Gene’s Towing performed at a high level. They came and got the job done. They weren’t the lowest price but resolved the issue completely. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.
Needed to use their services twice, each phone call very quick easy very clear and concise service. Driver showed up promptly and gave plenty of warning. Extremely professional in a time of need wouldn’t pick anyone else or trust anyone else to haul my vehicles around. Makes this frustrating situation just a little bit easier and I greatly appreciate that.
Exactly what you hope for with a towing company. Reasonable price, on time (actually 2 minutes early) and wasted no time. Got my truck to the destination quickly and without issues.
The gentleman came to pick up my truck for Tumwater Pick-n-Pull. He was very prompt called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and how long he would be and had a pleasant attitude very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services.
The did awesome. Dispatch (casey?) was very friendly and helpful and the driver (young guy with a beard) was knowledgeable, respectful, quick, and most importantly, safe. Overall good experience when dealing with a towing situation
I can’t recommend this place enough, Down to their call center being super efficient, so kind, very helpful. This company goes above and beyond to really help you when you’re in a bind! I couldn’t recommend a company anymore. This type of Customer service is next level! I would highly recommend them if you want the best! Incredible price as well!

My truck would not start in the morning and called them and they arrived within 35 mins and poono was a wonderful gentleman he was helpful and gave me a ride to the shop and was very nice ride along with poono. Thanks for the help. Can't beat the prices too!!

Gene’s Tow was fast, friendly, and skillful. Our truck driver, Joseph, not only got us home safely when the alternator went out on the freeway, but he even managed to back the car into our alley-side carport, what a pro! Above and beyond service for a reasonable price turned a panicky situation into a mild and manageable adventure for us and our four legged friends. 10/10, would recommend.
Jeremiah who took care of our hook up and tow was amazing. He was kind and helpful. We live in Gig Harbor, no local companies open or willing to come early morning. Fair an honest pricing , female dispatcher was also kind. Gave us window of time which was met, even a bit earlier. We will never use any company except for Gene’s towing (if needed). Thank you for the excellent customer care.
Little more than I wanted to pay, but well worth the money. With these guys, you really do get personal service and empathy. The young man that assisted me today was very clean and professional and made great of a hairy situation. 1000% recommended by me Thanks!
