Had my car towed here before, and the lady who answer the phone wasn’t Helpful. She was rude, Had an attitude and have poor customer service, she even hung up on me the first time I called took me 3 calls to get this lady to pick up the dang phone and listen.Even my 3 year old can act way better, being Kind And helpful is for free, very unprofessional, and Overpriced.please train you’re staff to be more professional.
If I could give them -5 stars I would. I arrived there at 10 am thinking the office would be open, but no, they made me wait for 40 minutes when they supposed to be open from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. They told me they were in another office. So you don’t even have enough workers to attend all your different locations? Bad business.

I give this company a -5 review and here's why: om 3/18/25 we paid $656 to get our vehicle out of their impound yard. Due to someone stealing my only key to the truck they were kind enough to hook it up and tow it to the front parking lot where I could then begin trying to figure out how to get it started. We checked on the vehicle several times that night. During one of those visits we were approached by their night security. We let him know what we were doing there
and he then left. He told use he would put a note in the office letting them know that we were working on trying to get the truck started and moved. Then when we were finally able to return on 3/19/25 to put in a new ignition because we were unable to recover the original key. The vehicle was gone. A quick peak through the fence revealed that they had moved it back into the impound yard. So we called the company phone number where we spoke to a very rude individual who informed us that the vehicle had been impounded again due to the fact that it had been left in the front lot for over 24 hrs. There are no signs posted saying that vehicles can not be parked there for more than 24 hrs we were not informed of the 24 hr rule not only by the office staff nor by the night security. Now they want another $550 for us in order to get it released from their impound yard. That would make a total of $1206 paid to this most fraudulent tow company I've ever seen or heard of. My husband and I are already struggling to survive. My husband just lost his job due to cut backs and I am unable to work due to health problem's. To top it off we are now raising our grandson because his mother is no longer with us and his father just went to prison. This company has NO COMPASSION AND OBVIOUSLY NO MORALS OR VALUES.
I thought it was the Kent office but it was the auburn office. I was keeping contact with them and I was going to be 5 min late and they wanted to charge me $140 for a after hours charge.. That is messed up..
