Bellevue Towings was fast, friendly and experienced. They went out of their way to help tow my car and take the sting out of an unfortunate situation. I would contact them again in a heartbeat. (But hopefully I won’t need to!)

There is a reason this place has such high reviews. I have a classic car that needed towing to a shop, and the shop recommended these guys to me. I'm very glad they did. Twice now they've towed a '71 across town for me, through complicated parking lots and construction sites, and they did so absolutely flawlessly. They're friendly and efficient and unbelievably helpful. I'll be using their services again I'm sure.
On-time and great service! Thry did try to revive my dead car before start towing it to save repair money for me. The key drop post towing was also professional, as they took a video of my car in the parking lot of the car repair shop After towing was complete.
When my van broke down some 30 miles from home and I didn’t know what I was going to do to get it towed due to being quoted up to $900 Lamar was able and willing to cut me a break even though he was already the lowest cost towing company I had spoke with. He was professional and considerate of my situation and made the whole situation, as unbearable as it was, flow so smoothly. We had a great conversation and he was so easy to talk with the entire drive. So if life throws you a curve ball this is definitely the place to call. This is the absolute best towing company in the Seattle Tacoma metropolitan area. They're fast, reliable, and most importantly honest. Honesty is the most important part of this entire transaction. I do not feel taken advantage of! I feel like this company actually cares about the people that are in this world. I also had an amazing conversation with the driver today and he's an awesome guy. I recommend this company to anyone that needs a tow. You will not be disappointed! If I could give a 10-star review I absolutely would!
I highly recommend this excellent company if you find yourself in a bind. I recently switched insurance and learned that I don’t have the roadside assistance like I thought. I called these guys late at night and they not only charged a very fair price, but got to me very quickly. Mahsud (sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong!) and Lamar did a great job getting me unstuck and were so kind, even though I was so embarrassed for having gotten myself stuck in the first place. They are such honest, nice people and do an excellent job. I’m extremely grateful for them and appreciate the help so much. I made a terrible mistake and shorted out my truck trying to jump start it. Called Masood to get it towed to the dealership. When Masood came, he said that he can try to start my truck for no additional cost and if that fails, he will still tow my truck to the dealership. He was right! He helped me get the truck jump started by bypassing the dead limb on the distribution fuse block. For that service, he charged me less than the towing cost! Great, honest, personable guy ready and willing to help with your vehicle with more than just towing. He will help you get your car back on the road, even if it means less money for him. He says he got over 20 years of experience and just wants to help people whenever he can and it shows. I highly recommend him and Bellevue Towing without reservations.

The person who towed us was very kind. He tried to fix the problem with the car but it was more complex. After towing the car, he offered to help find the parts and labor to help us fix it at a reduced cost while also offering a lower price for his service
If I could give 6 stars I would. I originally requested to get my car towed to a dealership because of a noise that sounded like a serious a problem. Upon arrival, Masood immediately recognized the noise and figured out what was wrong with my car. Instead of towing it, he offered to fix it on the spot. He also showed and explained to me what was going on in detail, but in terminology I could understand easily. Masood was very professional and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call again should the need arise. 10/10 recommend!

I thought I would need a tow to a mechanic to fix my truck which wouldn’t start even after I tried to jump start it. The tow driver, Masood, arrived about an hour before he needed to, and fixed my truck’s battery issues on the spot for no extra charge. He probably saved me close to $1000 in repairs for the mechanic to do what he did. Incredible customer service, courtesy and efficiency, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in an emergency in need of help.
They came in about an hour, charged a good fair deal, and then they towed my car home with ease, made everything easy and simple, overall pleasant and great service, they are the go to people.
Lamar is great and knows exactly what he's doing. Towing in the Seattle metro area isn't cheap - about $30/mile - but you can't go wrong with his company.
Tow truck driver showed up on time. Took just 5 minutes to hook up my pickup truck. Then delivered immediately to my mechanic. I am very pleased with his service.
Lamar was a lifesaver. He was very prompt and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I very much appreciated the professionalism combined with a unique personalized experience. No "customer service call center" that takes 30 plus minutes to "dispatch" a tow. If you are ever in need of someone reliable and compassionate in a time of desperation, he is your guy.
It was stormy all day, my daughter drove to Swedish hospital in Issaquah for her chelation therapy which is 4 hours long and then required an emergency blood transfusion which was another 4 hours. As it was a very long day and both can tend to make her feel sick she finished only to find her car would not move. I called insurance to have a tow home and waited with her in my car. The wait was going to be 90 to 105 minutes which we waited 98 min only to have first tow company that agreed to take job cancel. Second one came through and waited 120 min before got message again canceled. Frustrated I called to cancel any other tries as she was in need of getting home to eat and take meds. Thinking it was canceled went home and by time got home the 3rd tow company had showed up within 30 minutes. Lamar was our driver he asked if it was OK if he delivered to our home anyway. I was ecstatic of that thought, he also went above and beyond to let me know the issue that was causing the car to be stalled. I just want to take the time to say thank you from both of us. There are angels with good hearts left in this world.
Can't say enough about the positive experience I had while getting towed. Turned a bad day into a slightly less bad day. My Miata had broken down and I had requested a tow back to Seattle. Pricing was around half the cost of the quote I received from a competitor. Upon arriving, the tow operator and I discussed the probable causes of why my car wouldn't start (fuel pump relay). The operator called the local shops to see if any had the part in stock, and found that only the hub had it in stock, and then planned his route to Seattle to stop by the store so we could try to fix my car in the parking lot. Beyond that, the operator called in another associate who happened to know Miatas specifically to meet us in the parking lot to further diagnose the issue if the fuel pump relay didn't resolve the issue. Along the way, the operator took great care while driving and was very personable. Got to the store, replaced the part in question, and I was able to drive the rest of the way home. Many tow companies would only be interested in completing the tow and getting paid, but my experience with Bellevue Towings was that they really put my best interests first and wanted to get me back on the road. I highly recommend this company!
If you're in a stressful situation, use this company. I cannot express my gratitude enough for turning my stressful situation into a positive one. This business and especially my tow driver turned this into a positive experience. My driver was fantastic. We had a great conversation and he genuinely tried to help. I walked away realizing that I was lucky to find them.
Excellent people! My car wouldnt start late at night after return from the airport. They showed up quickly, were very friendly/helpful, and had the car towed. They went out of their way to help, even bringing extra oil (oil was low as well), and i really appreciate them.
