called again
Guy answered the phone said sorry for that but fine somebody tow your car and only they have one tow car all day and very busy

Was treated like garbage by the person who answered the phone at that moment apparently she had just woke up and it was bothering her. That was a bad time for towing all around but I have to say that was the worst I was treated by anybody so there won't be any Ken's Towing for me
I called Ken's as they were one of the names given to me by a garage that I needed to have my car towed to. I should have known that after my call was dropped by the representative at Ken's, thus causing me to call back, and that I needed to repeat myself, and the corresponding data, several times, that there was little chance that the tow truck would arrive on time this morning. I've wasted an opportunity to have my car towed to a garage, the mechanic has been waiting for the car and now I've wasted his time, and I still need to have my car towed to the garage.
It took three calls to Ken's this am to get them to answer then I was told "dispatch" lost the scheduled event and as such I needed to re-order the job.
Do yourself a favor, do not use Ken's. As expensive as it is to tow a car a few miles use one of the dozens of other providers that are responsive and professional.
