Got into an accident and need a tow. Eventually we need to move the car to the body shop. They extorted me by not releasing the car and intentionally cause delays so they can bill an extra $98/day. BEWARE!!

Whenever I need the occasional Tow, I call Starbucks. I've been using them since I was a teenager and I am middle aged now. They are honest and professional. The drivers are friendly and willing to help. Personally, I don't pay for AAA. I just keep these guys on speed dial for when I need the occasional tow and everything works out fine, hassle free.

Mike was nothing but helpful! We were so glad to have him come over to help us! Not only did he reach to the location within 10-15 mins of calling for the tow, but he also helped us understand what might be going on with our car and why we were facing what we were facing! This helped us get calm about the whole situation. He has a very high EQ (emotional quotient) and helped us get calm about the situation so quickly, we were in panic when we called him as the engine light was on and various noises were coming! If you are ever stuck anywhere in seattle area, Mike is the guy! He will put you at priority and also not rip you off for it! Thanks Mike!

JP is my guy for life. I will be calling him for any towing needs from now on. He is honest, professional and provides excellent customer service. I called them, when my truck was stuck in the driveway, they came within 30 mins, got the work done with no bad news. I am very happy with his service, and would recommend him to everyone. THANK YOU !

Given a 60 minute ETA for roadside assistance. After waiting 80 minutes was told another 30 minutes, then another 20 minutes. Driver never texted me with updates as promised.

Starbucks towing company falsely forged a false statement that we attempted to pick up our vehicle in impound and we were never notified at all. Instead what they were doing was let the bill build up and charged us 1400 for a car we had no clue was ever in impound. We called the police and after research found they do this to people in an attempt to collect money. Dont be scared by the forged DMV documents. Call the police first before paying any money.

The new ownership staff are super-friendly & genuinely understand how stressful it is for the average owner of a broken-down vehicle. The tow truck driver even called my cell to inform me that he had been a little delayed at his last appointment, and then gave me an updated & accurate ETA. I highly recommend Starbucks Towing !

Its never easy when theres an accident and you gotta have your car towed. And the bill at the end? Dont get me started! But let me tell ya! The older gent Mike was there to help me with my situation. He was professional, kind, understanding, funny and a real gentleman. He gave me options, he shared his advice on the best option to do and he made my experience worlds better. Not to mention the kind hearted offer of a ice lemonade from the local stand to quench the heat of the day. Thanks Mike, you made my day

Rude lady on the phone. Always acts like you're inconveniencing her by calling. I used these people to get my car from mercer island to Bellevue. They did it, and took my card number, but didn't charge me or tell me the total, I figured they were processing it, and would contact me about final payment. A month later , my account is randomly overdrawn. No kind of notice or warning. Called about it and the same blasé lady answers and just acts like it's normal. Told me sometimes the drivers don't get their paperwork in right away. I asked for a record of payment , and she begrudgingly took down my email address and still hasn't sent the damn email.

I had an experience with one of the drivers going south on 405. I was in the express lanes and going 60 while non express lanes are stopped or moving slowly. The driver decided to just swerve over quickly (crossing a double white line which is illegal) and take his time accelerating. Nearly causing me to hit him. If he would have waited another second or two it would have been a nasty car accident. Take your driver's back to drivers Ed.

Got home fast after a bad collision. Driver was efficient and friendly, let us have the dog in the cab on the way home. Made sure to get us all the paperwork we'll need to give the insurance. Rates were fair.

For picking up my daughter’s car after an accident, the total charge was $629.75. My daughter told them she has AAA and asked to tow it to a repair shop. They told her they can only tow back to their shop and that no one told them when they called that she had AAA. Someone else had called for a tow truck. They had her car 12 hours. Here is the breakdown: $315 per hour for the tow. They charged her 1 1/2 hours. It could not have possibly taken that long. That was $472.50 plus $100 per day storage fee and tax on the $572.50. This is ridiculous. This is ridiculous. When I called this morning, I was put on hold several times and the woman was not very pleasant.

These bastards wouldn't let me get my car even though the registered owner gave them and me permission to get the car. Now they've sold it. I've got a lawyer though, hopefully I'm able to get compensation.

Very Rude! I contracted with this company to be my tow service for our parking lot. After filling out all the necessary paper work & multiple calls I was very rudely told to go to another tow truck company for the services I need. I was also told that "We are short staffed" (Every time I've called they have said this), that they are "Very busy" and "Don't know when we can get the signs installed". Apparently they do not want my business, and they probably do not want yours either.

Not sure why there are negative reviews but my experience went pretty well with this towing company. I got into an accident and my car got towed away by this company. The front desk clerk didn't give me the right description of the damages on my car at first, but when I got to the office I was able to see my car in person, and pictures and decide what I wanted to do with it. After 4 days I towed the car from their lot to the body shop.

Hey L.J. You're a bully. AND...it looks like Starbucks Towing is a woman owned business, how awesome is that. What can you do when bullied by a male employee at a towing company? Nothing! Starbuck's towing employee LJ was pissed at me because I was upset. I was trying to figure out how many days/hours the totaled car was in their lot, it seemed that I was being overcharged (I was mistaken). My high school son totaled my late husband's car. It's not about the money but I was confused and LJ bullied me, he shouted at me, and then refused to accept my debit card for payment. Fine, I was confused and I swore, then I threw a pen onto to the counter. LJ said he didn't like the way I was acting. I asked if I hit him with the pen, he said no but he didn't like the way I was talking. So he started shouting at me, he's a much taller person than I am. Bullying women who try to pay...seriously LJ? He insisted again he would not take my debit card and said he would ONLY take cash. LJ said he didn't trust the card. It's a debit card LJ, the money comes out...period. He insisted that I return with cash. He threatened that he wouldn't be there and I would have to come back another day. He insisted that I call back for another appointment because it was a non-work day. Before I left Starbuck's towing I called for another appointment and he said he couldn't be there, I'd have to come another day. I said to LJ I was told that I could collect the car at anytime during the weekend and all I needed was a 1-hour notice. After that LJ said he'd be there. I returned within an hour with cash to pay the bill. LJ was still a bully, no more shouting but he was belligerent and still a bully. It's pathetic that Starbuck's towing cares so little about the people in the city where they make a ton of money. Obviously a contract with the city of Bellevue or weird relationships with the Bellevue police department keeps them in business. If I had been with the car and was able to request a towing company I would NOT use Starbucks towing. Stay away.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. My car was impounded after a crash, and as expected, the impound fees were high - however, their customer service (if you can even call it that) was atrocious. For starters, they talk to you like you're somehow below them. Today, I called to ask about how much cash I'll need to bring (keep in mind they don't accept checks). I was immediately asked to be placed on hold. Whatever, sometimes places do that. For some reason, I could hear a conversation through the hold music. A man and a woman (whom I spoke with at first) were arguing. The man kept telling the woman to pick up the phone. Eventually she did, acting as if I hadn't heard the whole thing. I told her I was just on hold, and she screamed to the man, "JOHN THIS IS THE WRONG LINE, " and hung up on me. I immediately called them back and she said, "yeah I was trying to connect another call, call me back in 5 minutes, " and hung up again. Moral of the story: avoid these people if you can. I work in customer service and I've never seen service this poor before. May be a good time if you're a drama queen, though.

Do not deal with these scammers. My grandparents were in a car accident and rushed to the hospital. My grandma was released and went off to the towing yard to retrieve her husbands medical stuff from the car (very needed). Because she wasn't on the registration they would not allow her access to the car. Then the guy said for $100 he would retrieve what they needed. Seriously? He would scam this old couple who just were in a car accident and all shook up? Shame on him and that shady company. Please do not deal with this company. She had called the police to see if there was something that could be done.....she was told to contact BBB and report them. We are going to do that!

Guy towing a car on a flatbed truck was all over the road on 522 heading towards Monroe Wa. Tailgated me for a few miles, I have a car with two toddlers. Very dangerous driving.

I would not recommend this place. They do not keep their word. I had to pay more from what they said over the phone. I tried to point out the fact he had changed the price, but the owner was not willing to listen, he was extremely rude and he ended the conversation by demanding I leave his office.

These guys are total scumbags and have designed all of their policies to screw customers as much as possible. Don't use them and if your vehicle is towed by them, get it out ASAP. Bring a credit card because they won't take a check. They are completely unreasonable. These are the type of people that give towing companies a bad name.

Anybody knows the towing car when it is off the road and when owner is there WITHOUT authorization is AGAINST THE LAW. Well, that happened. Guys took (!) my keys when I was there with my car and towed it away. Yes! Nasty. They did not even talk to me! I had a person coming there to tow it home to me. He came when Starbuck's Towing tried to hook my car. They did not want even talk to him! The car was OK and off the road. But the did not let my hubby take it. :( :( That happened on Saturday eve. When we called to go there on Sunday we foind out they are not open on Sunday. So now I have to pay for 2 days of parking + towing, plus being without a car on Monday Morning. Stay away from them! They are there just to make money, no principals!
