Just like Matilda’s dad. As sleazy as it gets. My husband and I were in when I was looking at trading in my Mazda, Sal only referred to my husband and called me “princess” the entire time. It was the grossest car shopping experience of my life. We left purely because of the nasty princess experience. Seeing them swapping busted parts from one car to another added to it. Such a waste of time bothering with these guys. They were shady as can be. Run as fast as you can.

Still owed 1000 on my Audi and my engine was bad. S&S helped make my trade in a breeze. Sal is the man! I even have bad credit and Sal reassured me we should be good and we were! Thanks S&S for my new to me mustang! Edit: Make sure to test EVERY feature. Found out the next time it rained my windshield wipers dont work and the AC was shot. Will forever check every feature if I ever buy used again. Overall I still love the car but they gave me the run through to get them to offer to fix it.

Customer Service was great! Andrew was the sales person who helped me buy my first vehicle. There was no pressure from him at all. In fact went out of his way to not only walk me through the process but also stepped in to give advice and made sure I wasn’t going to break my back making payments. So, ask for Andrew when you guys go there. Also, he helped my sister with her car as well, back in 2020. Her car is still running smooth.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I bought a 12,000 dollar truck from this dealership. After 4 days the fuel lines blew off and was quoted 6,000 dollars to repair and replace the fuel injectors. I called the owner and after weeks of refusing my calls was told he would not repair the truck because that would give me a rebuilt engine and he would have sold it for more money. I gave him every opportunity to find a solution to this issue including returning the truck and refunding my money. None of these were options. Now I sit with repair bills I can not afford and a 12,000 dollar yard ornament. Be cautious when buying from this car lot and don’t expect honesty and integrity to be a part of your experience. New addition to comment yes absolutely I bought from s&s best auto sales I would not leave such a bad review if I didn’t know I was warning others from buying from the same lot that did not treat this issue with the attention it deserves. We had a great experience purchasing our most recent vehicle at S&S. Ahmed was great, knowledgeable about their inventory, direct yet not pushy at all and friendly. We had previously found the vehicle we went there to see online and Ahmed had us test driving it within 10 min of arriving there. He was very patient and helpful with all our questions and quickly obtained info we inquired about. When we decided to go ahead and purchase a vehicle the transaction was smooth and quick. We browsed their inventory online and found a truck we were interested in. When we got there, Ahmad was friendly and had us in the truck for a test drive in 5 minutes. Our son's first experience buying a car was great. Ahmad wasn't pushy or high-pressured, just friendly! We'll definitely check with them when we're in the market for another rig.

We bought a 2018 Kia Optima at S & S Best Auto Sales. Andrew helped us with the process of buying the vehicle and we were very impressed with his customer service. Didn’t feel pressured at all and felt very comfortable. Very friendly and inviting place. We’re very happy with our car!

Don't do it. I got a car from here and it broke down in 3 days. They supposedly fixed it. Now 3 weeks later it doesn't want to start... And when I call them their telling me its probably your battery. Im so overwhelmed by this experience.

Expensive lesson learned!!! DANGEROUS VEHICLE SOLD!!! Sold vehicle with SEVERE and unrepairable frame RUST. Vehicle is unsafe to drive for myself and others on road. NO SAFETY OR MECHANICAL INSPECTION PREFORMED!! or their mechanic is negligent or incompetent. Frame COMPLETELY rusted through with holes large enough to fit my hand does not happen in 1 year. Car was older and higher mileage with many typical cosmetic and mechanical issues. None of which I would complain about but a car with severe structural damage is unacceptable. Be warned!!!! It's one thing to sell a used car with a non functioning power seat or window but one that is a safety liability to all those around should be criminal.

My husband and I were helped by Andrew. As first time buyers, we were so nervous and Andrew allowed us to lay out our expectations on what we were looking for. We told him straight up what make and model we were set on. He didn't force any other cars onto us. He was down to earth and helped us understand the process when the time came. He answered our questions to the best of his knowledge and even allowed us to take our chosen vehicle for a test drive 2 times. We were set on the car and Andrew wasn't rushing us off the lot like most sales clerk do. He took his time getting to know us as people. Even had conversations with my husband about where we're from (Samoa) which was so awesome! I cannot put into words how comfortable we were with Andrew. He had a good vibe from the very beginning. S&S Best Auto Sales has been a really good experience for me when I was trying to buy a car. I've done all my research, went to different dealerships, before I stumbled on S&S Best Auto sales. They were very friendly and accommodating and not at all intimidating. They were very helpful and they even let me test drive the car twice by myself for a reasonable amount of time, and I was able to take the car to a mechanic the next day. That in itself, made me feel that there was no pressure from them so I was able to make a decision completely out of my own free will without any pressure from anyone, which I was looking for and that's exactly what I experienced with S & S Best Auto Sales. Jessica was very personable and I felt that she had my interest in mind. The place was really busy when I was there but she really made an effort to make me feel welcome and gave me the time and attention that I needed as I went through the process. They even offered me a better rate than what I already have from my own Credit Union. All in all, it was a great experience for me, and I would certainly consider them again next time I'm in the market for a car.
