Our neighbor broke down and I called Auburn Tow. They arrived in a timely manner, gave our stranded neighbor a ride, along with his car in tow and were cool enough to wait for us to pay for it when they got him back home safely.

The man (Luis) showed up, only calling once upon arrival at 10:52. I met him at his vehicle at 10:53 and he berated me for being "late" and claimed to have called me 3+ times. I showed him the only call in my call log from him and he dismissed me saying I should have been at my car. (I was just inside as it was cold and rainy, and was told he would take 1 hr, so no I'm not waiting outside) I told him the issue with the car and he was smug and said he didn't believe me. Then my mechanic father told him the exact same thing, and he said "oh that makes sense"
I needed to run back inside while he was putting the car on the truck to grab a jacket, I told him and he said okay. I was again only 90 seconds- 2 minutes, and he started calling my phone saying he was going to leave.
This tow truck driver was totally awful, rude, impatient, and sexist. DO NOT use this towing service.
I called for a quote and told them I would call back in the morning to schedule. They beat me to it and called me back first. Driver was very professional and courteous. I feel bad I don’t remember his name but he was the best. Saving their number and will use again.

Very Friendly and professional service from both the dispatcher and the driver, Mike. They made a bad situation a little less stressful. The service was very fast and reliable. After we were told by our membership roadside service (won’t list names or any repeating letters here) that we weren’t an emergency so they wouldn’t get to us this evening at 6:30PM. After a half hour call we were finally told they would dispatch a tow truck with a 3+ hr minimum wait. Needless to say, a quick 2 min call got a truck to us in less than 15 minutes and my two children and I were home in no time. Would HIGHLY recommend Enfinity Towing.
Called twice. Both times got hold music and then call ended and voicemail box was full. I really can't say anything about the service as I was not able to get any in the first place.
They couldn't tow our truck and they said they would have a flat bed come tow it they never did.Federal way towing came and towed it.I will always use federal way towing their awesome
Quick friendly service at a fair price. You always expect to be taken advantage of when you’re in a bind but called them based on the reviews and was extremely impressed.
So..... I had an unexpected oil leak, just before a move :( So USAA recommended Efinity Towing in Federal Way. Now my car is definitely a little low, so to make it easier I removed the front bumper and got some trusty boards ready for the driver. (always nervous on how the drivers will react to my unique and ground clearance challenged car). So Mike the operator shows up ON TIME and i can see the nervous look already. Its fair for any professional to not want to risk damaging a customers car that is out of there normal tows for the day. BUT, Mike said "he'd give it a shot". Elated that he was even willing to try, we got to work (mostly him). MAN, was I impressed with his calm and cool demeanor helping me out. NO ISSUES AT ALL. He got the car to the new place in record time and with a smile the whole time. I cant thank Efinity Towing enough for staffing such cool and hard working employees that go the extra step to help a fellow car enthusiast out. If you ever have a reason to need a tow I can point you hard enough in their direction. THANKS MIKE YOUR THE BEST!
We got Enfinity Towing through Safeco Insurance's roadside assistance and they were great! They gave me an initial ETA of about an hour, but only took about 30 minutes to get there and even gave me a fifteen minute heads up. They were friendly and kept asking if everything was good, right up until they pulled out of our driveway. I highly recommend these guys!
AAA said they were going to be on site in about 3 hours and I can't believe that these guys showed up in 45 minutes thank you you saved my butt from being stranded on the side of the interstate for hours
Most horrible experience ever. Driver got mad that I wouldn't pay him extra so he drove off leaving me stranded on side of road. Never call these people. They should have their license taken awy
I had to take them to court. They removed a bumper cover on my BMW and misplace it. When I called the company back the tow truck driver responded "I don't own a BMW, why would I take it"! It is a $100 piece and I feel they should be responsible for it.
On time and very friendly. I used him twice in a row, to and from a shop. Received bad news at the shop and this guy gave me an unexpected discount on the tow back. Very professional and personable, just a guy running his business. Will definitely use him in the future.
We called yesterday March 4, 2017 at approximately 4:30 PM to get some help and/or a tow from this company and they never called us back. We were stranded for quite some time before we tried to get ahold of someone else. This company purports to be open 24/7 and they are not. No one answered the phone when we called and we just had to leave a message. We would not recommend this company. It would have been very nice to at least receive a phone call stating that they were unavailable to help us, but they did not even do that.
My van quit in the middle of the freeway during rush hour. enfinity towing was prompt, kept in communication and let me know when they would be arriving. The driver was friendly, was able to load my van onto the flatbed efficiently and without problems even with busy traffic. The rates were affordable and I was very pleased my insurance company had called them to assist me. I recommend them highly.
